I order one combo of set of brushes and beauty soing along with a combo of correcting palate and a brush. But i recieved the order after paying i found that there was only one combo of palate and brush in the packaging. I paid for both therefore i want you to please give me the fair service against my money please help this was very disappointing.

Not dliver may parches to 10 days ago
They have gave me delivery date but they can't make any call in order to inform me about delivery time or place ...but they masseged me that my order SO[protected] returned due to multiple failled delivery...how i get my order !!! I want it back ..plzz do something

It feels cheated when payment is asked first and things are not recieved. No good customer care support. Cash on delivery was not available so I had to pay. And now after complaining many times, no things no money. Club factory is a fraud site, which will not take issues seriously. Please do not buy, my genuine words to everyone.
Refunded money is not transferred to my bank account

    Hi i had ordered a combo of hair dryer and straightener through your website on 2nd oct and i had got a confirmation mail from your end on 10th oct claiming that the order is out for delivery and would be dispatched through delhivery courier. But after that i didn't get my courier delivered and i could not even track the status of my courier for which i had made payment through net banking. So here with i demand u to update the status of my courier order no so[protected]. Not to refund my money back.

    Ending this complaint mail with loads of disappointment.

        I'm extremely dissapointed by the pathetic service given by club factory. I placed my order it's almost been a month. The due date for delivery was on 11 october and i still haven't received any response for that. My order no. Is so[protected]. Please let me know to the earliest when will i receive my order. It's frustrating to see a company like you is so unethical and has no concern or sense of responsibility towards the customer i'm never ever gonna order anything from this site henceforth! Please let me know know about my order to the latest.

          Club factory is cheating customers 1) for cod you have to pay 98/- extra per order. 2) you have to pay delivery charges. 3) they show something in descriptions and send you something else. 4) i purchase combo pack of 5 shirts, all were of wrong colors. So i returned it took pics infront of pickup courier guy before packing the return, now they 'rejected return' saying i returned only 2 pcs. Why would i return less items when i paid full amount?

          I ordered the combo pack of 5 shirts, order no. SO[protected].

          The items shown in descriptions and what I recieved were totally different.

          I returned it, took pics infront of pickup courier guy before packing the return package, now your seller has 'rejected return' saying I returned only 2 pcs. I raised return arbitration with the seller attaching the pics as proof, still the seller rejected my return.

          It is cheating by either courier service or your seller who got all the shirts but rejecting saying they got only 2pcs so that they don't have to pay.

          Why would I return less items when I paid full amount?

          Please look into this matter and sort it out ASAP.

            I ordered a "solid wooden canvas sailing boat artwork handcraft mini boat decoration" from club factory on 2 october 2019 and have also successfully done the online payment worth rs 349.15 for the same and even have the transaction details with me, still i didn't received my order nor do i have any details regarding it in my club factory account.
            Iam also unable to contact the customer care from the number they have provided.

            Kindly please look into this matter as soon as possible.

              I ordered one dress marerial on oct 12 as a guest order the amount has been deducted but still now i dint receive any conformation email or sms please fix this issue send me my order details and track my order. If the order is not placed please please refund my amount i request you i have the screenshot of amount deducted. This is the very bad experience i faced after order has been placed amount deduction has been done but no conformation mail or sms this creates tension to the person weather the order has been placed or not. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                I ordered your product men casual comfortable wild t-shirt of white colour (Tracking no.[protected]) but instead of t - shirt, your workers delivered girls black coloured hoodie. I am very dissapointed by your service before that i ordered brand linen casual pants thin flax trouser of navy colour but that too was of bad quality and fade coloured. Doesn't gives what it looks like. So please kindly reform your service.

                    Well we prepaid for the order and it's been almost two months and last week when i was tracking the order it showed it's delivered though we didn't receive any of our order. We couldn't reach the customer care service too. It's so annoying and careless of not providing a proper customer care service.
                    And shipment might have been delivered to wrong address or something what can we do about it! Amount is also prepaid

                      I had ordered a saree and i got it 9/10/19. The saree quality is very bad. And i have applied for return on that very day. But their is no update from your side. You are supposed to schedule a pickup and refund the money, its been 3 days, but there is update and no response. Even your customer care number is of no use. I called twice and kept waiting for 7 minutes each, but no one received. Please look into the matter asap and reschedule a return pickup.

                        I have ordered 5 products on 14 th sep, 2019 and paid on that day itself. On 27 th sep 2019, i recieved the products, among them i haven't recieved one earing from an pair earing. Please do help me with this issue.                             I ordered a wallet and a hair colour wax and i did complete the transaction online. But the thing is that after a long wait i got a message saying parcel delivered. But i didnt receive any package. I never ever expected this from club factory. If i dont get repayment or the product ordered i think club factory is playing this kind of tricks with many of the innocents.

                                This package is not delivered to me. I want this package as soon as possible. I take help from customer care also but nothing can happened. Delivery time is above is 3 days. He send me the message that delivery attempts failed multiple times. Please solve my problem. I want that parcel.

                                    Hey, i just placed my order at club factory and did the payment via paytm, but it shows the transaction was unsuccessful, however full money has been deducted from my account.
