I have received one faulty product (watch) cost of Rs1699 INR on 26th May 2020 in Hyderabad with Delhivery courier tracking ID awb :[protected] and order id so[protected].
After that I have raised for return and refund with help of one picture (which is mandatory in Club factory to raise refund) for the same.
on 30th May2020 the Courier boy has come from Delhivery Courier and taken my product.
With the help of tracking ID awb: [protected] (Delhivery) and the club factory return order id son[protected]_1, I was tracking.
It has delivered on 12th June 2020 to the seller in Surat .And immediately after that they sent me sms that refund has rejected due to wrong product has sent to seller, showed me as an evidence one of the wrong item which I have not sent.
Immediate after that I raised flag.But nothing helped, the customer care guy is asking for more evidence like video and any other photo of the package.
I have told 1000 times to multiple customer care guys that only one picture which has already been shares with club factory that is the only one.
Also told that none of the eCommerce site will ask for this kind evidence after taking product for return, because the courier used to verify before taking product from Customer.
It is a kind of harassment as as customer that I have to beg in-front of the customer care guy for process my refund.
Then they ignored and telling me they won't be able to help on this.
Last the have given me seller's( Name :jalaram per mentioned in club factory ) number (+91)-[protected], but this number is switched off.
I want justice and my money back.
