    Sir, i tell you clearly what happened to me. I bought a jbl earphone which costs 269 rupees. So when i removed it, it was not an original product. So i also know what is the difference between an original and a duplicate. So when i returned it, i asked you what the shipping charges are. Because there are no shipping charges in any other e-commerce site. So i had to tell them that if it is your fault then you will have to fill it. One is why i suffered so much loss. Even then i give money. It is cheated with me. You should sell us original things so that they do not need to make a return.in this way, you will sell duplicate products again and again and you will continue to rob 100 100 rupees through returns. So it was not robbed. Please see it and return all my money.

      Hi i also received a msg a few days ago with the same fishing of winning a tata safari, this morning i got a call from a lady from this no ‭+[protected]‬ asking my bank details for money deposit or to deliver car with 8500. Wow! Msgs can be ignored but calls to waste our time? Kindly look into and don’t let any unnecessary people call us like this for fraud or unnecessary reasons! Thanks!

        I had ordered dental peeling sticks and large capacity bags vide order no. So[protected] on october 2. Only received dental sticks. The other item was shown as delivered too but when i complained to their ccare, they changed it to shippedvon october 4 and sent ne msg that i can track my order which is being sent through ecom tracking no. [protected]. When i checked that, it shows info received, other tracks are empty. I want to cancel and get refund, but i cannot bcos item is shown as shipped.

          I have already done the payment. I was supposed to get my order by 6.10.19 but i can't track my order nor the xpressbees have any details about my order.
          I am very disappointed.
          No helpline number has helped me. It's still showing that my order is shipped will get it in 2-3 days, its in custom.
          I am trying but their is no response.

            I did call for refunding from an online shoping company. They said to install an app of name anydesk remote access, and a nine digit number to share and to fill detail of ATM card. As I filled, an amount of rs.4999 has withdrawned fromy account. So you are requested to help and provide me some solution.

                I ordered from club factory

                Item shipped on :19 september 2019,
                Went in customs clearance on 22 september 2019,
                Its more then 20 days order stuck in customs clearance,
                No update, estimate time is already passed.

                Please delivery my order or initiate refund as soon as possible. Its too late.

                We have got i7S Bluetooth earbuds in that we didn't get manual, not even good box, while talking on call not even voice is coming. Not well packed .

                  I got the order no. So[protected] tracking id of delhivery:[protected] for my product. I check the status for the same product and found the tracking message as -
                  "package not picked/received by client" and "incomplete shipper pickup address and shipper not contactable" as per delhivery courier system.

                  I received the tracking number i. E.[protected] from you in a message as well with the name of delhivery courier service.
                  Please resolve it fast and ship my product to me this week latest on priority.

                    I have placed my order on sep 12 2019 till now i didn't receive my order. It's request kindly update the delivery date. I have already paid the amount. So check my order and update delivery date. I can't able to track my order so please do check and kindly update the delivery date. I have been eagerly waiting for my order so it's an request kindly delivery my order as soon as possible
                    Till yet not received but u have to show delivered but I m not received where is my packet ask to courier people and delivered as soon as possible
                    I ordered in club factory money is successfully deducted and successfully credited to club factory account but club factory denied so please help me I contact with club factory last 50 days but not respond me. My transaction id and transaction screenshot given below.
                    I have ordered two earphones on 30 Sep 19. Till now no confirmation of booking order or refund of money. Rs. 224.39/- debited from my credit card.

                      I saw a video on youtube regarding club factory they are promoting do not products get everything for free his youtube channel name is rajveer rupam
                      https://youtu.be/NaZqRnW2HiQ this is the link of 1 video he made number of videos on club factory and promoting people to not buy things and he is getting things for free and every one are getting fooled i don't know but i want him to be punished i want this has to be taken serious it is very bad that he is still doing many videos and club factory employed are still doing nothing

                          [club factory] the package for my order (So[protected] has been shipped by ecom ([protected]) from cf warehous. I would like to return the item which was delivered to me on 5th october. I had made a purchase as a guest and there is no return option available. I'm very much disappointed with your product. Item was not even worth 100 rupee n you sold it to me at 400. Please try to solve this issue as soon as possible.

                            I made an order on 2019/09/30 07:04 pm in club factory using the app balance, but payment didn't get successful, after deducting the amount the payment was freeze, i've complaining since then they told us to wait 7 days, again still no refund or unfreeze the payment, i want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible,
                            I am a regular customer of club factory, i don't want to complaint in public but when customer service is poor, my option is here

                              When the package arrived and I opened it the blouse piece was not in the package and in the order it said that it was a saree with an unstitched blouse piece so please send me another piece of saree with stitched blouse piece and the deliverer was there to confirm the absence of the blouse piece and please act on the complaint as soon as possible .

I will be back after 19th of october. No on is there to collect the order. Can it be delivered after 10th october?
                                And what if the order is not received by me, shall my money get refunded by club factory?

One of the airpod is working properly but the other one is not even working and doesn't connect to the bluetooth.. Please solve my problem as soon as possible..                                         I am jessica masih and i ordered a couple of things from the website, i had a package dilivered but it was someone else's order, the customer care helpline chat and email are useless they do not respond, please give me my money back.
                                        Please tend to my request or i will file a case against the company, i have tried contacting the customer care in everyway possible and also contacted the dilivery boy, but there has been so response.
                                        The company is spoiling it's name with such indesgressions.
