I have order a mens casual paid jacket and suddenly i have been approved for refund for it. The reason is totally # that it have been missing. It means every time i order more than 3 stuffs one will get missing or will not be delivered for any # reasons, not so good service at all.
Have no bussiness sense or qualities, i hope i surely get my refund as soon as possible and i m getting on 602 rupees back and i have paid 605 rupees for it bloody cheaters

    I placed two orders, on march 5 and march 14. The orders no’s are so14679365 and so15185751 respectively. The first was estimated to arrive ln 23rd march and the second on april 1st. The first was shipped on 15th, but from 17th onwards the tracking info is shown ‘ pickup rescheduled for next day’. Why is this happening? Will i get my products in time??

    Turns out the order was in customs and I got the order as soon as it got moving.

    Dear so sorry fro the delay. we have urged them deliver fast again. We have been trying to push the express company to transport as soon as possible. We are urging the express company to update the logistics as soon as possible.

          I ordered a shoe with order number so14806744 and my delivery was cancelled but my amount has not been refunded yet. Please do the needful.
          I ordered for 8 things and I got only 7 things. They did not deliver the product and did not give a refund as well.

          I had given an order with (Order No. SO[protected], On tracking my package, the status shows delivered but my package is not yet delivered to me

            I have ordered twice from club factory. One on 11th March. The other on March 12th. My order numbers are... No.SO15007382 and No.SO15059144 ... I haven't received my orders yet. Kindly respond.
            It has already been 12 days. They have not given any tracking address as well.. it just shows that it has been rescheduled for tomorrow. This is totally unexpected. How can we order again then if this remains an issue??

After 2 days of order I got mail that your order is cancelled and payment will refund within 5-10 working days. My order no is SO13884008 and my order id is 201802180546096650432. Now 1 month is completed but still I didn't get any refund. Could you please tell me when it will refund.

                  I just wish to return some item which was delivered on 19th March 2018 but there is nothing in the system that I can contact your support. I would like to return the Blouses because the material is damaged and not good as you mention on your website also the Brushes it is all small - attache photo what I receive - also all the codes.

                  Login in our app>Account>Support>Order>What if I get a damaged product>Click 'Support Center'>Select the After the order is delivered channel and leave a message here. Then our customer support team will solve the problem for you.

                  Products are displayed as available and while ordering, are charged for. But when processing, they say the items are no longer available. Refunds are never recieved from this store and they always falsify saying to check with my bank. My bank has no record of the refunds either. I lost a total of almost 4, 000INR on this site.

                    I ordered 1 earing, loose leggings, heeled shoes, sport simple sweatshirt and plastic hair curler i received my order but i dont like the quality of loose leggings and heeled shoes is not as good or not my size so i return it by post at their adress which is given to app but at time my money is not refund but in app it shows that money is refunded but it's not plzzz refund my money hlp me total amont of my money is 1300

                          I didn't receive my order but the app says it is delivered.My order number is SO14112136. I cannot contact the customer service number as well.This is so annoying. They got my money and now I didn't receive my products and there is no way to get a refund as well. It is extremely annoying. Please refund my money.

                            I have bought 3 products together from club factory on 6th of february. The product details is that 2 women's bag and 1 women clothing. I have complaint on women clothing as i took 1top of full sleeve but it is not and it is large in size and it not like in the picture given in site. So please kindly take your product and refund my money to the account as soon as possible and i appreciate that the product estimated time to reach was 23rd of this month but i had received it by 17th of this month

                            I HD not received my parcel which was suppose to come on 9th March... And today it's 12th... Still waiting for it..
                            New experience such late delivery from Amazon or eBay... At least in the u can pay cash on delete we HD already paid and we hv not got the products yet...

                              I have not received my order yet it was not delivered to me by the time given. It was to be delivered on 28 february 2018 but yet it was not delivered. The app was telling to have patience but how long should i. I will be very much obliged if you help me in this problem. If this continues how will your customers have faith on your company.                                   — i have received above message from club factory. It's been two weeks now since i placed the order and payment confirmed through so14712699.
                                  Also received notification saying there are items which are no longer available and related refund will be issued however no actual reimburshments received till now.
                                  I ordered a lot of stuffs and hoping that club factory will true to their words and i am challenging them to prove to us that they are not a scam.
                                  I do hope my package will be sent in due time if not please send my refund.

                                    I placed an order with club factory on 2/28/18. The order number is so14358893. I have still not received my package.

                                    Tried checking the tracking information on e package website. It shows that “isc chicago il (Usps), processed through facility, your item has been processed through our facility in isc chicago il (Usps) at 3:38 pm on march 9, 2018.”

                                    And there is no information after march 9.

                                    Please look into this and update me on the status of the package.
                                    And please make necessary arrangements for the order to be delivered as soon as possible.

Is so14695811 i orderd on 3rd of march, 2018 for rs.3655.58 total 15 items are there on checking tracking details i only received your item is reschdule... Please notify me how long it will take... I want my order as soon as possbile. Pleasee take note of that and help me to get my complaint resolved.

                                        I had ordered pair of shoes on club factory website but not received.At first the ordered was confirmed and got msg ready to out of factory.Then after few days told prouct unavailable and money will be refunded on debit card no.
