At the evening I receive a message that the order is delivered but I didn't receive any.

Please look into it as call your customer care several times but after minutes no one reply and call disconnected.

      My order no.SO[protected] has not refunded my money of rs.279.27 in my bank account. It already took 15-20 days to transfermoney in my account. But still there is no amount refunded. I'm not satisfied with your order and now my money has also not transfer to my bank account. I'm not happy with your customer care also, i called them but they dont listen my complaint and put my call on hold.

        I have ordered few items through club factory on 2nd august. I couldn't track my oder after 16th of august. The estimated delivery was in 20th august but i didn't received my order yet. The courier was found to be delhivery. Kindly go through the issue and do needful either to deliver my order or to refund the amount which i have already paid.

        I ordered a gift for my frnd and it is been more than 15 days the order is not delivered and it is shipped and reached at consignment location, even a received a call regarding a deliverey but the order is not delivered. Ease check and revert when will the order will be received.. please speed up the process and deliver the product asap

Last on 2nd Aug it was showing Its in Custom Clearance, take 2-3 days to clear it. now almost 25days But No response and no update on portal. Please deliver my order or cancel it. They don't allow us to cancel. If this site is having lot of complaint. Why don't authority block this site. I mailed also but no response.

          now its cleared and i received parcel.
          By mistaken I have submitted the price of two watches instead of one
          I just ordered the MAC Matchmaster SPF 15 Foundation on 05 Aug and i got message on 16 Aug from club factory. The order was cancalled bcz of courier couldn't picked and mentioned like amount will be refunded. But still i didn't get it. When i will get the refund amount.

          From 13th August it is showing that my package is at custom clearance but it takes three days at custom clearance.Today is 19th August but it is still showing at custom clearance.l ordered my product at 9th August but it is getting too late.l think your delivery service is very bad l was not expecting this from club factory
          I have done the payment for my order. It shows in app as delivered.
          and its not yet delivered.
          when i try to call the helpline, no response.
          Even i tried to mail the clubfactory. No response.

              I have given order to club factory on 04/08/2019, but till date my item is not received to me and also I can't racking my order. my order is conform and amount is already deducted from my account. I have so many time to conect by customer care number no one is replying and only casate is runing so ling time. This club factory is very bad service. I ahve also three time given mail to clubfactory customer mail also not single reply.
              My account club factory i just log out and i forgot my password so i have to created new account which in the previous account that i had sent a message that i'am very dissapointed with the size of the shoe and sweatshirt so now i couldn't open my previous account and the meesage too

              Contacting the customer care from the day i received message saying "Item was delivered" but no luck, then i checked for consumer forum about complaining then i can see more complaints towards club factory, Please let me know if required any additional information, Please resolve the issue ASAP. I just bought an item worth 99/- to check reliable and genuinity of the product and the shopping app now i lost my trust on it.

                      I have my order no. So[protected]. I got a message from both delhivery courier and club factory that these item got delivered evening after 7 o clock on 16th august 2019. I tried to call the delivery boy who had delivered earlier but he did not attend the call. Next day he said that he will deliver as soon as possible. Till 20th of august he said that he doesn't have my number and address so on and when i said my address he said he is coming but didn't come. Till today we have received these items. What shall i do now?

                        I've ordered a bracelet on august 7th. I've paid the money with paytm and ordered confirmed. I tracked the order 2 days later and it showed order is shipped, then 2 days later i saw that order in on the plane, then 2 days later i saw that order is at custom. Clearance it may take 2-3 days. But since then i'm not being updated about tracking it shows the order is handed over to lm-delhivery but it still not arrived it shows the order will arrive between 15-25 august and its 26 still not got it.

                              Hlo sir. I want to complaint that I ordered two items from club factory. First of all it took so long on custom department. And now I have got the message on my mobile number that my order has been delivered but in actual I didn't recieve any order. My SO number is SO[protected] . I recieved message on 19 August 2019 and it is 24 August today. I request club factory to either deliver me my order as soon or refund me my money back as I have already paid online. It is very disappointing to know that club factory brand name is doing such errors.

                                It's been a long time I'm tracking my order, it's worth over ₹2000, the orders are stuck in flight & in clearance over a week now. I ordered these on 10th & 17th August. The order status is not getting updated at all. The courier service with the tracking number has told that they have not yet picked the order (Delhivery : [protected] & [protected]) & this has got me worked a lot. Please either deliver fast or provide an update or initiate a refund. Reading more n more about club factory on this complaint forum has aggravated my worries. Provide a solution soon.

I talked to customer care but thry are not giving satisfactory response. Now they are not enquired for this nor refunding my money back. They have sent me proof of recieving receipt but what signature is present there not matched with my sihnature i dont know to whom they have deleivered it. They had not even contacted me when the delievery had to done on 3 august. Kindly provide solution

                                        I am ansuman das, i have ordered headphones on club factory on 9th august 2019 and estimated date of delivery was given 17th august and today's date is 24th august 2019 and still now i haven't received my package. The customer care is even worst they are not lodging my complaint nor they are letting me talk to any senior. My order number is so[protected].
