I ordered product in club factory I recieved it but it was not of same quality as shown in the picture. I appliied for return the man picked up the product but after that a message was sent from club factory that the ([Club Factory]Sorry, your return application has been rejected since the return parcel didn't pass the quality check. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service on the app.) I'm unable to understand what to do. The app is also troubling after the govt. Banned it.

I want to get early delivery of my ordered item. I didn't know club factory takes 15-20 days to deliver the ordered items. Otherwise i would have ordered a bit earlier. I placed my order on 1 june and it's 17 july today. As it will loose all your valuable customers

I placed my order on 1 july and it's july17. With such an delay you are losing your valuable customers it's my request to you to get in touch with the regarding authority and get my ordered delivered at the earliest

I ordered black boots but i didn't recieved them. It's more than 1 week.
I also ordered earrings on the same day. I recieved my earrings within 3-4 days
But didn't get my boots yet.
Please inform me when i'll get my order.

I have purchased from club factory and receive very poor quality product do tried to return the received order and cancel the placed order but club factory is not allowing yo initiate refund
Trued contacting customer support via mail and chat but they are not responding
Kindly take a harsh step against this company and help us to get our refund back

I ordered girl dress with order number so[protected] on club factory. The shipment was delivered but unfortunately, product quality was very poor along with too small in size. I requested for the return and package was picked from my address in original packaging. When the product reached your warehouse got the message that it could not pass quality test. Not only money is not refunded but the product is again in your hands. I have escalated the issue with national consumer helpline with complaint number 2113133.

Ordered two earphones but recieved only one.

I am not able to receive any whereabouts of my order on club factory. Nothing is showing in orders in the app.

I have an order mi home security camera vide order no s[protected] and got the item but the same was not performed well hence the same was return vide son[protected] and received a message for confirmation for ruturn item but not credit back my mount

One of my order is cancelled but yet i didn't get my refund and next i want to apply for return of a product but my account is not responding.

I ordered a "men's reading glass half frame diopler male... Eyeglas" on 13/06/2020 through online from club factory site.
I spent ₹547 for this product through paytm wallet.
Waiting after long days product delivered on 9/07/2020
Same-day i requested return the product due to uncomfortable with glass and slightly frame curv.

So i mentioned the reason for return is "my reason is not listed"

Anyway they approved return with reduce ₹90
But still i'm worrying with return this product and no way to contact club factory.in their app my account section window is not working now.
Customer feel like cheating by club factory because from the beginning onwards no proper channels to contact club factory customer care.
Please consider this request and help me to collect the defective product and refund the full amount₹547 with₹500 as compensation from club factory part.

My refund from Club factory is not received even after 1 month of they being processed. I paid through my ICICI Bank account, but yet to receive the refund from Club factory, even after returning the products.

Hello, my order got cancelled and I didn't got my refund .App is not working now .it's not good that u r not refunding ur customers money .please look into tho matter .I have shared my order id also .

I had ordered an item from club factory india. But as it was damaged i requested for a refund. Within two days they came and took the item from me. They asked me to wait till the item reached back. After a few days on 28/6/2020 i got a message saying the amount was refunded. I had payed using 'card' and they were saying they had payed through paytm. And i have no paytm in that number. It has been over a week and still haven't got my refund. The amount was rs599

I had ordered 2 hoodie from clubfactory on jun 25. I havent received any updates since then. When will i get my order??

I hv ordered saree, but delivered wrong item, returned, got refund to clubfactory account as balance.
I hv withdrawn from balance to paytm, 5 days back. But no money added to paytm account.

Please help as i need to buy infants twins food (Corona time).
