We have registered for club jiva membership during january-18, since then we are not getting proper response during bookings, when we raise query they don’t bother to respond at all and they make false promises and lie to us and till date we have not received dae credentials.

While booking with club jiva we didn’t get response at all and once they also booked and then canceled our booking
And when we are asking for dae credentials they are constantly avoiding and fooling us and don’t give us proper answers. We are mailing them, calling them but they just don’t care to respond and gives us false promises that they will provide us dae credentials shortly but till date we haven’t received it.
Club Jiva customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I want my money back . they are not providing any support and accommodation when we want. there is no where mentioned that amount is non-refundable. not pick my call. run away by closing office permanently in suart. these people completely fraud fraud

    Hi all
    I am a new member of club jiva, who got trapped during my family visit to manali in april 2016. They are a big cheat. We came across an agent of club jiva at mall road manali during our visit, who tried to lure by offering gift cards to us. But the agent convinced my wife to try her luck and scratch the card. When she scratched a card, it reflected that she had won a gift out of the four gifts mentioned on that card (A free holiday / an led t. V. / an i-pad / a cash prize of 10000/-). The agent told us that we are only required to visit a resort and collect the gift. However we refused his offer and left the place. But he kept following us and finally stopped us and said that it is just a part of the promotion of the resort, so that we can visit the resort, have a look at it and recommend it to others. He pleaded that he was a poor man and he would be getting rs 100/- if we visited the resort once. We got emotional and went to the resort with him. At the resort we were asked to fill up a form and asked to attend a presentation of less than an hour; which actually lasted for more than 5 hours!!! During the presentation the sales executive, mr vijay thakur and her senior, briefed to us regarding a 25 yr. Membership programme of club jiva and explained the benefit stating that all the hotels & resorts are of 4/5 star property within india and international. Since we mostly book 4 star properties we thought this membership would help us even during peak season we purchase a 5 year membership for 7 night per year. To this unfortunately for us we paid a lumpsum amount of inr 56000 through our credit card. They made several high, high and high promises to us, and presented before us a long list of resorts of club jiva and its tie ups. They told us that apart from the membership fee, we need to pay a maintenance fee inr 5500 annually; we would not be required to pay a single penny for staying at any of these resorts. They also offered one gift voucher of 5 nights and 6 days free of cost complimentary holidays with inr 500 per night with the membership for which we tried utilizing our gift voucher for our oct 2016 holiday. We get redeem this gift voucher holiday in matheran mumbai where first we need to pay inr 500 per night per person which is false statement first and another we get a room which is to smell out from everywhere water is come out. We told this to club jiva representative there in mathern only nobody even come to check the situation. My membership starts from jan 2017.in mar we decide to plan a vacation at nainital. They told us as your membership is blue session member you would not allowed to book for peak session and if so the per 2 night you need to pay 7 night for the booking. This time i came to know that the people take a membership for off session. This is never told me when club jiva representative sold us membership. Even this time they told us every time we can make booking for any time session.
    The sales guy - mr. Vijay thakur through whom the membership has been availed is no longer associated with club jiva. He himself has now accepted the fact that the company is fraud and several customers have been duped by the agents.. You may also go through the no. Of complaints lodged against them in various forums. I am now absolutely convinced with the fact this company is really fraud and is into the business of cheating customers by mis-selling and misrepresentation of facts.
    I mailed to club jiva regarding all this and asked them either give me the booking or to go ahead for the cancellation of my membership, the club jiva member told me after one month that now they give me booking but my vacation time is over now any time we cannot make the vacation when club jiva give me booking still i have try to make plan during my time crunch for vacation for shimla and they again refuse this. I call several times with club jiva and talked with nidhi and neha, but everytime they refuse to give me booking. Then i told her to cancel my member ship they told the member ship is non cancellable where as the time of sale they told us any time we can cancel the membership and take a refund for the membership fee. I have called several time to tell refund, they are impolite and non courteous to tell they won’t refund the membership fees. For which i had a question to him that if they do not provide me booking then why can't i get my refund... He hang up the call without answering... Which is highly unprofessional.
    I have mailed several time to give me booking or either cancel my membership they first refuse to cancellation and after some time they even not reply me to the mail.
    A troubled member from this club, i felt it is very important to warn the people against such kind of frauds and also initiate the legal actions against them so that nobody gets trapped by them in future.

    Is possible to abort club jiva membership, I never used it. Unnessarly it is lying with me. Can I book it as fraud and file PIL. As I seen lot of complaints.
    Need to Cancel Club Jiva Membership as this is fraud organization & cheated many peoples so far...

    I had planned to book via Club Jiva 4 months before holiday schedule but till now did not get firm confirmation..

    Debate is going on since one month now but issue is still pending with Club Jiva...

    I will Lodge FIR against them soon...

    I will throw this ### out from Jogeshwari office...

      Respected all tourism department of the india,

      Myself kiran p. Vaghela from ahmedabad, gujarat.

      I would like to inform and aware of the most cheater company clubjiva in india that is cheating on every citizen of india. This company is selling rooms for fixed hotels. But the rooms and hotels are very limited and they are selling to unlimited citizens of a well-known city. They are targetted to every citizen of tourism city of india and marketing for 4 start and 5-star resorts/ hotels in india like ramada, radisson blue, cambay etc. But actually, at the time of booking, they are never giving those specified properties because they do not have it actually. They are force to citizens for the immediate payments for 5 or 10 years membership. After taken payment, they become free to promise. Finally members loss their money. Member never enjoys hotels as they want and as a promise given by clubjiva. They have only 10 rooms at hotels and say all others members simply get the answer "no availability", "we are a time-sharing company", "choose another dates" etc... Members actually do not know they have lucky draw system and first come first serve system. They never explain these type of very important condition at the time of payment.

      They are giving in written of guarantees of room but at the time of booking no guarantees because of limited rooms are shared with millions of members.

      And more things if the member wants their dates then they have some rude staffs. One of a staff member is mr. Hitesh he handles such types of very unsatisfied members. He force to the member just forgot your money and holidays and rooms.

      What we citizens of india expect from the government to protect such a fraud company.

      1) if a company can't able to give room then they must cut the amount and give back to the member for book elsewhere
      2) stop making unlimited members if they have limited rooms
      3) don't make a false promise like 4 stars or 5-star properties
      4) don't demand extra money if they fail to give stared properties.
      5) there must be controlled on such types of fraud company
      6) member always have room if they want to place and dates
      7) the company is responsible to give guarantees of rooms to members

      Finally, request you to keep aware all citizens of india for saving their valuable money by such types of cheater company.

        The sales guy edward said sir u give us a request 3-4 months in advanse and we will arrange the stay.in last 2 years i tried to book stay thrice and a usual template reponse stay not available for the choosen date and place. Over and above the custoner care or the sales guy no one would respond as per their words. Sales guy said he will update me in next 2 days but no response. I followed him up then after 3-4 days he gave me one number of mr jaideep and again he said i am on leave will takn tonorrow; next day he does not knows anything abt u nothing abiut ur issue but the sales guy said he khows everything. This tine mr jaideep said give me one hour and i will uodate u and yes he never called back. Neither edward reokied to my messages or calls.
        No consumer pays any amount to undergo such trauma and mental harrasment.

        I need my member ship charges and maintenance charges that i paid in last 2 years be refunded and cancell this membership wgich is nothing less than a torture. Despite having this membership i have already spend enough money on my last trips then whats the use.

          Hello all,
          Its been almost 11 working days since we requested information on reservations and have received only 2 responses.

          Where's the gap?
          Either you do not have bandwidth to deal with your customers or a very wrong expectation has been set.

          We were to get a call from someone handling the european dae but there is no response

          I want the escalation matrix. Whom do i email to get my money back

            They are making members by saying guarantees of rooms but when we request for the booking then they have only one answer "no availability". Because they have very limited say 10 rooms in a low star hotel and they are selling to thousands of customer and they are directly telling rest of the customer "no availability" my membership id is "cj/ma/0048".

              Please find below the Facts:
              1. We were on a Holiday in Sikkim in the month of May-16, we came across Club Jiva, as we had won a holiday package in "scratch and win" offer launched by your company.
              2. We attended the seminar presented by your Sales team member, Ms. Sarojani and she explained about the hospitality and services of you company. We were inclined towards entering a contract for a period of 5 years. We paid Rs. 8, 000 advance on 22nd May, 2016 on the very day for the contract value of Rs. 80, 000.
              3. After payment of Balance of Rs. 72, 000 on 28th May, 2016, your company allocated the member ship no. CJ/GTP/A1004 for the contract period starting from calendar year 2017 toll 2021.
              4. I’ve not utilised a single room nights from the calendar year 2017 till date.
              5. I’ve also paid the Management charges for the Financial Year 2017 (Rs. 5, 635) and 2018 (Rs. 6, 372) totalling to Rs. 12, 007, as and when called for.
              6. As part of the promotion program we were provided Two Complimentary Break of 3 nights each and in Scratch and win Contest, we were allocated 5 room nights with in your Home resorts. It was actually a pain in booking the room nights as part of the promotional program and scratch and win contest. The email correspondences can be shared, so that you can understand as a customer, what all pains we are going through. But I should appreciate, the services at the resorts were good.

              Please find below the reason’s to reach to conclusion on demanding the refund:

              1. I had sent the booking request for my trip to for the Hotels on 27th February, 2018 and as usual there was a sloppy response.
              2. As there was no response from your side, we had to have a meeting with your team on 4th May, 2018 and it was discussed with Mr. Jaydeep Shetty and Ms. Meena (a Senior personnel from your company) that they will be sharing the Complete Itinerary i.e. (Cab Booking, Hotel reservation (Club Jiva) and tour details) by 7th May, 2018 and latest by 11th May, 2018. As usual sloppy response, non-answering of call, request for extra time was made and no updates to the member. Follow-up emails were sent on 4thMay, 2018, 11th June, 2018, 16th July, 2018 and 2nd August, 2018. In good faith I also gave extra time and the Management Charges for the Financial Year 2018 on 11th July, 2018.
              3. After 6 months of struggle on 7th August, 2018 @ 5.01 PM your tem has shared the Itinerary. It surprised me as what I get is completely different Itinerary for 3 Adults, where as I had shared the Flight tickets for 2 Adult and 1 child (age 7 years) on 16th July, 2018. Your company is asking money for the booking the Hotels, which is already pre-paid.
              4. I had a call today at 10.41 am with Mr. Jaydeep Shetty on 8th August, 2018. He assured that he’ll be sharing the updated / revised Itinerary by 4.00 pm but no response.
              5. We had sent escalation mail to Mr. Lavles on 8th August, 2018, hoping that the escalation to will help to solve the booking problem.
              6. On 9th August, 2018, Morning Ms. Meena Sharma (a Senior personnel from your company) called me and trying to pacify the situation and promised that she will be able to provide a solution for the problem that we are facing. But she ended up providing irrelevant information and buying time.
              7. Since she stopped responding, we had to once again escalate the matter via email to you on 14th August, 2018 and ask for refund.

              In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, arrange to pay refund Rs. 117, 007 (Rupees One Lakh Seventeen Thousand and Seven Only) being Rs. 80, 000 for Initial Booking Amount, Rs. 12, 007 for Management charges and Rs. 25, 000 (Expenditure incurred for hotel booking, since your company did not provide the resorts) at the earliest.

                I have taken membership of jiva on 05/05/2018 at Mahableshwar, their representatives Mr.Faisal given wrong information about membership and given me blue membership, my family are 4 member, two child 15 & 18.but Faisal was given blue membership.After that I have call for booking he said Two adult Two children or three adult are allowed. My first booking time problem so how 25 years can be passed and I have called customer service at Mumbai for talking Officer but not attend me and no call me a week. There are no reply from customer care, This type of clubs can chetted to members and his Representative also cheated and wrong information gives.

                  I took club jiva membership while i was in mahabaleshwar on 3rd aug, 2018 and made the payment of rs. 35, 000/- by my credit card after attending the presentation at hotel j's excellency by your representative rohini patil, contact: [protected].

                  I was informed that my membership will start from jan 2019 and that i would be getting a welcome call to share my membership details and welcome kit for which i have not been contacted and till date i've not received any membership documents. I have been trying to contact them since last 2 days and spoke with customer care representative –neha @[protected].

                  Neha asked us to drop a mail at [protected]@clubjiva.in and that her manager meena sharma would revert on the same.

                  The representative advised that they cannot refund the amount paid and asked me to review my agreement and my agreement is going to commence from jan 2019 for which they haven't even contacted me yet.

                  When my agreement is going to commence from jan 2019, then how is my agreement in effect now. Secondly as per your official club kivabe website in disclaimer, point 6. Cancellation/refund terms it clearly states i can cancel within 7 days from the date of purchase.

                  If i have been promised for callback to confirm my details and even after following uo and i have just been told to wait back, how can i trust that my queries will be acknowledged in future if there's any inconvenience caused by availing your services

                  I wrote multiple follow - up reminder emails @ [protected]@clubjiva.in for refund but no revert on those emails.

                  I have already mailed you all details and requested for refund on 07/08/2018 of rs. 35, 000/ - which is already in 7 days cancellation window.

                  I seriously want you to consider this matter else i'll initiate legal action against your company.

                  Can I get an update on my email sent to club Jiva for the current status on my refund request.
                  Club jiva is not ready to refund my membership amount of Rs. 35000|/- Multiple follow email sent to the company but no proper response received.

                  I was in Mahabaleshwar for a trip on 3rd August'18 and was approached by local guy distributing promotional vouchers for Club Jiva.

                  Upon opening the voucher I was shown that I have won a gift which included TV, Holiday package worth 21, 000₹, Tab and a 10000₹ rupees cash and inorder to avail that gift I need to attend 1 hour presentation and then they would scratch the voucher to avail my gift.

                  I was then taken to Hotel J's Excellency where they asked me to show the bank card we use and then we were introduced to Rohini Patil who then started off with explaining how we would want to spend our holiday and lured with lucrative offer such as accomodation in 4 & 5 star hotels and avail amenties at no extra cost.

                  All we had to do is take their membership and we would exprience world class amenities by Club Jiva.

                  They tried to sell us package for 2, 10, 000₹ with membership term of 25 years which we declined as this was too much for us. They then started negotiating and finally stated they will give us charter package with membership for 5 years with 35, 000₹.

                  The representative informed that we activate our membership from Jan'19 as this would make the term more feasible and help us make EMI payments in that year and then swiped our credit card for 35, 000₹.

                  They then made agreement on stamp paper and nowhere they have mentioned anything about membership details in that agreement. They also stated that we would get welcome call from Club Jiva for sending Occupancy certificate.

                  Since then we have been following up and we have been chasing Rohini Patil as to when we will get welcome call and we were just told we will get it soon. This made me suspicious and the moment I opened Club Jiva site I was shocked to see Complaints by customers who were cheated the same way and some of them are still awaiting refund.

                  I then checked Club Jiva website and in their disclaimer policy it is mentioned that we can cancel our membership within 7 days from the date of purchase.

                  I took membership on 3rd August'18 and requested cancellation on 7th August'18 and instead of looking into refund process they are refusing stating their managers will be the one who will respond.

                  I have attached the trail mail of communication between Club Jiva, me and my friend. We have also informed the same to Axis bank and filled the transactio dispute form for the same

                  I sincerely request you to assist me in getting our refund as this is our hard earned money and that we have been given false commitment and false assurance.

                    Club Jiva is totally nonprofessional organisation (sorry to say but better to call fraudulent), Reason for caslling club Jiva non professional are as following-

                    1. I became member of club Jiva in may 2018. At the time of booking there representative shidant (At Mount Abu) told me that I can avail holiday in any part, even for a single day break alongwith I can book holiday for any season (so called red season by him). At the time of confirmation of my membership I got a call from club jiva but the told me that I can not avail holiday less than 3 days, I denied for that and told what sidhant explained me. Then I requested them to confirm with sidhant and then only please confirm my membership otherwise please cancel it. Later on I got confirmation of my membership without any further call. Club Jiva & myself both are having recording of that conversation.

                    2. Secondly I contacted for holiday booking for Goa in last wick of Dec 2018, I contacted in June & I got reply there is no booking prior to 6 months. So I called again on 24th, 25 th June ( as my booking starting date is 25th Dec ) including email for same. But unfortunately I didn't get any reply. After continuous email/call I got reply that there is no room in Goa on my dates.

                    3. Then I changed my dates (3 days less trip) but again same thing, no room.

                    4 .Then I asked for availability then the wrote me that I can book before 20th Dec or after 5 the Jan. Hat the hell is this? Then what is red season?
                    So my advice to all of you, please don't go with club jiva, otherwise you will suffer. If somebody wants proof then please leave your contact & I will send you proof of all above things.

                      Its a total fraud company. They have a pattern of cheating. Their representatives catch people in tourist spots and offer you lucrative coupons of sure prize winning. After that they call tge people in a hotel where they take all possible details of yours and then cheat you. I have encountered same incident and all thanks to maharashtra police (Mahabaleshwar) i got my money back. They can cheat you from 40000 to upto 200000 rs. By offering fancy holiday packages in marriott such 5 star hotels all over the world. These types of criminals should be catch and this company should be closed asap

                        I had put my complaint in 2015 on your site and in oct 2015, complaint wss stated to be resolved by saying they will refund the money. But on repeatidly requesting and even have forewarded all mails, the company has not refunded my money. I am not sure how the company updste the complaints as resolved without your concents. Latest they had asked for 90 days for refund but its almost 5 months and till now they had been giving excuses. I am posting this on your site so that i might able to save someone's hard esrned money. I shall be writing to hotel industry govt website too so that they can have a check on them and might help so many people wbo hsd lost their money to them. It is a big avoid if snyone is thinking of becoming new member.

                        It is very surprising to me when your customer care says to raise the compliant directly to them. Here i would like to inform you and al reading out this comment that I had posted more than 20 mails to you but there had been no action. In Jan 2018 you said it will take 90 days to refund but even after waitin for 180 days you ha e not refunded the money. You left me no choice except to start putting my complaint on common forum. I won't restrict myself here only, will post my complaint on gogvernment website too and will update on comon forum, so that others also follows the same.

                          I hold membership cj/gt/b/c201 with you, want cancellation & refund of the same. It was not an donation for your information rather an investment for my holidays done during 2015. Since then several time requested for booking and so on none was accepted from you with excuse saying blue membership & your are not eligible.

                          Here all of these people are complaining of your services and want to lodge a complaint.

                          His is ridiculous organisation with fraud and miss-leading people with false promises.

                          Without proving further bad image of your firm refund my full amount 50, 000 rupees.

                          The biggest scammer and the worst company looting peoples money. I'm dam sure with getting together we can file complaints and publish in all relevant hotel industries or clubs and also with government websites on the same... This might save those people who might invest without knowing the facts about this club.

                            This is in regard to my booking request for gangtok and darjeeling. I have placed a request 2 months prior. And for the month of june and july. Earlier they told that i have to pay 1500 utility charges per night. While signing contract no such thing was mentioned. I still agreed as they were claiming that rooms are available on the desired location. But after everything today they have mailed me that there are no rooms available in darjeeling on my desired dates. As my guest has already done his travel bookings and now they are telling that the rooms are only available after 5 july while my request was from 24 june onwards. This is utter fraudulent behaviour sown by club jiva. Because of their this behaviour i have not been able to use even a single night till now just one in delhi that too after lots of request. And they were showing as if they are doing some favour to me. I am really feeling cheated. And this time if i dont get any any roo. I am very sure i ll take entire team of club jiva to court. Including pritha, kalpana and all members whose name i know.
                            They have looted me i ll make them pay for it.

                              We registered with club jiva the last year n they gave us one prize coupon which they are not ready to redeem now. V have called them n number of times also emailed but they are not responding appropriately. They r not giving us the holiday package we want neither r they receiving our calls. V want club jiva to return our membership money or i vil file an fir against them.

                                I am not getting response from club jiva for my reservation requests. So i'm not able to confirm whether i will get hotel reservation or not. No response from club jiva even after repeated requests. I think they are playing with me by doing some frauds. My memberhip id is cj/ng/b/c1245.

                                I started the reservation process on apr 16 2018.

                                My travel dates are getting closer and still not confirmed about hotel booking status.

                                I want to cancel my membership if this is going to be their attitude towards customers.

                                  My self prashant amolik, i was lured by free gift scheme and invited to united 21 hotel in lonaval there many sales person talking sweet and fancy things forced me to take 5 years holiday plan of club jiva at united 21 hotel lonavala on 18th april 2018, my membership id is cj/un21/b/c0012, i was told all rosy stories of the package and they ended to swipe my credit card for inr 570000 but they have taken more money from me the same package is at inr 420000 in market and the sales guys have taken big commission margin out of it, also they have given me blue studio membership which is base category membership for such a huge amount cheaters, they told me that i can pay by no interest emi for 2 years and interest part club jiva will take care, immediately in 2 days mr. Sandip singh is now denying it saying club jiva cannot take interest part, i am middle class person and i cannot pay this huge credit card in one go as i already have many emi to be paid and i am highly cheated here and i am in very much stress, also as per many website reviews i later found that they are cheating people by misrepresentation of showing 4 stars properties you will get in package where as the only give poor service apartments with limited choice and many hidden rules, since their website says cancellation can be done within 7 days from membership purchase i have sent mail to [protected]@clubjiva.in however they have replied back to me saying membership is non cancelable and non refundable.
                                  They have made my life full of stress. I want my money back

                                    I have taken membership at my own decision paying inr 12000 at mahabaleshwar with confidence that i am able to pay my monthly emi. But on returning back to home, i got confirmation from my banker that home loan has been disbursed and inr 10k will be monthly emi. Immediately i called executive to cancel the membership as discussed i am able to cancel within 15 days. But he did several arguments and denied to cancel the membership.

                                    I know that i am unable to pay the emi as i haven't paid single emi since membership taken. I want positive response from club and they can cancel my membership and return at least inr 9000 deducting there admin charges.

                                      I have enrolled in your 5 years of membership plan dated 27/03/2018. I have also received call from your company side dated 04/04/2018. Till date i have not received any hard kit or any support call from your side.

                                      Right now i am not able to continue this membership due to my worst financial situation as well as huge medical emergency. I have also tried to call on call centre but they told me that refund is not possible while i have utilised 3 night from your side you can deduct this money from refund amount and kindly cancel my membership and refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i need to take support from consumer court.

                                        Your officials requested us to attend a presentation at Matheran on May 06, 2017 and given a very attractive marketing talk thereby provided a very greenery picture of your company which influenced us to become a member of JIVA CLUB. But I am very much afraid to tell you that over a period of time I fully realised that it was far away from reality.

                                        They have given us a false commitments which today I realise that they cannot honour or fulfill.

                                        We have been offered a free holiday home coupon (no. MUM 27686) offering free stay for five nights and six days at Saputara or at similar other places but your officials couldn't confirm our booking till date.

                                        Secondly, I was trying for Panchgani during December 2017 and even at time time I couldn't get the booking.

                                        Now, it is a third time when I am planning to go to Saputara by giving sufficient time of one month in advance (on the dates which are available according to your choice) even then I couldn't get the confirmed booking but never the less I am receiving series of e-mails asking to provide same information in some specific format which doesn't add any value to me.

                                        Besides these three incidences, it has given me mental torture which cannot be counted in monetary terms.

                                        I need to make series of phone calls to various officials of your company at periodic intervals and beg for a confirmed booking but I am very much frustrated to share with you that all of these efforts turned out to be totally worthless.

                                        After having such background and series of bitter experiences, I have decided to request you for cancellation of membership. I have not used your service for single occasion also not even including your free holiday home coupon and hence entitled for 100% refund with normal FD interest for time you have used my corpus.

                                        Kindly acknowledge the mail and refund me the entire money at your earliest.
