I have ordered my product from club factory but the order is not showing in my club factory account even the product which i have order was not appropriate i want to return my order. But it is not possible as the order is not showing in my club factory account. Can i return my order directly??? If it's possible than return my club factory order and do refund in my account

    Did not receive my order # so14566429. I placed the order on 4th of march and i don’t the order on my app and i can’t even track my order. It’s so difficult to get in touch with club factory. The customer service number doesn’t work. I need my order immediately. There is no where i can track my order or get through and talk to the customer service. This one of the worst customer service ever and this kind of online companies should be banned from selling online. Kindly contact me on [protected]

          These people doesn't know how to talk... when called for a refund request, these ### respond in a language which is really not appreciable and definitely suitable for them to get sued in the court...
          Whoever owns this business, needs to pay attention to the customer service executives to keep this brand running.

          YES, THEY ASK FOR THE CARD DETAILS WHICH ARE LEGALLY NOT ALLOWED. #JustDial had provided the details where this information was asked by te #clubfactory CUSTOMER CARE person which makes the inter-relation of the businesses blurred and I request a #JustDial to immediately break the contract with this brand so that the owner gets the notification about why things are turning wrong, if at all he/she cares. If he is also included in this fishy business, then god save such brands!!

          I had placed order for 2 handbags where the product I received was completely different than what was photoshoped on the website. The quality was pathetic and most importantly the people who are there on CUSTOMER CARE lines, doesn't know how to talk.

          THIS IS A SERIOUS CONCERN AND MUST BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT AS TODAY MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE SHOPPIN GONLINE AND THE MONEY IS GETTING INVESTED. IF REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES ALLOWS SUCH BUSINESSES TO RUN THEN THE FAITH IN THE BRANDS WILL BE LOST.

          ITS AN ALARMING SITUATION!

          First of all, its been days we are trying to connect with someone from your side. But its amazing that in this digital world it is so difficult to call your customer and clarify.

          Secondly, these messages starting from dear have been coming since days with no exact solution. What do you expect from us.???/ To be CALM after paying 3000 for 1 order and 1000 for the other. The second order gets cancelled and we receive a sorry message with no refund status of our money.. Do you think every one is a FOOL?????

          And about your app- No one responds there. Just a message of please be patient comes starting with a DEAR.

          This is really a shameless act. If club FACTORY is actually not fake then you are creating a bad mouth and negative visibility in market. The products are actually something else . They do not even match one percent of what was there in picture.

          I want THE MONEY BACK. IF I DO NOT GET THE MONEY BACK, AM GONG TO FILE A CRIMINAL CASE AGAIST CLUB FACTORY AND ALL ITS EMPLOYEES.

            I have placed the order on 30th jan 2018. And after making payment for the same. They informed that one of your item is out of stock. They payment for the same item is not yet refunded by club factory.? Order no. So13167372. On the app it just shows that refund request is approved, but nothing till date is been received in actual account.
            Very poor service. No proper customer feedback. When called customer care they ask for personal card details? Who does this? Whole things is fraud.
            Totally fraud. They just cheat customer showing variety of products on their site.
            So many complaints regarding same issue from so many clients. Alteast have a courtesy to reply for the same.

            I have ordered a T-shirt on Feb 16, 2018, and My Order ID: SO13802363. The Estimated Delivery date was March 6, 2018, but I haven't received any updates till now. can you please help us out.

              My order has been stuck in the same location for over a week. Everyday i ask those bimbos at the helpline they say that they have it undercontroll, today all of a sudden the realise they dont. I am furious and would probably stab these people if i saw them. There has been no progress and they still say they have it under control. Worst costumer service ever.

              I was not joking when i said i would stab them.

                I have made a purchase on[protected] mens mesh casual sneaker via order no so15057715 i got a message that my order is confirmed. So when i tried to call the customer care of club factory they said my order has been cancelled so we can't deliver your order. But in the website order is showing confirmed so i ask them for my refund & the customer care executive is telling me that i have to provide my credit card details like credit card number cvv code expiry date for the refund when i ask them why should i give you my credit card details they r telling me we can't refund your money go wait for 3, 4 months i said to them this is not the right way to talk to the customer. His reply was 'toh kya haath jood kar pranaam kare kya'

                  Yesterday I ordered business men black shoes, but the size I choosen is mistake.. I want to order 9(UK)size bt unfortunately I given 6 size.. So plz change it

                    They all are bluddy ### they will not dispatch the material nd nor the refund they all are fraudist so there are asking debit/ credit card for payment instead of COD, So they not keep COD payment.
                    I am also booked the shoe of Rs.1080/- . & if we ask to them for refund amt then that time also they are asking us our Debit/Credit Card Number & exp. date etc pls dnt share ur personal information & pls frwd it as recive as possible.

                            I have ordered few dresses on 18th feb 2018 and made the online payment. It is updated on the website that i have received my order on 8th march 2018 but nothing is received at my end. When i tried contacting the courier partner gati with the tracking number given on the website they are saying that none of the tracking number starts with 2 instead it must start with 6 but that is the only number given on the website. Kindly update about my order

                              Hi i placed an order for 2 backpacks, a phone case and an earring on 2/2/18 for which i have received only a single bag out of 4 products where are purchased under order number# so13328933. On the club factory app it shows all the products have been delivered. I tried reaching the customer service dept but their phone number seems be disconnected. Please send a notification to this company's consumer services dept about the matter. It be very helpful if they can refund or kindly send all the products. If not done, i'll take this matter up with higher authorities of governing bodies under which club factory falls.

                              Dear, really sorry for the trouble. The phone case and the bag were canceled due to out of stock and we have already issued the refund on[protected]. The refund has been finished by our side, and it is the bank’s turn to process it. Normally they need 5-10 working days. Please pay attention to your account activities.
                              For the missing earring, we have checked with our warehouse and replied there is no short shipped items. But as customer comes first, we still choose to believe you. Thus, we made a refund for you just now. Then our financial dept. will check and confirm it. Normally it will be made in 3 days, and after that, it will take another 5-10 working days for the bank to process it. Thanks very much for your patience.

                                So pls do not buy product from club factory they are doing fraud by the name of club factory

                                  Hi, clubfactory site is more attractive with products. For attracting customers but products are not really existed every review which is reflected is, they only updated for making fraud - once anyone tries to order it asks payment first if we did that’s all you don’t get money back. This is a serious thing already complaint registered on this. Don’t ever try to book products here...

                                      Account does not show order inspire of correct credentials. No news of the order. Can’t track it. Customer support unhelpful. Why does club factory not show my orders against my account? Also they say they can’t cancel now. Ridiculous customer service. Where does it say on the website it cannot be cancelled after shipping?
