    This is Ramya here... Submitting my grievance i ordered for one top(Dress) on 19th August the item name is Stripped long sleeve t-shirt top for women. My order id is S[protected] while tracking shipment my order is under customs clearance on 25th August still its showing same under custom clearance.We have contacted to the customer care there is no proper response.. Kindly look into the matter its almost completed 1 month...Please response on this ASAP...

    This is Ramya here... Submitting my grievance i ordered for 2 Dresses on 19th August out of which one dress is not delivered till now and the item name is Selley and Belley womens cotton 3-top unstitched floral dress materila Bandhani(Pink Colour). My order id is S[protected] i received one message saying that my order is out for delivery on 24th August but i didn't get that i m filling complaint on 24th August & 2nd September..On 2nd september they gave one complaint number #374910 but there is no reponse.. Kindly look into the matter ASAP..

    Still How many days it will be under customs clearance.On 25th August it shown as under custom clearance it is almost 20 days completed.Will you take 1 year time to customs clearance.
    I don't want T-Shirt any more refund my amount to bank account ASAP.
    It is very disgusting and i am fed up of this all.

    Respond immediately with these messages it will also take 4 days time to response.

    Hello,
    I didn't receive any update on above complaint regarding missing item with ORDER ID:S[protected] with complaint TICKET NO : #374910.

    Club factory supporting team is telling complaint is resolved but I didn't receive my missing item from ORDER ID:S[protected] daily we are asking to CF support team they are telling be patience we will resolved but there is no solution.Already one month is completed for the complaint also.

    Still how many days i have to wait for my dress one year or 10 years or as long as I alive.

    Resolve this ASAP.

          I've ordered two bags on 18 of August 2019 and the delivery date was 6 of September 209 and still not received my order. And also order tracking is not being shown on the app.
          Also one item was cancelled by club factory themselves and the refund was done but I can't withdraw those money from wallet, Club Factory people do help me here ASAP
          I want my orders.

            The delivery boy is not providing door to door service and if I asked for it the delivery boy behave very unethical and refuse to do so and start arguing and didn't gave my order, he took my order back with him only. And I said that I'll complain to customer care about u he directly said you can do whatever you want.

              It's very sad that I'm getting no response for my order which was supposed to be delivered by 1st September 2019. I'll never order from CF again . Everytime I try to call and wait for 1 hour but no response and cannot speak to any customer service.

                  I have ordered a wallet from club factory and now it's been 2 weeks but I haven't received it and I also done the payment online so kindly do some action

                    I had order sarees from club factory there delivered cheap quality product and denied ti return and pick up I had complain in club factory support center also but there is no revert back.. its a fraud company...
                    Money deducted from the account but the order was not placed and amount also not refunded

On 2september we had given call on number [protected] for inquiry of our product the executive had said that your product is returned to club factory as they couldn't trace the address and asked for your bank details to refund the money we have received the message on our mobile which the concern person of club factory asked us to share and we did the same after sometimes we have received the messages stating withdrawal of rs.1, 00, 800 has been done from our account. We neither received the money nor product ordered and at the end of the end up loosing rs.1, 00, 800 i am requesting you to personally into it and please try to help me out.

                        I ordered so many products and received them damaged and certainly of cheap quality and even after sending them images as proof they cancelled my return and the customer service over chat is good for nothing but at copy pasting. I need my amount to be refunded right away and don't care if they want their damaged products as i don't mind throwing away the trash i recieved. I also want to be compensated for all the inconvenience as a working lady and had to followup on this with no genuine response.

                          I had placed an order in club factory on 8 aug order no. So[protected]
                          From 25 aug, the order is under customs clearance. When called on customer care number provided, they are also not able to give an exact estimated time for the delivery, was asked to wait a weeks time which has already passed. I have been waiting for almost a month now. When asked to initiate a refund or cancel the order, it is told that it cannot be cancelled since the order is shipped.
                          I want to cancel the order and initiate the refund immediately.
                          They are just being irritating with their service.
                          Need a confirmed date of delivery at least, asap.

                              I have ordered a female wallet purse of blue colour on 20th august and i was getting tracking details of the product continuously till 25th august and it was showing that two three days will take in custom clearance but till now it is in custom clearance and i have talked to the executive also and they have told me product is still in custom clearance. Now i want to cancel my order and the product order no. Is so[protected].

                                  Its been a month and i dont know where my order is. It is prepaid by paytm wallet. I can't track it. Neither i can contact anyone.
                                  Please deliver the prder asap or just cancel it and refund my money.

                                  Club factory was one of my favorite app especially because of its fast delivery. But now i don't think i'm going to use it anytime soon.

                                    I ordered kajal it cam i paid through google pay amount sent n deducted from my account they told they dint get the amount n dint give the product too called the person they told if amount deducted it ill be returned back by bank in 24 to 48 hrs but almost its 5days i dint my money i dint get my product too,

                                      It's been so long but i still have not received my order. I tried contacting the club factory service center but it doesn't seem to be working.
                                      The order is stuck at the custom clearance and i'm not sure if it going to be delivered at all.
