Yesterday i did receive my order #so[protected], two items were not delivered. The package was too small for my order. The items missed are#cb[protected]n and #wws[protected]n, “wild lattice thin casual pants, buttons long hooded cardigan coat”. Please let me know what is happening, i did pay my full order, please i need to know what is going on. I been order many times to you, this is the first time that happened. Thanks!!!

    Today i was ordering a slim stylish overcoat from the club factory app and while i made the transaction... It stopped in between and error was shown. I have a message from the bank that the amount has been deducted. But in the orders section of the app it is showing that it is unpaid. Kindly refund my payment and please do resolve my issue urgently.

      I want my order before 7 November because i will be out of station then... Please deliver the order before 7th i request you. I have ordered the product on 27th of october still it is not delivered yet...you are doing too late service plz get me my order by 7th November. The second problem is there is no option for the order to get cancelled . Why is it so? You have not yet shipped the order also when will my order be delivered ?? Plz get me my order before 7th it is very much needed i request you.

        It's been over two weeks, since I have placed my order SO[protected]. And 4 November 2019 was the last day of estimated delivery. I have already paid the amount. The tracking information has been showing " a delay has occurred, please be patient", since 23 October 2019. Would you please tell me whether it would be delivered soon, as I'm in urgent need ?

          My order has been re-dispatched but not delivered till now. It has to be delivered at 4 november but still now it is not delivered. I request you that please deliver my ordered item as soon as possible. Payment had done online.

          Kindly connect to the delivery service by that i can get my order securely, because carrier's phone number is unable to reach, every time it just say the number is incorrect.

            I yogesh jha your customer for the above product. First of all i get my product 3days latter from the maximum delivery date and secondly i got a dammage product. I tried to connect with your customer care executive but since no one is picking up my response.
            Im really disturb with this indecent problem and behaviour.

              I have ordered a ear phones on the month of october (31st) i received it today.. But it was damaged.. And there is no return option in their app.. And also the customer care number is also not working. Please return my amount.. I dont want products any more.. If i can't get it..                 I have lost my phone and i av ordered an item from club factory with an advance payment. I can't log in to the previous account from which i have ordered as i can't retrieve the number from old phone. I have given an alternate number as well and i have ordered the item long back.. By now it should have been delivered using the alternate number. Please try to solve it

                  I'm order a watch 8 - october - 2019 and company was provided me delivery time 18-october-2019. But product delivery is too much late if i'm calling club factory customer then he talking to me it's not my responsibility it's ecom express delivery site responsibility and i'm calling e-com express then he talk to me your delivery is confirm tomorrow evening. But i didn't get call and product. I'm not informed why my delivery is late i'm share all the pictures of delivery.

                    With regard to the subject am informing you of the type of courier service you are engaged with which have no value in customer service... Just now an arrogant delivery boy who comes in a car and cant even seem to get down from his car and delivering the product from his car window from the office parking lot.. Whose asking his customer to come down from the office floor for collection.. With unemployment reaching 18.6 million in 2019.. Please make sure that genuine persons are employed.. Who are not only hardworking but ethical in their conduct and behaviour... I hope necessary action would be taken in this regard

                      Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be avaible to recieve one. I didn't even verified my order through call. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unneccessary efforts of company and mine too.

                        I sneha mondal of bhubaneswar want to cancel my order with order no-so[protected]. I had cancelled it on the day it was ordered but the next day it was showing that it is already shipped which was not expected. I want to cancel my order immediately as soon as possible. Please look into the matter immediately and cancel the order as fast as possible.

                          One more issue i have found
                          That i didn’t received my order “so[protected]” yet and didn’t received any call from delivery boy and the status of the order is showing as delivered.

                          I tried reaching with ecom customer service.
                          They said that they are unable to track the order “so[protected]” with the tracking number.

                          Please find attached required screenshots for more information.

                          Kindly refund my money else i will take legal action against your company.

                          One more order is pending for delivery so[protected], for this order ecom customer care is saying they will connect with club factory and cancel the order after discussed with club factory, after so many follows up with club factory they change the status of my order as rejected, and since 31st oct the status of the order is showing as return to shipper now i can check the status is not changes and they are saying the refund the amount after the product is reached in warehouse.

                          I am asking for any expected date they didn’t say anything.

                          This is worst experience for me.

                          How much time it will take to resolved everytime they are saying same thing wait for 24-48 hr its already 16 days passed but no response from club factory really fed up with you guys, worst experience for me.

                          Please refund my money back as earliest as possible else deliver the product

                                    Today, i received a call from [protected] number and i think, it is a fake call from the company and the company sends my number to the hacker and they approach to me for my personal details.

                                        Hi,

                                        I had purchased goods in September goods were delivered 2 items was defective which I returned. I got the credit to my club factory account but was not able to use the amount to place my order. Speaking to customer service i was informed that my amount was withdrawn to a pytm account. This is fraud done by club factory as I in the first place do not have pytm account which they have maintained and remitted the funds to with my knowledge and now they are not willing to refund my amount. This is not right. Without me providing the details how can they maintained an account and they are not willing to provide any information. I work in a bank amazed how this process works without me giving the details. Please assist in getting my refund irrespective of the amount. end of the day its my money and I am due to get it.
