My order has been confirmed on 16 february2018 21:5pm. I have ordered four items and after making payment for the same. They informed that three of your item is out of stock. The payment for the items is not yet refunded by club factory. Order no.13824872. On the app it just shows that ‘your payment has been refunded’, but nothing till date has been received in actual account.
Very poor service. No proper customer feedback. br...

It's going to be 3 weeks i haven't recieved my order every day i check the tracking order it's always like on the way. For next day i am seeing this message from last 3 weeks when will i receive my order

I got a dress today morning order no. So14468498 and i was upset because one dress was torn and the handbag was in bad shape as it was squeezed, my apricot color heels had black marks on it.. I dont know why such quality product was given. I ordered a small dress and it came in a very big size.
I wanted to do te refund and i talked to the customer care "mr. Vishal chandala club" and after seeing the pictures he said.. We saw the pictures...

I had ordered a foundation brush with my email [protected]@gmail.com, while checking the tracking number it is shown that i have already received the item. But no one had called me or i didn’t receive any parcel...i lost ma money by buying things from that website. It has to be delivered on 8th march but it is still not delivered. The website is not providing any phone number inorder to contact them...

My order id is SO14244788 in which i ordered 2 silicone ice tray which was damaged when i received it.i had paid 259.44INR for both trays but when i complained to customer support and had conversation with customer support where they refuse to refund full amount.they are not refunding me full amount which is 259.44INR instead they are just refunding me 32INR...

Ye company bekar hai. Ek ek month ke baad to products ata hai or uska bhai data nhi ki sahi hai ya khrab. Main shirt kharidi the fati hue bhej di or jb mene refund manga to. Bs chat krta reheta hai support pr. Is company ko band bona chahiye or meri money refund karin hai.

Sir/madam i had placed a order to mundra (gujrat), which was delivered to wrong reciever by your courier services. I hadn't received my courier yet and it is showing in tracking phase that it is delivered.. Its a really big concern i want my courier as soon as possible...

I have place order in club factory on 2 March'2018 and my ID is SO14450515 and i have made the payment through my net banking an amount of Rs. 958/- last communication from them on 09 March'2018 saying that order has shipped and tracking no is[protected]. till date i am not able to find where my order. please help me to find order. not able to see any other details in Gati site also....

I ordered few bags on club factory on 2/03/2018, it was not showing COD so i paid through paytm and order was confirmed. I got a message from club factory saying your order no:SO14472809 has been processed and shipped on 6/3/2018...but there is no call or further message regarding my shipment...and i saw many negative reviews of club factory that this is a fake website...i want to know when will i be getting my shipment...please help me to...

I have placed the order on 2nd march, from 8th march i can see on the app while tracking my order that my order is scheduled for pick up and every day it gets rescheduled.. Kindly confirm when can i get my products. I have made the payment of rs. 2093.1.. I am very disappointed with this service.. Its been 12 days and there is no confirmation of delivery of product till date.....

I had ordered boots online, which delievered on time but they sent the wrong size, since then I'm trying to contact the organization. In between I got some contact digits from the net but the person asked for my card details, above that he said the person would just take away the wrong size product and then you can order again. And for the refund I need to wait for couple of days. This is ridiculous. And now I am trying to reach them...

Dear club factory i have ordered 5 product on 26 february 2017... With orrder number:so13633797... And the product was delivered to me on 13 march 2017...
... As i chcked the product size was too small for me and quantity was also not correct i got only 4products...
Kindly return my product as soon as possible nad refund my mount as it was paid by me through online method...
So you can return it with the same process or...
