I have ordered a pain less hair remover for women from this app. The product description said it is a rechargeable product but the product which i received is a battery one and also it is not working when i used batteries (Damaged). I wanted to return the product but the return option got disabled.

When i try to track my order from the mobile app, it's continuously showing pick up rescheduled for next day even no delivery boy called me... It is almost 18days now and u still havent received my stuff ordered.. Either please let me know when will i receive my order.. Waiting for a positive response..

Hello. I'm ramesh mukhiya from mhow. I want to cancel my order so[protected]. Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i won't in my house at the time of delivery and will be on vaccation outside the country. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even though the product hasn't been shipped. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unneccessary efforts of company and mine too.

This is the second time I have ordered a pair of shoes from this website. The previous time they kept me waited for half a month and when it was supposed to get delivered then they refunded the amount saying they do not have the product. This time the order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd of October and it has been 8 days and there is no trace of order getting delivered. I have contacted their customer support team but they are useless and asking me to wait every time.
This meant that I feel irritated, agitated frustrated and angry everytime I have to beg the company to deliver the product for which I have already paid. I cannot afford to waste my time on their customer support team everyday after working for a 10 hour shift...I need it to get resolved

Well I want more than just a refund. They should at least give me 10times the amount of the shoes for they have kept me waited more than 2 months for a pair of shoes which otherwise get delivered in a day by other operators.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

I ordered a saree "Anni Designer Khadi Silk Saree With Blouse Piece One Size, Black" having Order No. SO[protected] on 22nd September 2019 and it was to arrive by 10th October 2019. However, it still hasn't. The tracking of the package shows only "Shipped" as the last message which has been displayed for more than 10 days now. But, to which place the package has till now arrived is not displayed. Please give some information and deliver the package as soon as possible.

A flip flop order was placed as guest but while paying from net banking after completing the transaction received an error window on clubfactory website . Money was deducted from account but no order confirmed. Not even a trace. Unable to track anything as has ordered as guest user. Please initiate a refund.

I did not receive my order... I want the refund for that order so[protected] as soon as possible.. No response from the customer care also.. Very bad experience.. It has already been one month since the order placement and it's past the estimates date of delivery.. Customer care number doesn't work.. Neither the chat service is helpful.. How can they cheat the customers this way

This is inform you that i received a call from [protected] on behalf of your company that you have won prize in random lottery system and you have won mahendra xuv 500.
You have two option either get mahendra xuv 500 or 16lakhs rupees registration fee 8500/-
I know this is a fraud call but the main issue is that person know your mobile no and all details regarding address and what you have order. This means someone from your company is also involve in this who is providing all details to that person.
I suggest you to look into matter and resolve the issue as early as possible.

In hope a positive response from your side

We have ordered 9 nos of dress materials in club factory but we received only one product out of 9. As checked the in the status its showing as delivered of all 9 products. We have initiate the refund but, there is no response for refund also. Please take a necessary action and kindly arrange for refund.

My order is still not ship after the approximate time of delivery. The customer care keep on lying to me making different excuses. It's been a month now. They can't even tract the product. And still not ship. I want my refund. Please return my money. You scam me taking my money but never deliver the product nor return my money. Please cancer my orders of today as soon as possible because before confirming my order through call the order was already shipped and i cant be able to cancel the item. The item was shipped twice also and there is two items shipping. So i want to cancel my orders. I could not be able to receive the items. Myself ravikumar. I ordered samsung u flex headphones for rs.830+delivery charges in club factory on 30 september. Today they delivered me fake product. Now i did chat with their customer care they are telling that they only have authorised products. But, how they delivered me a fake product i don't know. Finally they are telling they raised a complaint against their seller sharda imports, contact number [protected]. I don't believe that they will solve my issue. They did fraud to me. My ordered i'd is so[protected]. I will upload the images of the product what i ordered and what i received. My contact number is [protected]. Please see the product what i got and what they shown in the club factory app.

I have 27.44 usd in my clubfactory accoubt which i want to withdraw but i am not able to do so.
I am not able to understand that why its not withdrawing. First time i am facing issue on club factory.
For withdraw, i am following all the procedures.. Ie. Bind your number.. Enter the code

But its showing that it is a registered number, please try another.. What is that. I logged out and log in again and again happening the same.

Why its not withdrawing.. And worst part is even customer care support via chat or call are not able to help me out for this issue.

Order placed for phone cover for Rs. 322.44. Amount deducted but order not confirmed and said there was error in payment but bank has deducted the money. Called customer care but nobody answers. I had to replace the order for cash on delivery and the same is confirmed but again no email or message received. Kindly refund the money. Red for payment IGAHEIFOW4
