As per request New connection offered for TATA SKY . Plan Explained and Payment taken by them and said Installation will be completed within 24 Hours . Now Time has passed our 3 days but no installation and they are not picking up calls.
I have tried over and over again but they entertain only new request and taking payments from them and then not answering them.

Dear concern, i ordered for new dish tv connection from comparedth.com on 03 march 2019 by making online payment of rs 1699 with a promish to get connection within 4- 24 hour. But after few hours of my payment i got a message from comparedth.com that my order has been canelled so i contacted there customer care for refund, initeally thry were not picking but after my continous calling someone picked and when i asked him for my refund status...

I buyed 2 tata sky hd connection from compare dth.com. So they told that total payment is rs 2866 to 3000. They told us to pay 1798 online. So we paid. But the men who came for installation told that they have only received 768. But we have paid 1798 total. Now when we are calling the compare dth complaint no., they are not picking up phone only. I was told that dishtv will be installed with 4 hours which did not happen in 48 hours. I tried calling them multiple times but their complaint team continued to disconnect the call. Bought a Tata sky product from these guys. Not activated even after 24 hrs of making full payment.
Their customer care disconnects the call repeatedly. They don't call back.
Where someone does speak, they say complaint team will call in 5-10 mins.
No calls received from them, despite atleast 40 calls to their number.
When u select 1. New connection- immediate answer; when u select 2. Complaints - call waiting for...

Today i placed a order with COMPARE DTH for a dish tv connection . They promised to make same day installation but failed to do so. When i called them to enquire for the reason they diaconnected the call 4 times the moment they heard my name nd number. Finaly when they picked up they were rude and unprofessional.
