Due to some reason, the online payment was unsuccessful and the product was settled in unpaid section and now I have 0 credits left. Now please tell me how to cancel that incomplete order so that I can get my credit point and I can order the product again ?

                Hi i made a purchase on club factory on (06-oct-2019). The quality of product was very poor, so i applied for return. Its been so long since i made my request. I contacted the customer support through app. They made it a case, my case number is #542727. They told the case will be solved in three days. But it’s been more than that, now i’m trying to contact the customer support, but they are trying to avoid me. I have been waiting politely but for more than 2hours it’s been connecting for me. I want this to be solved. Take this issue as serious.

                  But order number was not generated, cannot able to track the order.

                      Club factory is a useless app. You are cheating people by your fake sales. Just show me a proof that you have given someone a mobile or something for 1rs. You just know how to cheat people. You are cheating people in the name of sales. I followed your 9 rupees sale. I didn't get anything. How can 3000 products be sold in just 1 second? I ordered every time within a second and it shows that stocks are out. You are just trying to fool people. You show everyone that stocks are out and not sell anyone anything for that low price. Club factory is the worst app. I would literally ban your app if i get a chance to do so.

                            I have placed 2 orders on club factory, 15 days ago on 5th october.. Order ids are so[protected] and so[protected]. Payment already made via netbanking. I received the tracking ids for the two orders in the app. The courier is delhivery. When i track using the given ids, both the orders show that the item/package "shipment has not been received from seller". This update was a week ago on 11th and 13th october for the respective orders

                            Tried calling ccare but response is pathetic and i cannot connect to an agent via chat also. 15-20 mins waiting time. There is no option to cancel my order as well.

                            Where is my order? Give me a resolution asap or allow me to cancel.

The order was placed on 13th october and the total paid amount is 804 inr. The last message that i received was that the order is being processed in the factories.                                       A smart watch has been ordered on october 10th and it is supposed to be delivered between oct 11th to oct 15th.                                         This is not exclusively about a fraud from club factory. I actually received a call from[protected] claiming thrmselves to be customer care executive of the club factory. They told me that i have won a car worth 14 lacs in a lucky draw stating the order no of my last order from the app amd asled to pay the registration charges of the car or in case to take the said amount by cash, to deposit the yax and service charge. I denied to the same. I tried reporting the same to club factory but they donoy have any active numbers. Fraudster like this are trying to hamper the goodwill of the company. Please take strict actions and preventive measures for the same to protect other customers who are unaware of such frauds.
