This is to inform you that I am a customer of Airtel dth (Customer Id :[protected]) and In last week of April I have taken 3 more set top boxes. I have registered a complaint on 19th May, 2019 (Complaint No.:[protected] regarding the connection split, but the split has been done on the wrong connection (i.e. [protected]-001) again I have register a complaint on 1st June, 2019 and I have been assured for the solution in 24-48 hrs. but the complaint has not been registered in the first place because the customer care executive has not ask any details and give no complaint Number, then again I've complaint on 3rd June for split my two stb's [protected]-002 & [protected]-004 and their complaint No. is (for[protected] & for[protected] but that also not resolved within time limit of 24-48 hrs so I again complaint on
6th June (Complaint No.[protected] and again customer care executive has assured me for the solution within 24-48 hrs. but complaint unattended still.
Please escalate my complaint no. for the quick solution to higher authority.

Dear sir

I bought a new dish TV connection through compare DTH online portal for rupees 1699 with sports shoes offer.

After making the payment dish TV got installed. Then i was call back to compare DTH to track the status of gift.

Then they sent a link to make payment for shipping charges. That also made through that link.
But till now I did not received any gift from compare DTH. Regarding this I was trying to call so many times but company did not respond properly.

Here I attached all snapshot regarding payments. Kindly do the needful.

Reading other review of customers & their concerns, I think this is a poor service provider or may be fraud. Their customer care number is also not connecting, only they are responding quick to the new customers. So I don't want to get the installation & need my money refunded. Or I will take initiative to complain in consumer Court.

Yesterday i get call from [protected] and girl told me the offers for new dth connection, for payment they send me one link and from that link i paid 899 amount rest amount i have to paid after installation. I get this msg also,

Dear sir i have paid half of the amount i. E 899 rupees online to install airtel dth new connection and they promised to install the dth in 4-24 hr on 1st june 2019 but it's 2days now i get no feedbacks yet. It's too urgent now pls take some action so that i could get my money back.
Sir kindly pay attention to my humble request to refund my money as soon as possible.

After getting touch by phone with miss rozida their representative she told me that after deposit they most connect in between 24 hour but i have deposited on 31.05.2019 till 72 hour has been completed but till date they have no response and their customer care number hardly connect plz take necessary steps to refund my money neither i will make consumer complain against you

I have made the transaction yesterday related to the installation of the airtel dth services. The order number is cdt[protected]. I have paid the amount of rs. 699 with all the offers. I have not received any communication from the airtel team regarding the installation of the dth services. Please let me know when will i get the communication from them.

I purchased a dish tv hd box from compare dth website and they have not installed at my house. I tried to call them 100 times and there is no complaint taken or no response. They are disconnecting the call. Compare dth website should be shut down and need to sue them.
I have already made the payment of 1699.
This is cheating. Compelete fraud. I need my money back.
There are many people with same stories.
We need justice here.
It's totally unacceptable what these guys are doing.

I ordered new DTH connection on 23rdMay'19 and following up since then with no response from complaint cell or customer care. Service is pathetic as all my 30 calls made to customer care no.[protected]/2 were disconnected movement they hear my voice asking for update.

They appear fraud and doesn't recommend anyone to further check for this company services.

As per your terms and condition i have booked a airtel hd dth connection on 23rd may 2019 at about 1130am but till now neither any seller contracted nor dth installed. Accordingly on approached with your complaint officer they assured that your dth will be installed but 28hrs already passed. Solicit instruction please.

I had made online payment to https://www.comparedth.com/ as per instructions of the sales executive for an offer of installation and delivery of tata sky hd box on 21st may 2019. However https://www.comparedth.com/ failed to get it installed and delivered to me at my home. I have been trying to reach them out for the last 2 days to refund my money but they are not refunding. Have purchased one dish tv on 06 dec 2018. The offer of sports shoes was offered with the purchase of the dish, i availed it and paid the shipment cost (Rs. 199/-) through online transaction on 09 jan 2019 with order merchant reference number : cdt-shoe-[protected] and ebs payment id :[protected]. Have made several calls (But nobody attends) and have dropped numerous mails but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, could i expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? This is my last attempt to get this issue resolved post which i will have no other option but to file an official complaint with consumer court.

I placed the order after watching video of product on facebook. My order no. Is: qctxsvz765, supplied by smashing commerce pvt ltd, khasra no. 626, behrampur road, sector 71, gurgram 122001.

Hi,

I have made the payment of 899 against the new connection of tata sky hd with 6 month subscription. Executive from tata sky came for installation and asked me to pay remaining amount as informed by the merchant comparedth.com
But tatasky was put on hold as they were telling me to pay total amount of rs. 5000
I tried contacting the comparedth.com for complaint but there call are always on hold.
I expect this is a fraud. It's been two days and no action taken from their team yet.
They assured me by sending the email as well.
But till now issue has not been rectified and I have paid to tataskynas well.

I have booked new dth connection last month 29th April. But this is not installed because cable violen area. I. Have follow up refund last 20.days but I have not. Given any satisfactory answer pls solve my complaint. As soon. As possible I have follow my refund but compare dth team cut my call not provide any satisfactory answer also customer care number is always busy kindly do the attention and solve my complaint as soon as possible.

I have bought new connection yesterday for tata sky through comparedth and made full payment for installation and also 6 months recharge through ccavenue. After payment done, sale member told me that they will call for asking the installation date but not called yet and also not receiving my call, not listen to the complaint. I have tried all numbers mentioned on their website, some are out of service and on some when they receive, after listening that i have bought the connection, they disconnect the call, i tried approx 150 times but not getting any solution. I was thinking tata sky is a good brand and this fake behaviour is not expecting from their co-operative companies. Really comparedth is very much weird 3rd class company, their staffs are also 3rd class, not believing how they are running their company when they are ignoring their customers. I am unable to understand to whom i need to approach for my money back. Kundly help me out.

Within two days same answer given but no action taken. I calling many time in your costumer care no.
