I had taken a membership for 25 years in 2019, and not availed any holidays due to pandemic.They provided different type of room and also asking for maintenence charges without providing the required services.Now when i am asking for a vacation they are saying that my account is blocked for nonpayment of maintenence charges.I have paid 2.5Lac as membership, If you cant provide services then refund my membership amount

    Whenever we tried to use the membership, we didn't find any help in booking the rooms even 20 days of prior notice in off season. So we ended up not using the membership even once till date.
    I'm really devastated in investing in a dubious service like this. Requesting to refund the amount I have paid

      Company stole my money with fake promises and showing some pictures of her properties. But whenever i have plan to go somewhere and asking to book hotel they dont have rooms available. Why they sold membership to us if they can not fulfill customer requirements. I have spend 35000 to clubjiva for the membership before two years back but they unable to give me single date to me as per my plans.

      I you cannot fulfill my requirements then refund me my amount back.

      They also promise to help me to sold my membership to someone else who they knows.

      I am very disappointed

        I would like to request Refund of money paid to them towards membership and AMC charges.
        As not even a single booking they have allotted to me. From last 1 year just trying for booking only and no reply from their side.

          Hi, I have taken membership of club jiva in 2021. That was biggest mistake of my life. worst investment.
          they show good hotels in presentation and now seeing in their list is below average hotels. for example hotels in daman, goa are most underrated hotels.
          I want to cancel my membership and refund. Otherwise I will case in consumer court

            Dear Sir,
            Club Jiva is always in denial mood of reservation. They only need yearly maintenance fees.
            Please note since membership from 2018 they have always denied booking sighting any reason. I need booking as per my holiday.
            I need booking from 22-24 October 2022 at Lonawala. I am following up with their team since long. But as usual they are unable to provide the same.
            If rooms are not available in every occasion, what's the use of this useless membership.

            I want to cancel this membership and get refund of all the payments till date. I have paid around Rs. 1 lac till date.

                I m booking rooms but nobody answered me. I tried to contact mr. Jignesh Joshi many times. But he didn't receive my any call. I purchased membarship of club Jiva for mr. Jignesh Joshi but now he don't response me.how I can contact the agent n book my rooms.
                Please solve my this problem either i will contact the consumer court.
                Please reply immediately.

                  Lucky draw coupons for Jiva Club on the occasion of their Eventand asked us to visit the Mathron 31st July Morning. He told us that there will be a small presentation and then we have to scratch the lucky draw coupon and then we will get any one of the prize from below options as part of their
                  but they want to sign me membership and then will give u gift
                  I said no and leave the place

                    I taken membership of jiva club in 19/11/2015 by number cj/lcg/b/b129 with 130000 rs . I never get booking from club.
                    Everytime mailed me booking is not available

                    in 2019 they called for upgrade membership by mr. Niraj tanna he told me upgrade menbership for anytime booking .Season is not matter and given some offer
                    i agreed and paid more 70000 rs.
                    Total paid 200000.
                    Till today still not enjoyed any stay with this club.I don't get any booking from club.
                    In mumbai nobody pick up phone inspite of many number.

                    So i kindly request to all
                    this is very fraud company and don't stuck with them.

                    I already stucked.
                    now i want cancel my membership and get full refund

                      We had taken the membership worth 70 k and paid annual maintenance fees for 3 years which comes to around 1 lakh in total. Upon trying to reach the customer care, they don't respond. They attend the calls initially but decline the travel request you submit due to some or the other reason. The office address posted on Google is permanently closed. There is no way to get the money back. Today, we received a call from Club JIva representative asking to pay the annual maintenance fee. Upon asking several questions on the office address, she cut the call, denied to give the office address. The company is a complete fraud. Though their services are shut down, still they're making fool of everyone and asking for money. I need my money back.

                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                        Our membership ID : CJ/UN21/B/C0241

                        With reference to the appended mail, request you not to pressurise us for payment of management charge like the way you pressurized us by giving a very short period of time, at the time of our initial membership at Lonavala, on 25th November 2018 wherein you have given us only less than half an hour time to decide on the membership by mentioning the scheme is getting over within half an hour time. We have made the membership fee of Rupees One Lakh at one stretch. However till date we have neither received the DAE membership card, login ID and password (as promised by you the same will be received within 90 days of our agreement) nor we have utilised the holidays as per the agreement till date mainly due to COVID situation.
                        As per the agreement the management charge is mentioned as Rs.5670 + GST . However as per your mail the same is mentioned as Rs.8250. There is no such clause in the agreement which states there will be change in management charge from time to time.
                        We are also hearing lot of negative reviews of the existing members even through social medias which is making us feel scared for making further payments to your company.
                        As we have not used the membership till date due to the COVID situation, where the entire universe is in standstill position. We are not an exception as Our economic position also after COVID situation has worsen, so we are unable to think of spending more money on pleasure rather than to concentrate on basic necessities and very essential expenses like child education, medical expenses and other monthly family expenses.
                        In this juncture, considering the above genuine reasons we request you to kindly cancel the agreement which is not utilised by us till date and refund the entire amount of Rupees One Lakh to the below mentioned account details which will help us to come out from the bad financial situation and also to avoid further legal action against your company from our end.

                          Regarding the subjected Agreement Number, we wish to inform you that,

                          Myself Mrs. Rashmi Mayekar, My husband Mr.Rajesh Mayekar and our son Mast.Parth, we went to Matheran on 18th March 2022, for a family picnic, on the second day i.e. 19th March 2022, evening we went to the Matheran market for shopping, while roaming one guy came to my husband and ask him to wait and listen to him for 5 min. said that he is making sales promotion of their new projects of club and asked my son to take out one card that was Free Gift Card and overjoyed he said that your son is very lucky he has won the prize, and to take the prize you have to come to our office there we will distribute your prize and there is a small promotion celebration ceremony is going on, which you have to attend, will take 1 hour, we will provide you snacks & bevarages and after this we will give you ur prize. This Gift voucher ( scratch Card ) is of four prizes, Prize is 32” LCD TV, TAB, Cash etc.. We went with him, one lady came and gave us one form to fill in which there we need to give all our kyc details, we filled that form signed, and submit to her, then after some time one representative came named M. Vrushali Rane, we got introduced to her by that lady, after that Vrushali took us to the hotel and showed us each and every floor of the hotel and explained types activities they arranges for travellers/ guests, then she took us to one small room / office, where we saw a couple was sitting and one guy was explaining them about their club and activities, we made to sit, i asked Vrushali, when we can collect our gift, but she pretend that she had not listen what i said, and started to make happy to both o[censored]s and our son, she told that today is the last date of some offers of club membership and by your sons luck u have got the Gift voucher also, it's a very co-incidents, your son is very lucky and further... she removed some catalouges / brouchers from her drawer and started to show hotels and their activities, how club jiva is tied up with all the hotel in India as well as in abroad, and kept smiling all the time and praising my son in every pause. it took nearly 1hour, and at last she offered to join the Membership of Rs. 2lacs we were in shocked and refused to not take the same, she started convincing us but every time we refused to her but she is fully trained how to make Fraud and make fool to the customer, she called her senior Mr. Anwar, a tall guy came smiling to us, and again started to explain the plans and offers, we told him that we will think on it and will let u know our decision, and ask him to handover our gift and to let us go to our hotel as it was 8'0 clock now and we have spent almost 2 hrs here, but he made us to sit saying that how Vrushali will feel, when she has spent almost 2 hrs with u and not taking the Membership, we kept on saying NO, After some time Mr. Anwar told that if you are not taking the membership of Rs. 2Lacs, he will show us calculation of Membership of Rs. 1lacs, which will be very beneficial and be in your budget, and thus made us ready, told to pay Advance payment of Rs. 50, 000/- very smartly he asked us Credit Card, I told him that I have not generated PIN of the same yet he said no problem I will help you to generate the pin right now and took me with him in one small office, my Axis Bank credit card limit was Rs. 40, 000/-only, he successfully generated PIN of my card and swiped the card and made the transaction, we were like hypnotised by them, after this he told that atleast 50% of Advance payment must be done and asked my husband whether he has cash of Rs. 10, 000/- we told him we don’t have cash, smiling he said not to worry there will be balance in your bank account and thus can swipe the card, this time also we refused them but they made us ready for the transaction and got done. For 50% Balance payment they told us to pay in 18 emi @2777/- per month., Also told that there will be club maintenance charges of Rs. 8, 500/- in every two years . Very happily and smartly they cheated us and in a fraction of minute 1 Purchase Agreement - on 100 Rs. non Judicial stamp paper was handed over to us and took signature of both o[censored]s. Payment receipt of Rs. 50, 000/- ( Rs. 40, 000/- + Rs. 10, 000/ ) and other papers like hotels / restaurants lists were attached with the agreement after finish all the procedures they captured our family photo with our Agreement . Mr. Anwar said verbally that this agreement is Transferable, can be gift to family members and Friends and also it can be Withdrawn / cancel Then we asked them to give us our Gift, Vrushali, took out our gift voucher and asked my son to scratch the same, he scratched the same and found that he won the prize of holiday package worth of Rs. 21, 000/- ( prize B) which is for 3 Nights and 4 Days ) FREE Accommodation to be availed at Goa, Panchgani, Matheran an or and many more. Here they have very smartly cheated us . They assured us that they will courier the Travel kit on our address within weeks time, which is include Membership Card.
                          Now Almost 1 and half months we are making follow ups for the Travel Kit but no response, every time they says we will courier it to u, we are now fed up to calling them . And also in this time myself have lost the Job and my husband is only the earing person in our Family. We will not able to use and maintain trip with club Jiva Contract, we haven’t used nor even started with this. We have realized that we have got cheated . We want to cancel the Membership and request to refund the amount paid of Rs. 50, 000/- .
                          Its my humble request to you please refund all money paid by my husband, it will be very helpful for my son’s education, sir I am not asking any donation I am just requesting to refund my own money.
                          I will always be thankful to you for your gratitude

                              Club Jiva, Mumbai is a fraud club just whisking money by portraying lavish properties & miss selling membership to innocent customers. They do not responding to the customers many times & if they do so, they have all the excuses to spoil your plans for any vacations and even do not have their own properties, then how they can make you a member of the properties / club.
                              I was in Goa in January 2019 when a salesman approached me & my family for the promotional offer and thus we were in their trap and we were miss sold the product with false information and big words of the sales person. Even they do not allow us to leave and persuaded us to book the membership. since we do not have cash then they made partial payment through our bank card. They kept on calling us repeatedly till we had paid the complete amount. After that no alls it's our nightmare. whenever we called for booking they will instantly say not available and suggest you other dates or other hotels where they have some kind of profit sharing. this was not acceptable as we had to pay extra for this booking. I had approached them through mails recently but they are not ready to return my money. pls, help us.

                                This is an absolute scam. Their modus operandi is to target the tourists in goa. We were convinced to buying a 5 years package for 7 days a year at inr 60, 000 plus a yearly fess of inr 5500, with a long list of hotels and resorts, own and affiliated on their records back in 2015. 5 years into it we were not successful in utilizing a single day (Zero). We have tried on several occasions to book through them over the mentioned period, always the same answer "packed for the mentioned period."
                                Recently we requested a booking at lonavala at one of the standard hotels and only to our surprise were first declined and then given an inn as a booking. Now that we just wanted to utilise the money invested we decided to go on a family vacation utilizing 7 rooms over 12 days that would make good 14 of our 35 days. Again to our surprise the booking manager who finally could be reached after a dilly dally of 4 days was definitely a wrong guy in the hospitality industry. He mentioned that the inn booking was also a favour as we are no longer eligible for our booking. He kept insisting we could email the higher up to resolve our issue. The guu who was at the other end assured that our conversation was recorded which i would love them to play back and listen if they have any kind of a system in place. I am certain i will get to the bottom of this. But peopleshould be made aware of these kind of organisations.

                                  CJ/KP/R/03119 Just a brief with regards to our transaction history done on 11th of December 2021 for your easy reference.
                                  We had come to your office at Kumar Plaza, Matheran on winning the gift voucher. After receiving details of your club Jiva's holiday membership packages and plans from your executive Mr. Aniket and yourself, we then decided to sign up for membership of Club Jiva. We had chosen the package of 10years membership for Rs. 1, 02, 000/- on EMI basis. Further while swiping for the payment we first tried with our mother's Debit card of Kotak Mahindra Bank. Firstly the card was swiped for Rs. 1, 02, 000/- and second time we swiped for Rs. 91, 000/- . We received transaction errors during both the transactions.
                                  Later we decided to pay 20, 000/- as a down payment and balance amount into 18months EMI.
                                  On 13th of December 2021, I received an email from Kotak Mahindra Bank mentioning that my both loans of Rs. 1, 02, 000/- and Rs. 91, 000/- have been sanctioned.
                                  We called at Kotak Mahindra Bank customer care and they have confirmed that these two amounts have been credited to Club Jiva's account (CFB Aggregator - Pine Labs Pvt Ltd). On requesting to cancel the same, they informed that this can be done from Club Jiva's end and it should be processed within a week. If delayed, It will be tedious for them to process.
                                  Club Jiva team asked us to send the confirmation letter. Later we decided to continue with 91, 000/- and asked them to refund us 1, 02, 000/- and 20, 000/- down payment done in cash. Till date we have received only 1, 02, 000/- Balance 20, 000/- is still pending. We have sent so many reminder emails. No one is courteous from Club Jiva to attend and revert to our emails.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, We have purchased membership.

                                      Club Jiva membership ID: CJ-AK-1428 dated 16-Jun-2019

                                      We have not use any facility till date. We have purchased membership in Red still we have not obtained any booking.

                                      Please check attached correspondence and check that we have tried for booking many time but our booking is not confirmed.

                                      Please refund our membership amount.
                                      Club Jiva customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        It is humbly submitted that I along with my wife met with your promoter / representative named as Ms. Ritu Shah at Vadodadra on 12.08.2018, who verbally convinced me for taking membership of “Club Jiva” run by your company i.e. HKPL, registered office is at 65/Level-1’Deewan Centre, S.V. Road, Jogeshwari(w), Mumbai and also assured that several attractive services and superb facilities and comfortable accommodation will be provided by club jiva and club jiva have tie-up with several Five star hotels all over the India and abroad. They also assured us that if in case we find anything unsatisfactory the money which has been held of an amount of Rs 90000./- by club jiva (paid vide Receipt No - MUM19063- attached herewith)will be refunded within seven working days. Getting convinced with such attractive scheme I signed the agreement and at that time of the signing of the agreement the network of my mobile was not available thus I was not able to cross check the aforementioned statements stated by your representative and status of Club Jiva . The time which they gave me to become member was too short to go for any such an inquiry / cross check regarding the services as they said that period of just an hour was the only time I could avail those services within the discount offer so I was badly confused about the decision and getting falsely convinced I signed the agreement. After that I never had services which were promised during enrollment. When i asked for DAE Login (for which I am eligible as per attachment), I never got reply in a convincing manner. I am not able to utilize any of the services promised by Club Jiva since 2018. It was a big shock for me and my family.

                                        It is informed to cancel my membership and refund the amount which has been held up by your company in the name of Club Jiva in the same account from where it has been paid.
