My order has been confirmed on 16 february2018 21:5pm. I have ordered four items and after making payment for the same. They informed that three of your item is out of stock. The payment for the items is not yet refunded by club factory. Order no.13824872. On the app it just shows that ‘your payment has been refunded’, but nothing till date has been received in actual account.
Very poor service. No proper customer feedback.
Totally fraud. They just cheat customer showing variety of products on their site.
So many complaints regarding same issue from so many clients. Alteast have a courtesy to reply for the same.

      I got a dress today morning order no. So14468498 and i was upset because one dress was torn and the handbag was in bad shape as it was squeezed, my apricot color heels had black marks on it.. I dont know why such quality product was given. I ordered a small dress and it came in a very big size.
      I wanted to do te refund and i talked to the customer care "mr. Vishal chandala club" and after seeing the pictures he said.. We saw the pictures and tgey all are good. Is the customer service blind. Cant see a picture of the dress on which i have stuck my finger out showing the dress is torn.
      They said i will have to bare shipping charge.. But club factory says if its their fault and error, they compensate some amount of the shipping charge.

      I am very upset, seeing the customer care response. How dare them to question a customer's integrity, beside i have send the pictures.
      I have uploaded the piks here. The dress which has size issues.. I couldnt even try it as it was very big and few things like sandles color on pik and reality are different.. These all issues i understand..
      But when dress is torn and cases like this.. You guys should check what quality you are providing

      Dear Customer, sincerely sorry for the issue, if you insist to return, we only bare shipping charge for the defective dress, for shoe and bag, if you return you need to bare the shipping fees..

      wow why would I Re-star 5, you guys provide me bad products i have spend INR 4000+ on the products and you want to compensate me with $4. kindly keep that money with you. all I ask is the product is damaged and according to your Rules, if the product is damaged or an error is there from clun factory end the shipping charge is paid by you.
      Do this and will definitely rate it 5 for listening to the customers.
      and listen to what customer has to say and than provide solution, damaged bad, heels with black mark, oversize dress and a torn dress is not what i asked for

        I had ordered a foundation brush with my email [protected]@gmail.com, while checking the tracking number it is shown that i have already received the item. But no one had called me or i didn’t receive any parcel...i lost ma money by buying things from that website. It has to be delivered on 8th march but it is still not delivered. The website is not providing any phone number inorder to contact them

              I ordered yellow jacket from Club Factory. But colour is worst and size too.

              Please let me the producer and I want refund money, worst company and worst costumer experience. Fake company from China. Please don't use this website.

                        I have place order in club factory on 2 March'2018 and my ID is SO14450515 and i have made the payment through my net banking an amount of Rs. 958/- last communication from them on 09 March'2018 saying that order has shipped and tracking no is[protected]. till date i am not able to find where my order. please help me to find order. not able to see any other details in Gati site also.

                          I ordered few bags on club factory on 2/03/2018, it was not showing COD so i paid through paytm and order was confirmed. I got a message from club factory saying your order no:SO14472809 has been processed and shipped on 6/3/2018...but there is no call or further message regarding my shipment...and i saw many negative reviews of club factory that this is a fake website...i want to know when will i be getting my shipment...please help me to get the shipment or refund...

                            We had ordered so mamy items on 3 march 2018.To know my order details i called various no.found from the site but the respone was worst.They don't know how to talk with customer. Later i came to know that my order was cancelled without my permission. When inquired about this no proper response was given and when asked for refund they cut the call.

                              Also when i contacted the customer support for refund.. The person asked me for my debit / credit cards details.. I told him it was an online transfer via net banking still he kept asking me for debit and credit card details..

                              Is this some kind of a fraud happening or support to customer

                              I am really afraid now...

                                When i paid the amount from credit card on[protected], it showed me unpaid. Therefore
                                I tried paying two times, both times amount is deducted from my bank account.
                                Order of one item is confirmed. But the another deducted amount is not recorded on club factory.

                                  I have placed the order on 2nd march, from 8th march i can see on the app while tracking my order that my order is scheduled for pick up and every day it gets rescheduled.. Kindly confirm when can i get my products. I have made the payment of rs. 2093.1.. I am very disappointed with this service.. Its been 12 days and there is no confirmation of delivery of product till date..

                                    I had ordered boots online, which delievered on time but they sent the wrong size, since then I'm trying to contact the organization. In between I got some contact digits from the net but the person asked for my card details, above that he said the person would just take away the wrong size product and then you can order again. And for the refund I need to wait for couple of days. This is ridiculous. And now I am trying to reach them and there is no way I can contact them . This is disgusting spending too much on such ###. Somewhere where the people doesn't care about the customers.

                                      I had placed an order for a handbag (Order no. So[protected] on january 31, 2018. The estimated delivery date was february 18. I have already paid for the product online.

                                      It has been over a month, and i still haven't received it!!!

                                      I was told i will be getting a refund. Haven't received that either.

                                      There's been no intimation or update from the website.

                                      This has, by far, been the worst experience i've had with an e-commerce website.

                                        ... As i chcked the product size was too small for me and quantity was also not correct i got only 4products...
                                        Kindly return my product as soon as possible nad refund my mount as it was paid by me through online method...
