With the information given by the sales executive(Comparedth), I have purchased the DishTV product on 08/02/2018.
At the time of conversation, sales executive assured me that i can change the package at any time, once the installation was done from the service provider.
I have called at the time of installation( on[protected] to get the confirmation for the package.they said the same and asked me to allow the engineer to install the product.after this, i called Comparedth to get information regarding the change in package.they asked me to check with DISHTV customer-care only.
From then i have been calling both the service providers(dishTV, Comparedth) till today[protected]
Responses from the support executives:
Dish Tv executives (1st time): Yes this can resolved, you need to visit our website and make your own choice. I have done that, nothing changed in package.
2nd day: same
3rd day: Our systems are under up-gradation, we cannot check now.

at last on
[protected]: they confirmed that they cannot help on this as they are giving one month free subscription. till then i have to watch which i do not need/understand.If i need other channels they are chargeable.
Worst part in Dish TV is, we have to wait for long time at-least (40mins) to get connected to customer care executive.at the end they end-up with systems are under up-gradation.
About Dish TV customer care executives, they cannot provide right information(if they would have communicated above reason in the beginning, i will not waist my time in calling them these many days right!.)
Now about this Comparedth: This is worst and fraud-est company.
1st : They do not have English speaking executives .
They will not understand English.
irrespective to the consumer needs, they will suggest the providers.
They do not have enough information about the providers.
when you call to the customer-care, (a system generated voice ask to opt 1 for "New connection", 2 for "complaints").
though you select 1, executive will pick the call and ask "tell me your issue sir" and if we tell our problem they will ask us to opt 2 and disconnect call.
Need help
Moral : Don't ever prefer these third party websites to book any product.
