      I ordered a fastrack analog watch from club factory app few days back. Today the product got delivered and the product is fake. I want to return the product but it charged shipping charges too and it is also asking for pick up charges now! Please help me i want a complete refund or exchange with original product. It is asking for so many charges.

        I ordered an kitchen item from club factory but it is not good in condition so requested for return but they are saying return service are not available due to covid19, i even requested them for returning by myself but they are not sending the return address..           I ordered adidas ultraboost shoes uk9. And what i received was a bigger size. So i returned what i received without using. I didn't even try. The company has refused my refund claim. Please help me.

            Received an defective airpods from club factory .applied return within 2days .return parcel by the way of pickup service .But refund rejected because of seller mentioned wrong product received .No proper response by seller. If I received a wrong product then i mentioned it as wrong product .but I received a defective one so I mentioned defective product in return process and also the pickup boy received my parcel after check with invoice bill.so how can I response for the wrong product received by seller

              I was bought the bluetooth headset of Sony company from Club Factory, but they delivered me Samsung duplicate item with missing accessories & cheap quality.
              They agree to refund my amount but they deducted 110 Rs. From my refund amount. This mistaken happened from their end so why I bear this.. they are not having the toll free or customer care number so not possible to discuss about the same with them. I need to take strict action aginst this. Because they make us fool. They displayed a company product but they given us cheap quality product & they charge us when we raised the refund request.

                I ordered two dresses and a pair of sandals from club factory..they were small in size and not of good quality therefore i returned them the same day on issuing a return..the refund status was visible on the app until it reached the centre and now they have rejected my refund..i want my money back at any cost as soon as possible.. please return my money!

                  I purchased masks of 6 set of two (3 in each set) but delivered only one set (3 mask)

                  I made a compliant on their site by submitting the bill image and items that are received.

                  10 days later they said the image is not correct and asking me to upload correct image. I have uploaded the image of bill which is attached on the product.

                  My question is, they should have verified the delivery against my order and resolve accordingly.

                  It is one way of cheating customer to upload the image and delay the response and finally saying it is not correct image.

                  Same kind of mistake happen one of my flipkart delivery and they verified and resolve the issue.

                  It is clear evident that the approach club factory has taken is to cheat the people not resolving the issue.

                  I would be happy if they had informed that it is not possible

                    This is in reference to my order so[protected] with clubfactory. I have received the damaged broken product and while i’m applying for a return i’m getting an error message. I reached out to support team for escalation but they denied escalating it to the senior team. I am facing the return issue only with this particular order. The other returns that i applied for at the same time were picked up. But for this product return option is not working.
                    Now the point is, first of all they delivered me the damaged product and on the top of that they are not assisting with the return or refund. Why should i wait any longer or go through all this because of their inefficient process and fault? They didn’t do the quality check and just sent it to me.

                    I need your help with either the return or refund of this product

                            Hi team

                            I have ordered (Order id so[protected] the smart watch but due to battery issue i have refund the same while doing the refund i have created the video of the person who has been appointed by the club factory for pickup.
                            Return id : son[protected].

                            My refund has been cancelled and when i discussed the same with customer care executive it highlighted the reason the empty box is being received by the seller, the video i attached here and shared clearly show that i have properly returned the smart watch.

                            The ticket is being raised for refund by associate 1852070.

                            The attache clearly shows that the product is refunded in good condition and please initiate the refund as soon as possible.

                                I placed an order on 12 june 20 and since then have no response regarding the order.
                                All the state borders are opened with no restrictions at all. This is a prepaid order. I tried contacting their chat support but they do not respond. Even the option to cancel the order is deactivated. They are not shipping out the product neither refunding my money. Being a customer i feel like stuck and cheated.                                   I have ordered usb otg on 22.2.2020 and paid rs.100 towards the cost. At the time of delivery i noticed that the package was in open condition. So i refused to receive the package. On 17.3.20 i have received message that the package delivered to the wherehouse. But sofar i have not received the refund. Please arrange the refund immediately because already passed three months.

                                    Sir my clubfactory order number is so[protected], i ordered a mya brand hookah flavor pack if 10 pieces in rs.760. But seller has sent me different third class duplicate copy of mya brand which is named as dee mya. The whole product was duplicate and all boxes were having leakage. There was no expiry or manufacturing date on products. I raised a return request, my product was picked from my home and delivered to seller address. Seller has rejectedy refund request. He took my products also, and rejected refund also. I lost both on clubfactory money and product. When i contacted seller on whatsapp for return, as he sent me wrong items, seller has given me badwords (Bhaincxxxd, chuxxxya). He told in abusive language that, i will keep your products also and don't refund your amount. He did the same thing. I got a worst shopping experience in my life from clubfactory. I lost my rs.760. I feel that i did mistake by shopping from clubfactory. Clubfactory sellers are giving badwords to seller, after being in mistake. I want my refund from clubfactory, also clubfactory should take serious action against the seller. He rejectedy return request and blocked me on whatsapp also. I have returned the same items unused, which i received by seller.

                                    I request Clubfactory to please refundy amount.They are saying that returned product quality check failed.Sir, when the product was delivered to me first, it was duplicate brand product and damaged (all boxes were having leakage)...Same I have returned...Seller has Wantedly rejected refund...We everytime shop from Flipkart and Amazon...First time tried Clubfactory, such horrible experience...Who will buy next time from Clubfactory, If they do like this...

                                      I ordered sony noise cancellation headphone but got wrong item then i applied for return and the return item reached at club factory warehouse on 18th march 2020 and it's been 3 months and i didn't received my money when i tried to contact the customer service representative they told me that they didn't send the order the seller send the order on their own they gave me his email and phone number but the number does not exist and the seller is not replying my emails when i told this to club factory they said that they can't refund the amount when i told them that if i can't get the refund then at least give me that wrong item which i received from you but they are not sending it to me

                                        I have order a lenovo k8 note battery throgh club factory online shopping app on dated 13/06/2020 with order no. So[protected]. The product was delivered to me on dated 18/06/2020. But when i unpacked the courior/packet i found a 2nd hand damaged battery delivered to me with their connector is missing. Also the packaging was not up to the mark.

                                        I have requested return through club factory app but the status is showing "return auditing" since past 48 hrs. Also i have written mail for the return of product and refund of my money on your "contact us" option in cf app. But till date no any response received from club factory end. Also there is no any customer care contact no. To contact club factory.

                                        So pls help and suggest me how to resolve my issue so that i can get my refund asap. The picture of product delivered to me is attached in mail for your ready ref.
