My order no. Is so[protected] by mistake i put my address wrong i wanted club factory to change my address or as soon as possible. If its not possible it will be my last order with club factory. If they not have any policy regarding that they should make one. I want you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have trust on you and i place a order... I am not expecting from you on this way... There is no response on customer care number or helpline number??? Ring is going on by five minutes... And there is no one answer my ring... Even though i call two times i not get any response from u guys

    I ordered a saree and also paid for it but i didn't get it yet.
    It had been almost 25 days, i m also unable to track my order. It always showing pickup rescheduled.
    Customer care service is very poor
    They do not response to call and the helpline number do not work all the time
    They don't even response to email.
    I want to know whether i m going to get my product or not?
    If not i want my money back
    Looking for the response asap.

        My order number is so[protected]. Payment has been made. But i am not able to track my order. It has no track record. I want to know where is my order. Please find attached image it clearly shows that the order will be delivered by 12th oct, 2019. And it's been more than 4 weeks gone by and i have no idea where my order is. And no details of it with the courier service.

            I made an order in club factory (Order id:[protected] through phonepe app. I cancelled the order and i haven't received any refund amount. But the app and club factory customer support team say that they have refunded. Its almost a month now and still haven't got any refund amount. Club factory customer support gave me a transaction id for refund and asked me to check with my bank. I checked with my bank but the bank says the transaction id is invalid. I again checked with club factory customer support but they say it is valid.in the end i'm stuck with no refund.

              Have received a wrong item and do have requested return. I had ordered for jblt460bt (Product award was 1115) but i got the bing product, it was mrp only on box 749. I have requested return pickup on 12.10.2019. But even after 14 days the pickup of the item has not been made. The tracking number provided is tracking id [[protected]]. Pls arrange for return pickup immediately...

                I ordered fewthings on september 8 and i have waited for over a month its now 25 october and now few days ago it shows its on the way but no one contacted me and now it shows "rto" means multiple attempts of delivery failed... Whatt!! But no one contacted me only... I have waited for this parcel from sep 8 and it was for my cousins... Now i feel bad for them... I hate club factory...😡😡😡

                  I have ordered a mens jacket and payment is done throgh visa card and payment is done, but order has not confirmed and the balance is gone. I want that product or money back, i usually by online products throght club factory application if i loss the money i stop trusting this application so i request you to please refund my money back as soon as possible...

                    As i have booked the order through my debit card, and cancelled it before shipment. I did not get the refund money to my debit card, either they have refunded to my paytm number which is already blocked. I cannot access paytm anymore. I want my refund to be credited to my debit card or clubfactory wallet. The customer care executive is not concerned about my issue, they are disconnecting the call

                      Hi I had ordered for headsets on the 02/10/19. The money has already been debited from my account however delivery has not happened. The app still shows shipped but no update on the date as to when it will be delivered.
                      Requesting to look into this. The wait time has been too much and the product has not been delivered yet. Please provide a update as soon as possible

                        Hi, Club factory sent me a jacket.I paid rs 964to the delivery boy as it was cod. After opening the pack I saw an absolutely different jacket whose size color and the design is nowhere matching with the one I ordered.
                        I called them up several times but they are refusing to replace the jacket or refund me. in the club factory website, my login order details show nowhere the information of the jacket being delivered. so using the wesite I cannot refund it. this website is a total fraud.

                              For one order which is JBL applied for refund and i did not get any option to select refundable address and now it states no option to provide refund for it & other order which is Chinese collar slim fit order is been dispatched but not yet delivered and it needs to be delivered on 21st Oct but not yet delivered still and it is promised that it would get delivered on 15th Oct

                                  I have placed an order in Club Factory worth Rs. 462. The payment for this product was made through online. The order was confirmed on 19, September 2019. The estimated delivery was scheduled to be 27, September 2019.
                                  It has been about a month now and i Sri ll havent recieved the product. I am not able to cancel it nor contact the seller. It says it has been shipped. When tracking the product it says that it hasnt been collected by the courier service.

                                        Ordered items from the company with order no. So[protected] on 2nd october and were to be delivered by 20th october. It is not delivered and and support team gives misleading information on status of consignment and asks to follow up with courier. The company enjoys with the payment.
                                        Further the company delivers the inferior quality/ defective/ irregular size product and when returned charges pick up cost. They receive payment in inr and refunds in usd meaning the customer bear the conversion cost.

                                        I have been getting calls on behalf of CLUB FACTORY ..telling me that I have won first prize in Lucky draw and I have won a Tata safari car. Please look into this matter.This is highly disturbing.

                                        Sir that airpod you have shown in your picture its not come as same its box was opened before it data cable was replaced and this airpod is also not working properly i dont need this please replace it or refund my money
