Hi all,

I had purchase dishtv subscription on 14.02.2019 vide ref no. Cdt[protected] and paid amount of rs.4597/- vide payment ref #[protected].

However, i lodged complain to cancel my above subscription and credit amount but till date i didn't received any call or mail from them nor they are returning my amount.

I am raising complain at thier website but still no revert from them.

I have booked an order CDT[protected] in which your sales executive has promised to get it 4 hours. Due to which, I had waited for 4 hours but received no response.

I had tried calling your customer care [protected] who continued disconnecting the call after picking up the call. CompareDTH complaint No [protected] does not work at all. I have mailed them for my concern and did not get even acknowledgment from their side

If I would most humbly want to get the installation or my money refund

I want to cancel my above subscription and immediately want refund of the amount paid.

Since 15th feb 2019 i am calling compare dth team but not receiving any revert and response from them, i have complaint 15 times and daily calling them but they are not reverting to any of my calls or complain.

I would request to kindly look into the issue and help me in getting my amount back from them.

Made the connection payment on 16th jan 2019 but still connection is not installed. They made a claim during sale that it will be installed within 4 to 24 hours. I trying to connect by different means and called on different numbers but no one responding. For complain[protected] am to 6 pm monday to saturday) :no one receiving call. A female picking the call continuously cut my calls even without hearing my problem, just listening to my voice she repeatedly cut calls. Please help i cant afford money loss. I have booked dish tv dth with offer sales guys commitee that the installation took 4 to 24 hours.
But since last 2 days installation not yet completed.
Also tried to reach customer care 4 times via telephonic and twice by mail but not responding your support team on mail. Customer service team is very rudely talking to customer.

This is with reference order no. Cdt[protected] in comparedth on 29th jan 2019 that they have confirmed for shoes voucher worth rs.2000 & additional gift voucher worth rs 1000 with this order while booking but not fulfilled.

It states that this type of online bookings are fake and just offered for sale/business which should not be trusted anymore in my life.
This type of service demotivates for online services. I must get my benefits as offered while booking.

I have deposited money as they guided on 10-02-19 for airtel dth connection, they told concerned dth people will call and take appointment for installation. But till now no action has been taken, they don't even pick call. Then i came to know that many are facing same problem, this company is fraud and they are troubling people. Help me to resolve the issue.

Installation done yesterday but channels not working as no any plan activated from airtel side, i was confirmed by engineer that it will work within 1 hour but still not started.

Same complaint done with airtel digital tv but no proper response due to server issue.

This is pathetic services that even after a day of installation channels not working and it kept idle since yesterday with lot of struggle over contacting customer support of you and with airtel.

Iam using airtel dth tv broadcast service and viewing kannada channels at the cost of₹165/-month, but after your implementation dth charges go for @₹268/-month this is not useful for me,
Should i am paying extra amount to see the same, you are burden the same to me, please kindly see the my complent and try to change minimum fare, minimum 130+gst=153 for free channels, but what i seeing channels are made paid channels, i have been paid for extra.in common & village people getting trouble from this hike, and this is not useful to them,

Made online payment to the team 5th feb 19 with a assurance of dth dish tv nxt hd box installation in 4 hours. Now, it's been two days and still nothing has been done. Neither, i have received any message or call from the team.

I'm resident of pune, maharashtra and being trying to reach the vserve team since then but no update or are they receiving any call.

Please help and hoping this is not a fraud website.

Hi i placed my order for a new dth connection with comparedth.com i paid rs 1699 for a new dish tv nxt hd box with 1 monthfull hd pack. They said my installation will be done the same day and i have been trying to get in touch with them ever since, i didn't know about such companies cheating people otherwise i would pay more to get prompt service.

Whe i call their numbers the agents pick up the call and as soon as they know it's about an existing order they disconnected i even asked a girl not to disconnect even before starting a conversation she asked what the issue was and said she will be placing me on hold and disconnected the call again. Their numbers are [protected]/48, [protected], and some delhi landline numbers.
If they can't process an order on time they better let the customer know about what to expect from them it's very frustrating to deal with them please look into it.

I booked new connection from comparedth.com web site on[protected] and they said installation will be done the very next day, but no response from them after making payment, after 2 days they called saying that to change my plan to get dish box installed as i refused and asked them for refund, they said yes and after that their is no response from them till date, when i call for toll free number know one lifts when we want to complain but when we want new connection within minutes they will be lifting the call... Please help me for the refund

I have made payment of 2500 to dth connect paytm wallet associated with [protected] for dish tv hd multi connection. I was promised same day installation. But no installation done nor they refunded amount. Now whenever i call they disconnect every time. No response from their side. They have looted my money. The girl who done this deal on phone from dth connect company no. [protected]. They are doing fraud with people. Please ban this company and provide a resolution for same.

I have purchased one dish tv on 19.11.2018. (Dish tv hd next) where there was a free offer (Pair of shoe), paying rs. 199/- as a shipping charges against above on merchant website : comparedth.com. Order# cdt-shoe-[protected] (Order no. Cdt[protected]). The payment has been made successfully from my side (Receipt attached with this mail). Have made several calls but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, could i expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? This is my last attempt to get this issue resolved post which i will have no other option but to file an official complaint with consumer court.

But till date i only waiting my shoe to be delivered. Not received. No one picking call. No response. Total fraud.

Now i am going to take a legal action against compare dth. And also file a fir against compare dth for fraud.

I book a dishtv connection in rs. 2799 on dated 05/12/2018 through comparedth website which payment id is[protected]. installation was completed but 3 years pack is not activated till now and a offer shoes for rs. 199 paid on 07/12/2018 is also not delivered till now. I call to customer care many time but they can not give me any solution please arrange to activate 3 years pack.

I had purchase dth offered by compare dth service. At the time of online payment as suggested i has paid rs 199 additional for free shoes delivery. I had paid on 2.12.2018 & still awaited for the delivery. It is a kind of fraud with customer. Pls give me either refund or the delivery.
I also called almost 4 to 5 times on given customer care number, they ask me to wait only... Not ready to refund...

Compare dth is a fraud company. I am also facing the same issue. They cheated me by making a false commitment of giving me free hd+ channels with 1 year on purchasing their pack of rs. 3299. After 1 month, they revoked all the hd+ channels and giving me only free to air channels, which comes at very cheap cost at other dth companies.

On complaining to their customer service they told me that, they didn't say any of the above. So, now i have asked for the recording of their call in which we had a conversation about the subscription. I would advice all other consumers to avoid this fraud dth company. And directly get their connection from reputed dth companies.

Hi team

I m book one connection airtel dth in 30 dec 2018 from campare dth online. We pay to 550 but still my connection not installed. I m so upset campare dth service. Please look this mater and please resolve my problem. We received msg to campare dth sme technically problem but i m already wait 4 days. I humbly request to campare dth team please look this matter.

I have purchase dish tv vide order id # cdt[protected] ref[protected] on 21/11/2018 time -18:10:51. For amount rs 2299... The reps has promised me to give dish tv comprisng of 6 months pack which will have all entertainment chhannel but they have given the the cheapest pack of 85/- monthly and also didnt deliver my shoes for wich i paid 199 seprately. This company is promising fake and befooling the customer.. Kindly aske the company to provide the chhannels promised.
