The product i received is poor quality and it small for me and i can't find a place to return. I even download the app but it is not give me option to return it. I want to return it so that i can order another one as it no use for me to keep this item. I have look for all the options in the app just to return it. I wish you guys have more user-friendly app.

    Hello! I wanted to get this to your acknowledgement that I got a message showing that the delivery has been done successfully where as I haven't got the product yet . No one came to deliver the product I just got a call asking for the route of the house and I have him the details and just in a while I got a message telling that courier has been delivered I called back and enquired about it and he told that he would do it the next morning and it's been a day and a half no one showed up! Gimme a solution of how and when am I going to get my order .

      Defected damaged product delivered and when because o[censored]nawareness i sent article to address written on invoice that is of ECOM EXPRESS Hadbast no 143 distt gurgaun haryana instead of seller address. I mailed many times and attach complete address written on invoice and trackon courier slip with no [protected] that item returned but still no refund.

      Today i received a call from num [protected] saying he is from club factory, he asking me to download and install team viewer quick support for refund.as we all know this software is used to access remote computers and devices.why club factory required to use this software and why they are not initiating refund because article is delivered on one of their warehouse

        I received a message and call stating i won some random lottery when getting a product from club factory on 28th and asked me to submit my bank ac information with 3500 by today only. I know that this is an absolute fraud but i'm afraid about the information he had about my number and place. How's this happening? This is invasion of privacy or is the whole club factory thing a scam?
        I have ordered american tourister bag from club factory, guest order . I did not get the product, and I cannot track my order,

          I will purchased a hbs - 730 neckband bluetooth on 21-8-19 at rs 349, pyament is net banking system, my order number is so[protected]. But problem is materials out of stock this date. But my payament money not refund in my account as on date.
          Two times i will complined but not refund my amount.
          First time i have purchased a goods, but my opinion, club factory service very poor.
          I requested, pls refund my money urgently.

              Worst app. Never purchase anything from this. I purchased one earphone, they delivered damage product. No option of fund transfer in back account after getting the refund of the returned amount. Which is why you have to choose another worst product and the vicious cycle goes on. I never recommend this application to other people after experiencing non trustworthy and unreliable circumstances.

                Hello,
                This complaint is regarding order no: so[protected]. (Elastic long sleeves payjama suit)
                I have ordered this product from club factory.
                The product was delivered wrong. Pant size is different than shirt size. Now i am trying to do refund from app, it's showing that this item is not refundable. If it's not my mistake why should i keep it with me? I am unable to wear pant. And the main problem is, pant's size tag is not available it may be intentionally cut by manufacturers. If you deliver any faulty and cheap product how could we keep with us? It is costly too, so i can't afford to put it in dustbin.

                I am trying to call customer care from last
                5 days. But customer care is always busy unable to talk with them. I send mail but there is no reply to mail also.

                Similarly i have one more complaints order no: so[protected].
                The estimated time to delivered this product was 29th aug 2019. Now 4 days has been passed still i have not received the product. So i want to cancel this order as i am moving away from my home and unable to receive it. But club factory app is not having any facility to cancel and refund button will be activated after delivery. What should i do in this case?

                  I made two order on club factory and the order number is so[protected] and so[protected] i requested delhivery for fast delivery but they said club factory hasnt handed over the product and from 23rd august it's showing custom clearance when will i get my product delivered this was my first buy from clubfactory and i m highly disappointed by ur service because delhivery said clubfactory hasn't given them any product

                          My order no. So[protected] has been delivered but i want to return the product but it's still not showing in my account that its delivered. I want refund. Club factory is the worst app. Pls don't buy from there. Its still showing unpaid. I have also called the service many times but of no use. Is there any way i could get my money back?                           I ordered set of 02 wedding rings (Version Ziricon Royal Couple Rings) vide order Number SO[protected] on club factory but on recieving i got only 01 female ring. There is missing male ring. Request send again missing (Male) ring otherwise refund the amount please.

                            I feel unsafe on club factory i suggest all people to not buy anything from club factory they are cheating to all and take have worst services.
                            I have brought the head phone via online from Club Factory. The headphone is low quality not worth for Rs. 1200/-.

                            It is hardly used since 2 weeks of purchase. Now the headphone is not working.
                            The Club Factory is an fraud company, the online money stealer.
                            The headphone is not worth for kids playing too.

                                Dear, we did not find return application of order SO[protected]. As per So[protected], refund was issued to your APP account.
                                My order no. is SO[protected] and my tracking id is[protected]. The expected delivery date was 1 Aug and still, I did not get my order. In order detail, showing order is delivered. I have tried to contact customer support of both club factory as well with the shipping company ( Delhiver ) many times no is responding.

                                      Hlo, club factory. I'm your regular customer and i really like this app but as for now, on 26th august i ordered an item and after recieving it i only got 1 out of 3 accessories of that item. My order no. Is so[protected] and it cost me rs1306 now i have applied for refund. I would be glad if only i could get all the items of the product as i really liked it.
