I've ordered two bags on 18 of August 2019 and the delivery date was 6 of September 209 and still not received my order. And also order tracking is not being shown on the app.
Also one item was cancelled by club factory themselves and the refund was done but I can't withdraw those money from wallet, Club Factory people do help me here ASAP

Iam not happy in quality, so lwant them to recieve my money back in my account, thy recieve me on4/09/2019and i return back in6/09/2019, but till now ididnot got any link for to get my money back, otherwise, instead of item price can iorder another items and idid notget any message from my applicatoin i dont understand, pleas can you solve this problem...

No update, estimate time is already passed.

Please delivery my order or initiate refund as soon as possible. Its too late. I am very disappointed. When will it clear....

I ordered some item on club factory in 11/08/2019. My ordered no. Is so[protected] and tracking id is [protected], nd by the club factory delivered date are 29/08/2019, but today 10/09/2019 club factory do not delivered my oder when i call customer care he say that your order stuck on customs it cleared 2 and 3 day but today somthing 11 days but my order are not cleared on custums. I have ordered jewellery from club factory. These item get divided into 3 order as per delivery. I received only 2 order. I didn't receive 3rd item. Status is showing that it is delivered. As per status, it is delivered at same time when other 2 product delivery. Could you please help.

On 2september we had given call on number [protected] for inquiry of our product the executive had said that your product is returned to club factory as they couldn't trace the address and asked for your bank details to refund the money we have received the message on our mobile which the concern person of club factory asked us to share and we did the...

I ordered so many products and received them damaged and certainly of cheap quality and even after sending them images as proof they cancelled my return and the customer service over chat is good for nothing but at copy pasting. I need my amount to be refunded right away and don't care if they want their damaged products as i don't mind throwing away the trash i recieved. I ordered kajal it cam i paid through google pay amount sent n deducted from my account they told they dint get the amount n dint give the product too called the person they told if amount deducted it ill be returned back by bank in 24 to 48 hrs but almost its 5days i dint my money i dint get my product too,

It's been so long but i still have not received my order. I tried contacting the club factory service center but it doesn't seem to be working.
The order is stuck at the custom clearance and i'm not sure if it going to be delivered at all.
Request you to please deliver the order as soon as possible or cancel the order and refund the prepaid amount...

I have returned two products and the refund of $7.84 is showing in club factory website but i can't withdraw it due to their stupid policy that i need to put a new number to get my refund and i don't any more new number to submit.

Please allow me to withdraw my refund without any conditions.
