I had ordered tata sky dth through compare dth on 15th may and still not received the connection inspite of making the payment through neft. When i call the customer care number they disconnect the call and do not even listen to the complain. I thought that tata sky is a reputed company with the brand image. But they give out their distribution to such third class distributors like compare dth and do not keep a check on distributors.

The company is fraud but after repeated follow ups and consumer complaining they forwarded my number to airtel dth . The airtel guys solved my problem but I had to pay rs.800 more. Plz don't buy from them. You can directly buy from airtel

    Please be informed that we have placed order on may 8th (Order#cdt[protected]) for dish tv with comparedth and it's been a week installation has not been yet completed. Now with series of follow up too no proper updates on installation. Every day they promise for installation when we call customer care but no response after that. And we are not able to cancel the same order placed as they don't refund the money.

    I have to refund my money. I do not see my whole life in such a bad service. So many illiterate people have kept. No calls give a sense of messaging. Fake website is sitting and making 100 calls everyday, no one even replies

        I had booked tata sky and did online payment of rs899 they told me there is no line of signal so i cancelled on 8 th april and asked for refund but till date that is 13 may i have not got my refund they only make false statement that it will be done in 24 hrs m tired of calling now they don't even receive call first when use to receive they only use to tell that it will b done within 24 hrs now i feel i shud suggest everyone not to use comparedth sorry to say this

          Have made a booking for tata sky dth connection through above company.
          They asked to pay 1790 odd rupees online for booking, which i made online.
          Company confirmed they have received the payment and technician will visit within 4 to 24 hours.
          Till date no one has visited, have asked for refund and send numerous mails, but of no use.
          Their call center people disconnect the phone whenever i have called them for refund.
          The government says we will make bhratchar mukt bharat, how do i belive when companies are befooling customers like this??
          Have made them payments through paytm which they have acknowledged also. Request your intervention enabling me to fet back my money.

                Request for refund for non installation of DTH connection mail dated 21.04.2019 has been done. I was assured to get back my refund in 5 to 7 working days. But yet the refund amount is not recieved till date. I have spoken to the company yet today and they are seeking more 7 to 10 days for refund hereon.                         Ave purchased one dish tv on 3rd march 2019.The offer of sports shoes was offered with the purchase of the dish, I availed it and paid the shipment cost (Rs. 199/-) through my cc on 15-Jul-2015. Have made several calls and have dropped numerous mails but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, Could I expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? This is my last attempt to get this issue resolved post which I will have no other option but to file an official complaint with consumer court.

                          I was offered free sport shoe at the time of booking on 11.3.2019.
                          Now Installation has been made at my place (F-2/761, Sangam Vihar ND-110080.on 20.03.2019.Nobody is responding about the shoe offer given to me.
                          When I talk on their telephone numbers viz.: 43537000/01/02, Every time a new person picks up the phone and assures me the he is sending a link to facilitate me the sport shoe but the link never comes to my email-Id.
                          Looks like these people are be-fooling customers by falsely promising this offer.It should not be done.
                          If you are offering some thing then give to the customer at the time of installation only otherwise do not promise .

                                I was ordered 3 Dishtv connections from comparedth.com .. customer care told to me that there was a free shoes per connection offer was going on that was why I booked the 3 connections from conparedth.com .. they assured me thai the free 3 set of shoes will reach to me between 7 to 15 days. but still after 15 days it is not come to me. It is too much harassment for me as a customer.. Plz help with solving that my issue.. my contact number is [protected] .. Mainak Sabui

                                I had book a subscription of 1999 but due to technical issues the subscription was cancelled and I havent received my refund yet since 2 months I waiting it is high time now and I want my refund back or else I will take strict action

                                I have sent request many time for my own choice plan for Airtel DTH no. [protected] but my complaint did not responded many time.they always say technical problem for many time and I can not watched my TV channel for more then 3 days

                                  I have purchased dth conection & the give me offer when i purchase dth connection then bindas shoes for rs 199 but i have paid 199 rs before 15 days an d i have also reciept but shoes not received till date i have many time call compare dth complaint no but they are not solve my problem and cut phone without give any information. Compare dth customer service is very bad now i m going to consumer court.

                                    I bought dishtv connection just a month ago and there was a offer with the connection that i'll get a pair of shoes and a gift voucher worth rs. 1000 with the connection. On 09 dec 2018 i have paid shipping chargrs rs.199/-but i didn't get the pair of shoes yet. So, kindly see to this complaint and take action in the favour of these vouchers. Make it sure that it will be done as soon as possible in the favour o[censored]s.

                                      I order a tata sky dth. Order date is 11th march. But i don't recieve my order. You tell us your order has shipped in 24 hours. But i don't recieve. Please you call delivery man to shipped my order soon. I call your customer care number but he don't say anything about order. You don't recieve my order soon i complaint in police station. My dad had order online. I have a gmail i'd of arun agrawal. He don't send his number. You tell him to receive my order soon.
