Hey!
This is not exclusively about a fraud from club factory. I actually received a call from[protected] claiming thrmselves to be customer care executive of the club factory. They told me that i have won a car worth 14 lacs in a lucky draw stating the order no of my last order from the app amd asled to pay the registration charges of the car or in case to take the said amount by cash, to deposit the yax and service charge. I denied to the same. I tried reporting the same to club factory but they donoy have any active numbers. Fraudster like this are trying to hamper the goodwill of the company. Please take strict actions and preventive measures for the same to protect other customers who are unaware of such frauds.

    I ordered celeb styles designer black color net nylon embroidered saree from club factory with order no so[protected] dated on 27/09/2019. I received my product delivery on 8/10/2019. While opening the package itself i came to know it is the saree of pink color which i didn't order. They have given wrong product to me. I have taken few snaps of it to prove they gave wrong products. So i applied for return and refund. The next immediate day delhivery guy came and took my product. Yesterday i received the refund status as rejected intervention and i didn't get my refund. Either i should get refund or i want the same product for what i have ordered. Or else i will file a complaint against the club factory.

      I want to cancel my order... I cancelled it yesterday but it dint got cancelled and today it's showing its being shipped... They don't even called for purchasing confirmation orelse they used to call... It's not at all fair... I wont be able to pay for it nor gonna receive it as i am out of station... I am not gonna use this app anymore.. I mean how come i cancelled the order yerstday and today it's being shipped and i can't cancel it... It's a cheat

Earlier i ordered a lehenga on 10/10/2019 and delivery date 18/10/19 but still i did not revived my delivery your club factory workers are saying please be patient but how i should be patient i am waiting for that lehenga i cant wait many days longer i want my delivery on 20/10/19 please delivery as soon as possible please

            I ordered two Envie white cotton Lycra seam bra bearing order number SO[protected]. Till date I didn't received ordered product. Today I received a message that it is undelivered due to non answering of calls and to get it I have to re order it.
            But now due to so delay I want to cancel my order and want you to refund my amount of₹320.

              I have ordered a partyware gown on 26th September and got mail about confirmation and delivery date was mentioned 14 th oct till now I haven't received my order . I have contacted club factory on oct 15th and they said it will be deliver within 3days . This is very disappointing that now there customer care no is also not working, haven't received order yet and also they didn't send any communication about it . They are not even following up with the confirm order... I am not able to track my order and as it is showing error please let me know if there is any other way to contact club factory .

                I have returned the product but there is no update on delivery partner site after 27th Sep and no proper resolution from CF and Courier partner I want refund my order number is SO[protected]I have reached out many times to Delhivery and CF both don't have answers really a pethatic and poor customer service never going to order any thing in future from CF if they have that kind of Customer Care.

                  This is my second complaint submition regarding the same product. I received an email but there has been no follow-up email about solving this problem from your company even now.
                  I ordered a saree "anni designer khadi silk saree with blouse piece one size, black" having order no. So[protected] on 22nd september 2019 and it was to arrive by 10th october 2019. However, it still hasn't. The tracking of the package shows only "shipped" as the last message which has been displayed for almost 20 days now. But, to which place the package has till now arrived is not displayed. Please give some information and deliver the package as soon as possible.

                      I am koushik giri. I have order 3 products this website (Club factory) WWW.clubfactory.com on 12-10-19. But they are not giving docket number. There are showing on order number, when i am calling his india courier service provider (Gati), they are asking me give me docket number, but i did not get any kind of docket number though club factory. The courier boy are not coming in house address, but they are lying, he is coming 3 time in my house address, when i did not receive any kind of call though club factory or his courier service partner (Gati). And also when i am calling club factory number - [protected], this number are invalid, also i am calling gati courier service in this number[protected],[protected], they are want docket number which is not provide club factory. They are

                          I've placed an order of 2 tops from the same seller. And the thing is i've received only only one of them, showing a notification that two have been delivered. When i made a request for return the delivery company hesitated to take back cuz only one item is being returned. N the worst thing is i'm not able to contact either seller or the club factory. I'm so not gonna buy anything from club factory ever.

                              I have baught a dress from club factory but it was not good, it was of very poor quality.
                              So, i returned it and the item was picked up by the courier boy but i havent got my refund back and my return request has been cancelled. No one from the company or courier service is responding me. So please help me.
                              When I call to any of the service staff's he doesn't respond.

                                I have ordered my product on 14th of Sept but I have not received my product 8 times I have called the customer care but they have not resolved my quiry also their response was also not good every one was telling same script please wait 72 hours no one have resolved my quiry.
                                When I was asking about their seniors they were saying seniors no is not available.
                                No one is trying to resolve my issues .everyone is telling one script .today is 18th oct still they are saying we can't say how many days it will take to deliver your product.

                                  I ordered Male Fashion Five Sleeves T shirt ( size : L, colour white ) . Expected delivery date was 11/10/2019 but it was delayed, so the next expected delivery date was 15/10/2019 but the delivery man nor called me neither delivered the order . I waited for one more day thinking there might so many to deliver . So I called next day but the number given to me was invalid . I tried many a times to get the call but I couldn't . My order was paid . I tried to reach through email but no reply and today is 17/10/2019 . Club factory please kindly solve the issue . I am waiting for the action .

                                    I am susmi, I ordered for a shoe which came in highly large size. I applied for refund and return. It says pick up requested but no Number to contact the pick person or club factory.
                                    I googled your costmer care number, shown a wrong number.
                                    The product is costly . Please take back the product and return my money.. It's huge irresponsibility from your side.

                                      I've made my order on 5 oct and the expecteddates for delivery were 9-13 oct and I've received it today that is 17 oct.
                                      What I found is it was delivered by Ecom courier service but the headphones were not working and the another complaint is that they've only given me obe piece of it, while it is mentioned 2 on the description itself.
                                      It is not even starting while I've charged it enough.
                                      My order number was SO[protected]
                                      While the package was sent by Rishta enterprises their telephone number is also wrong. Not even able to connect to them.
                                      Please consider my request and tell me the further procedure.
