Hello, i am l abinaya from chennai. I want to cancel my order so[protected]
Please cancel my order as soon as possible because i am not ready to pay for the order and i will not be avaible to recieve one. I didn't even verified my order through call. There is no portal available on sight to cancel the order even i am not able to connect through call, mail or text. I want to request you to please cancel my order as soon as possible in order to decrease the unneccessary efforts of company and mine too.

I ordered something for 2000 rs in 2xl size but it was sent in 3xl size. I tried returning it but the return option wasn't even opening for this product. I contacted the customer care by live chat, they asked for the image which i sent, and she assured me in 48 hours return option will open up. When it didn't, i contacted them again. Again i had to explain my story from scratch, again they asked for images of product, again they said same thing. This happened 4 times. Then i sent an email. After 12 emails, after me having to send the picture again and again and again, i got a reply saying the return window closed because i didn't return on time? That's a lie because i have been trying to return it from the day the product reached and the return option wasn't even coming. This is fraud!

Why the percel taking too late to reach,

I confirmed ordered in 27th september by giving online payment and in 29 th september it reached on nilgiri near my address. But i am sorry to say that still it has not been delivered. This may be emergency to any customer who acess this service but i am facing repeatedly this issue.. Xan u give the explanation behind your carelessly response towards customer.

The order date exceed yet, club factory didn't care to deliver my stuff.[protected] is the tracking no. Yet it's not useful in any of their tracking service, so disappointed with club factory. My money is not yet return and they expect me to wait, so irresponsible company.
The customer care is worst, no human services, robot voice of no help. I placed my trust on this dumb company, i demand my money back, after requesting so much from club factory, it has shown me that the company is just garbage. I don't want anything anymore from club factory, just give my money back. I hope such company like club factory don't exist in the future. No sense of customer help at all.

It is regarding order id so14598653 i ordered a women jacket as guest order. But i recived wrong product. I tried to return it through guest order but there is no option to return it. I complain about it cf customer care through chat. But i did not get any help regarding it. I want to return this wrong product i recived and want my refund please help me regarding this thanku so much

I ordered a leather jacket worth 2450INR via cash on delivery online ...but i got a total missmatched product a very cheap ladies sweater instead of jacket...then i applied for return but local delivery person just came and clicked the photos of product and tell me to come again but he never showed up..then I again applied for return but no one showed up.. And now my request for return is cancelled...i feel Totally robbed by club factory, please solve my problem ASAP... I want total refund now.. Please do it fast.

I've ordered a product worth rs. 924 in club factory on[protected], order no so[protected], i received order on[protected], and created return request on[protected], which is valid till[protected], we have tried calling customer service number number of times, but no response received, later after[protected] it shows status return cancelled, later i've repeatedly tried calling customer service number where no response is received, then on[protected] i've searched for club factory customer care helpline number where i found many numbers, among them one number[protected] lifted the call claiming that he is from club factory, he deceived me and fraudly taken my bank confidential details and swept my whole bank balance rs. 5, 464, later we have given complaint to cyber crime and my bank branch

Who the hell is responsible for the loss i've suffered and the mental distress, its all happened only bcz of your poor customer service,
I hereby request to return my order and refund the amount i've paid for the item rs. 924 and i claim to refund the amount i lost due to fraud bcz of your poor customer service rs. 5, 464

Sir please help my parcel has not been return for 45 days. I call the clubfactory customer support but they did not give satusfued reason and now they did not pick up my call
So please help me. I also called ecom express they are also not respond. I have order on 08 aug 19 but i submit return next day of delivery of my package but they did not so far

I have ordered a jacket on 26th august from clubfactory, it has not been delivered yet. Called the customer care many times but no action has been taken. They are not refunding the order too. I don't receive my refund till now. Its almost one month now. Now i can't connect to the operator also. I need money urgently. Im connecting to the operator 2days but its not resolved. I dnt expect such a experience from thz app. I purchased fron so many online apps but this is the first time i have such experience. Im very dissappointed. I think u resolve the issue. I believe u fr the last time.

I'm ordered a product at 8th august and this is september 30. Still i cannot received my product. I have also done my payment in online mode. They said that my product will delivered in august 25th, but still i'm waiting for my product. I have my order number and the message that i am received from club factory when i am done my payment and also my order details and screenshots. I want my product.

Instead of 5 units i have received only 1 unit of product, this is my second time experienc in club factory, no help line or no communication with any body from club factory, i tried club factory customer number but no use i just wasted my precious time n money spending with this app. I felt help less for my self. I dint receive courier on time took such a long time almost 2 months.

I booked my product from club factory vide order number so[protected] on dated 23 sep 2019 and after that got message, your order has been shipped by delivery ref.[protected] from cf warehouse on dated 25 sep 2019. But after that there is no intimation regarding delivery and order tracked to till. I contact with help centre of club factory but no any suitable responded to me. I paid online system for the product cost. Now i request to you please take suitable action regarding this case.

I have cancelled the prepaid product because they didn't deliver the product on the promised time. The didn't even update about the delayed delivery in the app. I have been trying to call them for more than a week and then got their response they said they will start the refund in 48 hours but now it is been a week, i am not even able to track the order online and know about the process of the refund. They are not picking up the call as well. They are not responding to the messages.
Please help me with this issue.
