I didn't get my shoes which i had ordered 10 to 11 days ago worth rs.1448 from [club factory] app. My order no is (So[protected]... It already takes too much time but still i didn't recived my shoes.. Helpline no doesn't respond. I had recived the massage from club factory

[club factory] your order (So[protected] is being processed by factories. To prepare your items, it takes about 1-3 business days.

    I ordered JBL blue tooth speakers in club factory but got delivered the wrong product. When i call the customer they are not responding properly. I am not getting refund option also. They have sent wrong product. Live chat also not repsonding properly. When i call them they tell i will get refund option in 24hours but i am not getting that option. Sometimes they make me to be on hold for 30min over call and will not respond back

        Dear ma'am/ sir
        This is inform you that i received a call from [protected] on behalf of your company that you have won prize in random lottery system and you have won a car of rupees 12 lakh 5 thousands.

        You have two option either get 12 lakh 5 thousands car and take amount in accounts and registration fee 3500/-

        I know this is a fraud call but the main issue is that person know your mobile no and all details regarding address and what you have order. This means someone from your company is also involve in this who is providing all details to that person.
        I suggest you to look into matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

            These both items were listed for delivery before 12 days ago.. Still it has not been delivered yet neither their trackings being updated. I dont want these orders after 20th october 2019. They also dont have cancel order option. I have already paid the amounts. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

              Hi sir/madam,

              I had purchased a product by club factory and due to product quality issue raised request to return the product.

              But every day they are cancelling the pick up and simply updating a status, i. E. We are not able to reach out customer.

              When ever i am trying to call the courier partner customer care, always they are replaying that i. E. "right now we have internal technical issue, call us after 30 min", if i am calling after 30 min, i am getting same reply.

                My order is not delivering me it has been more than a month now. Their customer service is # they just apologize and ask for 24 hours and do nothing. I have contacted them more than 5 times still no use. They are taking us granted and they are big cheaters. I want my product to reach asap or else i left out with no option than contact consumer court and report legal complaint.

                  I ordered product from club factory on 24th september and they mentioned i will get it within oct 2nd to oct 12th but still i dint get my product. I tried contacting dem many time bt dy won't respond. Yesterday wen i contacted them they said my order has been cancelled long bak. I have already paid the money and it's their duty to inform me wen my order got cancelled. Now they are not receiving my call. Please solve my issue. I am attaching my product details below.

                      It is to inform you that I ordered two Envie white cotton Lycra cut sea bra on 26-09-19. Till date I didn't received my ordered item and received a message that it is undelivered due to non availability of my presence.
                      It's really very sorry to say that I received no calls from anywhere.

                        Generally, it takes 5-7 days for an order to get delivered, I accepted that.
                        But the details said it'll be delivered on nov 1, after I have paid for the order.

                          I ordered a "fashionable athletic shoe recreational travel shoes" from club factory on 13 october 2019 and have also successfully done the online payment worth rs 1018.86 for the same and even have the transaction details with me, still i didn't received my order nor do i have any details regarding it in my club factory account.
                          I have contacted the customer care many times.. They tell me to send the screenshot in live chat app... After that they are saying to wait for my number... Nothing is in progress.
                          Kindly please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                            I placed an order boat earphones in club factory with one year warranty, its not even been 2+ months, one side of the earphone is not working, i applied for replacement in boat offical website and they reverted back asking for a valid invoice, i raised a request via club factory app for invoice before two weeks no response.                                     I have ordered a sling college bag. I have received this on 13 oct. When i open it dis is not good quality. I found about return policy bt i couldnot found. I want to return it. The product is shown in display is better but posted material is not good. I ordered first tym from clubfactory and the experience is vry bad.. I heard almost before about that this is mostly a fake company.. The products are not good but i have seen this now.. I jzt want my money back and plz return my order.. Thank you

                                      Not able to return order. I had place order of turquoise silver rings and paid via paytm. Ordered as a guest. Order number so[protected]. I downloaded app, clicked returns and refunds and tried to view guest order. Keeps giving me error message that this order is mapped to an existing account. Worst app ever! Why can't you have a simpler, easier return process.
                                      I have ordered a saree from your site we think that product is good but we wrong, i received the product but the quality is not good as we are expecting from you ...
                                      I requested you to please take it back ... I apply for the return but it was disabled .

                                        And i didn't get a call or response from your club factory
                                        And the application still didn't get the order tracking update

                                        On the previous complaint, i complaint about the club factory, today I got call from the club factory customer care number he ask me about the problem, i told the issue of my money is not refunded and even the product is not delivered, after that the agent start abusing me like mother[censored]er and all, and then he cut the call
                                        Order no: SO[protected], PAYMENT MADE ON 19/09/2019. I didnt receive my product . It more the 18 days but there is no update after september 27th try to deliver the product. Please look into it and resolve the issue quickly
