When i try to withdraw from balance it show withdrawal is failed eveytime. Its been more thana week since my money is sitting in this # app. I've tried trough paytm and bank transfer bt failed. I am so pissed off i want to file a case on club factory or do my refund immediatelly without any hassale.

      I had ordered from clubfactory hows order no. SO[protected].. ordered date[protected], the seller are sunrise international shop no 11 sas nagar 140603 Zirakpur punjab.. with gst no. 03AJMPN5555C1ZB.. i opened it in front of the delivery boy named sajan and his no. is [protected] he told me to call club factory no. i called the no. but it was not reachable.. i mailed them as well plus try to chat to the seller.. but there was no response.. the order was prepaid and non refundable as well... i want my 295 rupees back..

        My order, which contains six packages has been stuck at indian customs clearance for many days. The order number is so[protected]. This order was split into two packages as shown in the app and one of them got delivered while the other package is stuck at custom clearance, even their customer care service doesn't work. This complaint is my last hope, please help.

          So[protected] this is the order number i order2 products and even though the seller was same my order was split into 2 packages i got the 1 st package delivered to me but the 2 nd package its been 8 days and it’s still being prepared it has not even been shipped yet it has happened to me before i ordered a pair of jeans from club factory waited for like a month and a half but the product was still being prepared and was not delivered so at last i had to cancel it this time when i contacted the customer care and told them about the issue they are denying any refund saying that the 1 st package is delivered so they can’t cancel the 2 nd one first of all i did nt ask them for a split order they are 2 different packages if the 2 nd one is not yet shipped why can’t they simply cancel it and get the refund tjat means i have to wait for months for it to be delivered and if it won’t be delivered then my money will be gone it was rs1176 all i want it either get my product delivered as soon as possible or get me my refund that’s all and never in my life i am gonna shop from club factory they service is miserably bad

              I ordered a cake decorating tools on 27 may 2020.. After 2 weeks my order has been cancelled due to out of stock.. They showing they have refunded my money in paytm but still now i didn't receive my money today is 18th june. I contact with paytm..

                      I have received one faulty product (watch) cost of Rs1699 INR on 26th May 2020 in Hyderabad with Delhivery courier tracking ID awb :[protected] and order id so[protected].
                      After that I have raised for return and refund with help of one picture (which is mandatory in Club factory to raise refund) for the same.
                      on 30th May2020 the Courier boy has come from Delhivery Courier and taken my product.
                      With the help of tracking ID awb: [protected] (Delhivery) and the club factory return order id son[protected]_1, I was tracking.
                      It has delivered on 12th June 2020 to the seller in Surat .And immediately after that they sent me sms that refund has rejected due to wrong product has sent to seller, showed me as an evidence one of the wrong item which I have not sent.
                      Immediate after that I raised flag.But nothing helped, the customer care guy is asking for more evidence like video and any other photo of the package.
                      I have told 1000 times to multiple customer care guys that only one picture which has already been shares with club factory that is the only one.
                      Also told that none of the eCommerce site will ask for this kind evidence after taking product for return, because the courier used to verify before taking product from Customer.

                      It is a kind of harassment as as customer that I have to beg in-front of the customer care guy for process my refund.
                      Then they ignored and telling me they won't be able to help on this.

                      Last the have given me seller's( Name :jalaram per mentioned in club factory ) number (+91)-[protected], but this number is switched off.
                      I want justice and my money back.

                          Had cancelled order because it was sent to wrong address and it said refund would be done in 10 days but it's a month now. Please dont do this. This is the third complain i'm placing so please refund the money for the following orders

                          These three orders no refund done please dont cheat ur customers who put all their trust and hard earned money trusting your website. Please it's a humble request. Please refund the above mentioned orders pending refund as soon as possible.

                            I had ordered a pair of nike slides again trusting the website and this website always sends one size more than the original has happened many times before so we return it and they can steal our money so as it was big i returned it and it says the order hasn't been returned so it looks like i haven't returned it and i get no refund eventhough i returned it.

                              Ordered airpods for Rs.2000 and paid online payment of our hard earned cash and it says out of stock going to refund but it says refunded through paytm but I haven't got any refund . How cheap is this to steal money in such a way when customers trust u so much ? Very disappointing the last time I ordered in this website

                                I ordered a nikon en-el 14a battery for my camera, seller sent a duplicate non working product.

                                Order number:so[protected]

                                First as soon as i received the product i initiated chat with the seller or club factory platform, he hasn't responded to it yet. I then raised a return on the platform

                                Delhivery the delivery partner in compliance with the return process verified that i was returning the correct product and accepted the returns.

                                Once it was delivered back to the seller, seller rejected the returns saying i returned a wrong product.

                                They fail to tell me what product i sent back. Seller refuses to engage, platform refuses to refund.

                                I ended up losing 1400+ just for transacting with club factory.

                                I now have nearly 3 complaint ids
                                Attaching the screenshots of the product i received and order and my attempt to chat with the seller.

                                If seller says i sent wrong product i want the seller to prove it or send me the original product.

                                  My order no. Is so[protected]. I put return order request for delivering damaged/not working item. The return id assigned to this order was son[protected]. Unfortunately the delivery guy denied to pick the item up and said that the order no. Is different. I have requested the return request on the same item in mobile app only. How is it possible. Really very dissapointed already and now this return issue that is also because of your mistake of providing wrong order no. To the delivery service. I dropped a mail to the customer service regarding this. Please look into this and sort it out as soon as possible.

                                        27/05/2020 i ordered mi 20000 mah power from club factory. Cf order id so[protected] & delhivery awb [protected]. First they reported fake delivery & after complaints my delivered at 13th june. Despite the package is damaged due to rain i accept it. Because this product is very essential for me. But when i opened the package discovered that powerbank is digibuff not mi & no charger there. When i trying to charging it then understand that charging point is damaged & suddenly inner body is out from its case. So power bank battery exposed.

                                        I contact with cf opperator & get ticket #1830626. 14th june 2020 i applied return option & my return id is son[protected]. I need refund my paytm wallet txn id [protected]. I already lodged complaints in national consumers helpline of india (Docket no.[protected] & prime minister office of india (Registration no.- pmopg/e/2020/0498682).

                                        Club Factory approved return request. Return request. But they ask me to ship this product to them. It just an another harrasment. Is I responsible for this situation? Club Factory seller Pocket Trade send me this damaged product. So why I pay for this return shipment & waste my time for courier? I already pay for this product to Club Factory. Now I want to return the product via Delhivery(who dellivered this package to me) to club factory & need full refund in my Paytm wallet.

                                        Problem Solved. I got full refund from Club Factory. Thanks to Consumer complaints.in
