Recently I got a message that my product is on the way and at 31st october i will get my product but unfortunately I didn't got my product. At that day i got a new message that my product is delivered but that is not true i won't got my product. I request that please kindly help me to find my product as soon as possible because today is 4th november. And i want my product soon.

    I have paid for the Clothing items through mobile pe online and also received a message that the specified amount was deducted but in the club factory browser it shows order unpaid and i didnt receive any order id.Please either assist me in getting the refund or atleast the items ordered.This is really annoying and such activities puts the company in a bad frame.People would not trust anymore and such fraudulent companies should not be allowed for marketing products.

        Recently i had made a guest order on club factory today with the order no. So[protected].. But i'm unable to track my order.. No confirmation email or sms has come... Can you please help me out so that i can track my product and when will it get delivered at my place? Can you please help me out where my order is on its way? And moreover i tried to call the customer care number but there was no response
        My order no so[protected] is taking too much of time to get delieverd to my address. And one product is on return it is also taking too much time on returning and refunding.. I'm very much upset about this. Kindly pay attention to my complaint. I'm very thankful if it will take acction as soon as possible..

          I have done 2814 rupees payment via tamilnadu mercantile bank and amount was deducted from my account but the app showed that something went wrong. I want my cash back or i need a confirmation that the order will be placed. I need a quick response from the club factory company help or support centre. Refund my cash as soon as possible. I dont have order number because order was not placed..
          I have ordered from club factory. My order number is SO[protected].item shipped on October 21, 2019.went in customs clearance on October 24, 2019.its more than 10 days the order is stuck in customs clearance, no update estimation is yet to finish within 2 days.kindly send the product within the estimated date

            Although I have not received the product but the status is showing Delivered. Please look into the matter and arrange to deliver the product.

              I have done payment through tamilnadu mercantile bank but i have not recieved confirm ation mail or message. I shows that "something went wrong". But amount was deducted from my account. I want my money back or my order must be placed. I tried to contact the club factory contact number. It says the number is not in use. So refund my amount to my tmb bank account.
              Order No.SO[protected] not delivered in my hand, ordered in above one month order, club factory were already delivered in my my hand on status. Hence this is urgently solved my probelm

              Club Factory only making fool to all of us Indian they stuck a lot of money for the months. As in my case I ordered one months back but my order is still pending I called many times in this regard but get only gimmick. Club Factory Choor hai
              I had ordered a saree in pink and green colour combination but i have received a red colour saree and the saree patern is also very different. Now i want to change the item. Kindly let me know the procedure.

                            I ordered a boot 3 days ago through a website as a guest order. Payment was done through sbi bank debit card... I got a message from my bank that... Is being debited as a purchase in club factory but i didn’t received any order confirmation email or message so that i can track my order with the help of order number...                                 I placed an order for 4clothes on club factory website on 2nd November 2019. The total amount was 5456.30 rupees. I made the payment through internet banking. The money was deducted from my account but I have did not receive any confirmation of my order from the company. Neither does the order appear anywhere on the website. Their customer service is also not working. I want refund of my money.

I have confirmed from your customer care that you have received the payment but no rider has been received by you. Please refund my money.
                                Sir no order number was generated. Money has been deducted from my account but items are still there in the cart. I have contacted your customer care through online chat several times. They are telling me to wait. But I fail to understand that if the items are still in card then how will order number be generated. It seems that although money has been deducted but order has not been received at your end. I request you to please refund my money.

                                  I ordered a Bluetooth headset but the payment is failed and also I entered my mobile number wrong in the details. But I received a mail saying the product is shipped. Now there is no way for me to collect my product. Without realising that the mobile number is wrong and the payment is sanctioned I ordered another two headphones. Now I want my orders to be cancelled.                                       I got a message saying the product is delivered but i didn't receive it. I called to the delivery agent number, they don't even picked my calls. I went to customer support in club factory, and they also don't given a clue about my product i want to will get refund. Now when i ask them, they are sending the signature i sent them saying that's the signature they got from the delivery... But the delivery boy don't take my signature

                                        I have ordered a jbl head phone, i received a defected very bad quality duplicate head phone, one side speaker is not working!
                                        So i applied for return and refund, it is been one month. I applied on[protected] but till now i haven't got any response. You are keeping on extending the expected refund date.
                                        Kindly take immediate action. Or els i will go for consumer court complain
