I have cancelled my dish tv order (Invoice number[protected] and Merchant Reference Number : CDT[protected])

I have asked for status of my refund but there is no response from compare dth yet. I have called compare dth to ask about refund my money lot of time they said it will be credited within 72 hrs and all.. But nothing is happened..

Please give me my money back.

I ordered Dish Tv on 29 feb 2016. Invoice Number :[protected]
On 2 nd March technician came with the Dish Tv for the installation, but unfortunately there were no proper place to install it at terrace or in balcony.
Technician clearly mentioned that there wont be proper signal strength at all so advised to cancel order.
From the same day i am trying to contact Compare DTH for cancellation and refund of my order but no success,
There are no phone numbers where you can contact them directly and they are not replying to the emails.
Totally fraud company.

I am Subhajit Karmakar and I have booked for a Tata Sky Hd connection on Compare DTH and also the payment has been made on 18 of feb 2016 but still the connection has not been installed yet as per their terms and conditions. Several call has been done to them but no response has been made from there side.

Ordered Tata Sky HD with latest offers of shoes & all other offers, but once the payment is done, everybody is just out of site, nobody is bothered. simply waste of money, so pls beware to buy any product from this site,

I am chandan Vishwakarma from Mughalsarai I had purchased a Dish-TV connection on 221/02/2016 at noon time at time of purchasing they offered me the various Item in that I had selected an offer of shoes wish cost is 1399 rs but after purchasing the item i haven't received any mail regarding that offer I have also called the several time but they all are not telling me they disconnect my phone i called the many time but they don't send me

hence it's my request to go through the matter as soon as possible so that i can better .

have asked for new connection and because of LOS issue DTH was not installed and it is almost 3 months havent received any refund and every day I call and they give false response.

I ordered TataSky connection and paid full amount online.
Person came to house but there was no signal for connection so I cancelled the connection and requested for refund of my paid money(Rs 1799).
At that time they said, ok we will refund your money with in 7 days.
Now Nobody is picking up call nor responding over email or chat.

If you call for a new connection. they immediately call back, abut as soon as you talk about refund, they disconnect the call...
This is open cheating.
I request, please return my hard earned money.

I bought DTH from Comparedth team online chat, paid all inclusive price 1599/-

everything was free - installation

When the operator of Navimumbai Kharghar for DISH TV insists to send an engineer to HOME for deployement extra 200/- needs to be paid
Cable cost EXTRA.

since all these are hidden cost and not informed during the Point of SALE, . i requested for the REFUND of the amount i paid online

COMPAREDTH team is not working on resolving the issue and not even providing the REFUND.

THis is Cheating the customer, making the customer to pay online and let customer run around

i buy 2dishtv connection from comparedth on 05 jan2016 it was offered that a pair of shoe with every connection will be given free we have to pay only 198 rs for the delivery charge .as this policy i made a payment of 398 rs for shoe it was delivered on maximum of 25 days but now it was more than 30 days are gone but i have not receive any shoe yet also now, on their website they are giving a pair of shoe with new dishtv connection
