Hi, on oct 24, 2019, i ordered jbl t460bt headphones worth rupees 1200/- from club factory using cod method and on 31 oct 2019, the product was delivered and i paid the cod amount of 1200/- to the courier boy having courier reference number awb[protected]. However, when i opened the product i was shocked to know that the product is actually a different product with lesser value. I am attaching the image of the received product. Upon further checking i came to know that it is actually not more than 300/- rupees product.

I immediately try to return the product using their mobile app, but to be my surprise the status of the product is still showing under preparing mode in the app. Since it is showing still in process, i am not able to return the product and not able to claim my refund. I called the customer care as well as seek advice using their live chat support, and they had asked me to wait for 3 days and the status will be updated in the app, then i can initiate the refund.

My order number is so[protected].

I request you to kindly look into this urgently and help me to get my money immediately.

I want to return the fake product that I have received from your end and want my money back immediately.
I ordered 3 t shirts
But
I received only 1 t shirt
And it says all product has been delivered.
But only 1 t shirt has been delivered
Other 2 t shirts is not delivered.

    With reference to the above cited subject, i a customer shopping at club factory would like to enquire about my order bearing the order number: so[protected] ordered on the 18th of october 2019. It is taking longer than expected to deliver and an acquaintance of mine ordered some similar product as mine five days after me have already received her product.       Hi there,

      I have ordered product on 28th sep where in it received on 2nd oct however the product i got was incorrect i had ordered mosquito bat and i received a trimmer. Now tell me how m i suppose to kill mosquitoes using a trimmer. On the very same day i requested for return and refund option but it's done yet and the issue is not resolved yet. Worst customer service, not helpfull at all. Everyone over there just lies. Also m looking to escalate this as i havent received the refund yet.

I[censored] like to take this wining price then share your aadhar number and bank account number. When i said no the man using abusing language and saying why are u shopping on club factory if you do not have aadhar number and bank account.                 I ordered one month back many product but not delivery on the date as mentioned by club factory many items still pending. I called many times but they only give assurance nothing else. Whatever i received that was defective and inferior in quality. Club factory only making fool all o[censored]s. They came here only for making scandal and flee away. So i would like to attention all of you that beware from club factory. You all recall home trade that make big scandal in india along with well known celebrity. So never purchase from club factory as they stuck your bucks for months in the buying process and they make investment in other company of your bucks and making profit.

                    Dear sir/madam

                    I order my dress jumpsuit on dt[protected] my order name - so[protected] my order has to delivered by ecom express, but the order didn't delivered it shows wrong address i called customer care they told me that they will deliver my product within that day only but nothing happens.

                    Again i complain i told them i myself receive my order please contact me with the delivery boy they gave no of the delivery boy but he didn't pick up the call.

                    They it shows product has been returned they assured me that when my product will safely return to them they will return my refund money but i didn't received any returned money yet it has become 6 month but still my refund money is yet to delivered

                    So, club factory you didn't care about your customers i patiently waited but i will not wait more,, if you didn't refund my order money then i have to took strong step against you

                              My order number is SO[protected]. I ordered it on 21st October from the club factory app. The app says it's been shipped and would be delivered by 29th October. But I didn't get my delivery yet. The tracking site isn't working in my mobile phone. It says device id cannot empty whenever I try to login. Kindly check the details and let me know about the delivery. It's quite urgent for the order to deliver by 31st of october

                                    I have double booked an order and need it to be cancelled immediately before it ships.

                                    I had ordered 2 hooded sweatshirts and the estimated delivery date was 25th October 2019. Today is 29th October and still i didn't got my order...it was stuck for about 10 days in custom clearance and i am very disappointed. I want to know the exact date when this order will be delivered as i am loosing my patience.
                                    I got wrong product from club factory.. Then when I given for return courier person are not coming for pickup the product... If I m calling in customer care they also not responding for any call.. So what is the solution for this...

                                      Today i received this message from ad-clubfa (Word to word)
                                      "club factory online shopping pvt ltd. Company, dear customer congratulations! You won 1st prize (Tata nexon car) and amount rs. 6, 20, 000/- registration charge 4500/- which valid for 30/10/2019 from club factory online shopping.. Applied for more enquiry our helpline - +91-[protected]"
                                      And after some minutes 2-3 call received from +91-[protected] regarding same but i disconnected after attending 4-5 seconds.

                                      As i keep ordering from club factory so had the curiosity to stop this type of calls. Is there any control or action on these type of fakers by club factory??

                                      Can club factory confirm how someone getting info that we are ordering from clubfactory??
                                      This type of messages & calls clearly shows that clubfactory are not safe to shopping purpose because customer details sharing with others
                                      So better option to uninstall it from your mobile app and will never use clubfactory considering safety...

                                        I have ordered generic lavelier mic for rs 140 and i purchased cod membership already through wallet mode for 80 days but when my order came, delivery boy said total amount is rs 188 with delivery charges while i already purchased cod membership already.
                                        Why i am given cod membership when i already purchased it through wallet mode.

                                        We are sorry that COD (cash on delivery) is currently only available to a limited number of selected users in India and is available for SA. It is randomly applied when you are doing the payment. If you are from India, you can buy cod membership and then you can make cod orders. And you can click any product in the CF APP and find the option shown in the picture below to join the cod membership. Thanks very much for your support.
