I ha purchase DTH offered by compare DTH service. At the time of online payment as suggested i has paid Rs 199 additional for free shoes delivery. I had paid on 5.7.15 & still awaited for the delivery. It is a kind of fraud with customer. Pls give me either refund or the delivery.

But there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, nature of the product, size (6' standard size) etc. Could I expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? I want to complaint before your higher authority. How can I avail that? DO SOMETHING ETHICAL, INSTEAD OD CHEATING YOUR BONAFIDE CONSUMERS

Dish TV executive followed up me to took DISH connection for 2 days and told me many offers, then I cancelled my Videocon connection and taken this DIsh TV. I did pay 1599/- for it online as per they guide me on phone. After that they called me and told that I can't provide connection in my society. Then I asked them for refund, at that time they told us that it will take 7 days to refund. But now its been 10 days I didnt get any update on it. They are not even replying to my calls.

Hi i bought dishtv hd+ with recorder via line payment on 20th may 2015 with the following reg.no 17986275, but till date 5th june 2015, no dish tv has been supplied or fitted at my premises repeated calls and chats to various managers has not resolved the issue more over looking at all the reviews and complaints ome of which the local service center fitted old set top box etc... i don't want to go ahead with dish tv... and request refund of the amount please kindly help me in this direction.. thanking you in advance. john

hello sir, this is prakash makhija from surat. on 15 march i have bought a dish tv connection from comparedth.com company charge me for that 1749 rs. only for that on that time company provide a scheme with it that if i pay 200 more he will send me a pair of sports shooes. i paid all 1950 rs. in one time by bank. Company has been charge 200 for handling charge to send me it via courier. and for that he ask me 15 working days wait for receiving this promotinal gift. after a long time waiting i have not received any information about that. i called to company and ask about my shooes . the call boy sent a reply via online chat that i will get it after a week again i call there after a week . that time company call boy use rough language and did not sort out my problem . i sent a mail to the gopal verma who is handling this company. i sent a proof of voice recording what he told me . Mr Gopal Verma told me that we have sent the courier but did not sent you any information. that time he gave me the courier company address only with the courier receipt code. i contact the courier company my self about that. the courier company told me that he has no service on the particular area so he send it return to Comparedth. Neither the comparedth inform me nor courier company. I inform again to comparedth about that and sent my new address to send it back rather i have paid 200 rs already. mr gopal verma did not get any response that he read my mail or not after that i tried more time to contact with Mr, gopal verma but he is not receiving my call and not giving any reply my mails here is all 4 no.s to contact with comparedth [protected] [protected], [protected] [protected] but no one responding me. Kindly submit my complaint against comparedth please

I bought a tata sky connection from compare DTH website. The agent committed to have the connection installed within a day. After struggling to get the connection installed with the Tata Sky guys, I cancelled it. I called the Compare DTH guys and asked to refund my money, the agent (some lady with mobile number: [protected]). She said she will send the details in email, but even after repetitive calls, I haven't received my money. Pls help.

Sir I Dev dutt sharma from kharghar mumbai booked a dth by the website www.comparedth.com due to an offer in 1599 hd dth...with free installation any where in india and timing is 24 hrs...but after 40 hrs dth is not installed and i have a call that Rs.200 is applied for installed dth...sir this is froud for the customer... take N/A please.. Company is not showing the charge applying area in his website. When i call to dth after hear my problem phon disconnect by the executive without giving any answer.

Hi, My name is Mohammed Yousuff from Bangalore, I have placed an order with Comparedth.com today at 3:30 pm after chatting with there executive Mr Mubin Siddiqi, He told that Tata Sky Hd DTH with 1 month free will be installed today itself if you make online payment instantly, After speaking him over phone he confirmed it will be done at any cost by end of the day today. But Once I processed the payment I got a msg saying due to technical issue it will be done tomorrow. when contacted no one is picking call or responding properly. I have attached the details please do the needful.

I Booked Tata Sky DTH online on 1st Apr2014 on condition that i will get delivery on same day. I waited for confirmation around 3-4 Hrs after payment but i did not receive any. Thereafter i had call with Executive and i asked him acout status of delivery and he told me i will receive delivery on 2nd Apr that is next day. i complained same with complaint team of compareDTH team and they convince me that they will deliver product on 2nd April in early morning. On 2nd Apr in the afternoon i received message that you will get delivery today thereafter iwaited till 4PM and again i called and messaged Complaint team manager for same but he did not receive single call and thereafter he switch off his phone. So i call Jr executive at complaint office for same and he told me that your order is book and you will get order tommorrow and he will mailed same. Commitement of delivery was on n same day of booking but they did not mean it.

I placed order on comparedth of Videocond2h and made an online payment of 1649 INR/- through credit card. The guys who come for installation of the videocond2h again asked me 1700 INR for the videocond2h which i had already paid to comparedth. Now, comparedth are telling to wait for some time and i lost my money and wasted lot of my time conversing with them.
