I had ordered one shoe from club factory on dated 3/3/18 of this month and my order id is - so14522892, the payment which i had made through card transfer but still now i have not recieved the goods and also could not able to contact any customer care also,
So, i am requesting you if you undeliverd my product with in next two days kindly refund my money the same account number.

      Have ordered shoes on 16-02-18 and duly laid for same when i search on website of club factory they say product has been handed over to courier comoany for delivery.

      Had received ecomm courier tracking no:[protected] from club factory when enquired with ecomm call centre they say they have not received package yet from club factory.

      Urgently provide status of my order asap or provide refund

        I have returned my order number so11268870 on 17th dec'18 which contains two items. Both the items were of very poor quality and doesn't match the picture at all. My return ids for both items is as follows -
        Loose stripe cardigan - son[protected]
        Warm double - breasted wool jacket - son[protected]

        Both the items has reached you on 20th jan'18 itself as seen in courier services tracking, but there is no update regarding refund till now.

          I had ordered few items from the club factory on 23rd february, when ever i communicate club factory people (Only thru sms provided in app apart fro that no contact details) telling its on the way & sent by ecom express, when i communicate with ecom express they says no parcel sent by club factory.

          I had ordered few items from the club factory on 23rd February, when ever i communicate club factory people(Only thru SMS provided in App apart fro that no contact details) telling its on the way & sent by ecom express, when i communicate with Ecom express they says no parcel sent by club factory.

          Dear, it seems that your order is still in custom clearance. Thus there is no update for days and it has not been picked up by your local courier. Please do not worry.             I have ordered 2 bags on feb 28. They said it will be delivered within 8 days but still did not receive the bag. Cod is not available in this website which is bit fishy. Tracking of package is also fake it shows the same location for past two days. Customer service number is also fake. Deliver the product asap. Or refund the money.

              Have ordered the items on 28th feb, 2018.. But till now didn't receive any valid or appropriate tracking details.. When i click to get the tracking details its just showing 'pending'.
              And below that its showing "we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier."
              Before i have ordered some items from club factory and it has reached within 14 days with appropriate details.. But this time its not showing any tracking info. Please do make sure that it reaches within a stipulated time.

                I had ordered few items from the club factory one week before.Today they are telling some items are out of stock. That they can't deliver. And without informing me they refunded the item. I can see that items are in stock. Then I informed them items are available. Then they are telling while processing it was out of stock.i asked then give the item in the same price becoz I got those item in good discount while doing the holi offer. Now can't give that offer that's the reason they playing cheap tricks. Guys please do not buy anything from this site. It's fake give fake advertisement and cheating us. Be careful.

                      I had ordered for a dress frm clubfactory it has cancelled my order on top of that it has not refunded the money to the bank account. It an amt of rs1100 not refunded. Its a completely fake site i would suggest not to buy any products frm this site as i have been a sufferer. I want the money back at any cost otherwise i will take serious action against it.

                        My order no. So13810534 had been cancelled by club factory itself stating that the material was no longer available for the product. I had already paid the amount and it was after i had paid that i was informed about the cancellation. It has been almost a month now and the money has not been refunded yet. Niether has the refund status been updated.

                            I ordered a shirt from your this website. It was being delivered through delhivery. My contact number was wrong and they i called delhivery couple of times to update my number and they didn't do the same. And returned my product saying that i refused to take it. It been more than 1 month since my shirt got returned.
                            Club factory support team is not helping and understanding my problem. They are showing me wrong refund screenshots and not understanding that its my shirt that i am talking about. They have not given any number where i can contact and call them. Fraud people. Fraud website. Never buy stuff from here. Poor customer support. Very poor.

                            On Jan 26th 2018, paid and ordered one girls frock and one women's full sleeves shirt. Order no SO[protected]. Till date received only frock and no msg on shirt. Tried calling customer care. It's of waste. No where to go and loose our money. They are cheaters.

                              My order so[protected]Placed on 28 feb) has not been delivered. The customer care just keep making excuses about it being at customs / courier partners not picking up.

                              The courier partners website shows that they are "out for pickup" since 04 march but no one has managed to pickup anything. I do not understand how can someone not pickup after trying for 4 days in a row.

                              Please look into this immediately.

                                I have booked a suit along with a free product in the sale after getting 30 likes..
                                They have booked the order n after 5 days due to increase in price of the product they have cancelled my order with out informing me and not giving my free product also..

                                    Hi, My order SO number is SO14114823 was delivered by 5th March. I am not happy with the product as the size chart defined does not match with the mine and with the item as well. I want to return my product. Item status is not updated on item details page, it is still showing estimated delivery date as 13th march. hence return request can not be placed from my end. I have been requesting you guys since yesterday that please update the item status or else place a request from on my behalf. finally after alot of chasing you guys replied to giving guest account link. When i replied that i can not see any option to "Apply for return" as mentioned in their "return and refund" query column. Now this people replied that there is no return services and sent me Delhi address saying i have to send my order back to given address also have to pay the return cost. This is something which was hidden return policy.And if the return is not entertained then why "Apply fo return "

                                      I placed an order on 1st Feb and cancelled the same day knowing that the delivery of the product would be late than what i expected it to be . I have not received the refund amount even after 37 days - till date. When checked, it says its a paytm transaction ID, but no response on Paytm nos even after multiple trys. They voice mail suggests to call other direct no everytime called .

                                      I have already waited for more than 40 days now . I'm least bothered who would be responsible in getting my money back to my account - Club Factory or Paytm . It's between you companies to deal with this and customer's need not get into the headache of following up everytime .If you have the tie-up with Paytm, you also need to make sure till the amt gets credited back to the customer's account . You cannot wash your hands away by giving a Paytm transaction ID.

                                      If i DO NOT get my money back in the next 2 days, be ready to face a LEGAL NOTICE.

                                      If not, can i place an order for something else for the same amount and not pay for it when delivered ? Will you agree to this?

                                        And I Got notified that the balance has been Refunded to my Account on 2018 Feb 27
                                        It Have been 10 Days
                                        But i Have not yet received any amount
