    It's been a month now i didn't got my order and i have paid 1300 online and it's been shown it's ready in the indian warehouse it is so terrible that you don't even consider the issue and there is no refund initiated even kindly deliver my order or refund the money for two night suit that i have brought.

        Recently i hav ordered a few items from clubfactory but i was unable to track details online due to sudden unavailability of product. I have no clue of my items ordered or amount that was deducted as a prepaid order. My mobile numbers are [protected], [protected]. Pls look into it as i was not aware that this was a chinese app, else i would hav never used it. Pls help me to recover the amount deducted. Jai hind sir.

              I have placed 2 orders on the same day 28th June 2020 its been 9 days and still I have not got any information regarding the product movement. The product is in transit in some place for more than 7 days. Moreover I have paid for my product completely. The product has to be just delivered. The delivery date was 4th July and still I have not received it. Stop all the cheating and I need my product tomorrow. Take it seriously.

                    This is with reference to my refund number sor[protected] and order number so[protected] for a de fabulous reviver hair repair shampoo.
                    The order was placed on 2 may 2020 and cancelled by the seller on 26 may 2020 due to the product being out of stock. I still have not received my refund for this order and no one is replying from club factory through call or emails.
                    Please help.

                      I had returned miniso acrylic tray and the refund was to be issued in the following days but since the bann in india i cant receive my refund.. Other then dat some my orders have not been delivered.. The app is not opening and i cant see the status or their product number.. Is india tryna punish china or indian customers and indian sellers on club factory. How can you stop an e commerce company without settling the dues.. Who will recompense for the loss of normal indian citizens who had ordered when their was no trifle with china.. What do i do now.. Please help me

                                    Its to disappointment to receieve rong product from club factory... I ordered maxi dress of wortu 1000 rupess and received 150 rupees banyan... Its the worst thing...

                                    I want to return the order and want my refund back... Its worst to play with customer n dupe the money...
