I have ordered one captcha m3 smart band and mi power bank in club factory. I did not receive that products even after the expected delivery date. They also didn't respond to my calls.

I ordered some stuff on August 25 and there isn't any update after 2 sep and till date(27 sep) I didn't receive my order.
I can't cancel it as it shows it was shipped already so I can't have my money back.
I reccomend not to trust this site especially do not pay for the orders in advance just always try to order cash on delivery.
They'll surely send your stuff if its cod but if you have already paid...
