I made an order on 2019/09/30 07:04 pm in club factory using the app balance, but payment didn't get successful, after deducting the amount the payment was freeze, i've complaining since then they told us to wait 7 days, again still no refund or unfreeze the payment, i want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible,
I am a regular customer of club factory, i don't want to complaint in public but when customer service is poor, my option is here

Complaint marked as Resolved After complaining and chatting with club factory customer executive for over a week, they unfreeze the amount, every night i request the status of my complaints, and its is resolved now.
