      I ordered one dress from club factory in guest account. I got damaged product. So I want to return that product .As well as the quality of the product was very worst.There is no option for return in guest account. Only delivered order is showing there is no help for guest login. Kindly help me for this so that in future I will be freely order anything.

        Your company is delaying my order.           When i placed the order.. The order processing was under satisfactory.. And my order number was so12408777.. But when i track the order when it was under the way of delivery that is about to reach the courier here in aizawl and my item was written as item missing and my item has been cancelled continously and they inform me to refunded the money.. So i again placed for refunding the money at the earliest but till now its more than one month back i haven't received the refunded money

            Mentioned order numbers is placed on 16thfeb till now not received.
            To check the status when i called this customer care number [protected], [protected] person told order is cancelled and to refund he need my credit card number, expiry date, otp. I don't no which ediot customer will give all this information to your customer care service.
            Very worst and 3rd class service from your service person by name deepak kumar and he used all abused language when i rejected to give my personal information.
            I recorded complete voice record what ever he used on me and need to take corrective action on him immediately. I never seen this kind of 3rd grade people who don't even know how to speak with customer.
            Kindly arrange the refund and call back who can speak english and value of the customer.
            The same will mentioned in your website also.
            Arrange for refund of my amount immediately.

              The top is not as per the details given in the photo. Also the size is not at well for me. The colour seems to gaudy and the stuff is not at all of good quality. If the refund is not possible i can exchange it with some other product. Also it was my first experience but i felt so discouraged as the product is altogether different from the display in the picture.

                I placed an order on Feb 16th its been 17 days today. order no.is So13800964.I called customer care number to check the status and really wanna know if its a genuine app or not. The call doesn't answer, I called consistently for 2days it says either unavailable or mail box is full. As I felt its fishy to have a poor customer service with such kinda products they sell. If it has international products why the service so poor.
                I hv paid 1100rs.
                pls answer where is my products.

                  On 26/2/2018 I received a parcel of 4 items But I did not like two item from it, which I retweeted on 26/2/2018 The name of the two items, the Reaton ID Number, Total Refund etc.. The following are:
                  (1) Fashion Slim Vest : Reaton ID Number – SON[protected], Total Refund : 617.81 Blue

                  Dart –[protected]

                  (2) Mens Dress Shirts Long Sleeve Printe... : Reaton ID Number – SON[protected] Total Refund : 673.04 Blue Dart –[protected]

                  The above mentioned items have been rewritten as mentioned above But no reel parcel is taken from any Blue Dart courier or any other courier yet and there is no response from your Club Factory.
                  My item will be reloaded soon and I would like to refund my refund to my bank account

                        I ordered on 4th of feb 2018.. It's been close to 40 days and the product is still undelivered. Since 17th feb the only status in tracking is that product is in indian customs... No help or information is being provided by either club factory or delhivery. I have been told that i cannot even cancel my order. This is ridiculous. Need urgent help. The club factory customer service seems to be very robotic with no information being provided

                        SO13869413 ORDER: first msg of DELAY : Now got MSG product unavailable . Refund but not yet refunded too.(One month almost passed)

                          My email id is correct, I am sure about it.
                          After giving all my details also, You guys cannot find my product, is kind of not acceptable..
                          And my money is already been debited.

                            I had ordered some stuff on feb 10 n estimated delivery was on feb 28 but still i have not delivered with order!! My order no is so13583404
                            N no update from website!!
                            Very disappointed from club factory delivery! Please do some thing about it!! I have function this week i need to get that parcel as early as possible!!!
                            Club factory i thought to be a good online shopping site!! But it turned to be not! No response from company side
                            !! Even money been paid earlier!! If you cannot send the items on estimated date then why you guys give estimated date!!

                              Its been 3 days i have dropped a complain regarding the order and some refund. Is there anyone ti resolve it then please revert on this email id. (Anvita. [protected]@gmail.com) kindly find the attached some pics of the mail recieved from club factory and also go through our comments which is unaddressed from past 3 days. Out of my 3 orders (1 shoe, 1 passport wallet, 1 leather bag) 2 are unavailable with the seller whose refund is still awaited and 1 leather bag was also unavailable but god knows what the selller is delivering me and had send an email to track my order with a tracking number. Its request kindly get some coordination amongst yourselves.
                              I suppose my money is sunk.

                              Also it show an orange sign on the destination UK which according to defination in untrackable by the tracking company. PfA

                              whert should i contact for my order. Its alreary 6th March an estimated date for the delivery of my orders. Now what to do?

                                My order no. So 7763532 dated 21.11.17 received on 4.12.17 which was returened on 4.12.17 due to bad material. They issued refund id sor[protected] for rs.2530.06 on 7.12.17 but amount was not received in my paytm m. No.[protected]. According to there status show returened. Many of the reminders they are not serious about my refund. When i complaint on there site where i booked order they always says keep patience i consult with financial department they take 3 to 5 days then after bank will take 10 to 15 days after many reminders they were not returened my money. Please help to refund my amount.

                                  Havent recieved product when edd was 21sr feb. Contacted support team million times. Every time they give new excuse. Sometimes they say its not picked by courier partner; sometimes custom issues. Now they are not even replying. Screenshot attached.

                                  Can you please update order status asap because i have already decided to go to consumer court as my father is a lawyer?

                                  Why is it stuck in Delhi Customs? Its more than 15 days that products are not delivered since delivery date. I havent received 100 Rs yet. Also, either I want full order or full money!!!

                                    I ordered on 02/02/18 & i was supposed to receive my order on 28/02/18, but i have not received yet.in club factory app, it's shows it's been rescheduled pick up on 01/03/18 & after that their is no site of it till now, enclosed images.

                                    Please refund my money if you can't deliver the products.. We know the value of our money as we earn it. Simply do't waste our time & money for your poor customer service. It's really shameful to take 1 month to deliver an order & also we can't track our order with you stupid app & we don't even know which courier service you are using so as to track. Please kindly refund my money if it can't be delivered asap.

                                        I have placed the order on 14th feb 2018 and received my order on 27th feb 2018 but still order status is reflecting as ready to shift or out for delivery, im not able to raise a any complaint on the same.

                                        Customer care number is not updated properly and not able to call customer care, which i have received product completely bad quality waste of time and money..

                                        Even there is no option available in website to return the product.

                                        Worst company ever seen, ill never ever place the order from club factory, cheaters etc...
