Dear vserve
As i ordered the airtel dth st top box from your online portal, at that time there was offer for free shoe.
I paid 200 rs extra for the delivery charges of the same still my shoe is pending.

What you people want to do, to cheat your customer or what, if dont able to deliver the free gift item then plzz dont make falls commitment.

Its already 2 month over.
Plz return my money other wise i gp to consumer court.

Have purchased new Airtel connection and was Informed that will be getting shoes along with this, and have taken 1 year subscription with this.they informed since you have taken a year subscription you get 1 month free, so total of 14th months including 1 month free due to new connection.i had a prob during the time of connection as well, they said this will take 4-24 hrs to be installed, i had to wait for 5 days for this to be intstalled, i did try your tel nos so many times, but no 1 ready to speak reg this, they have disconnected the call on face.tried the complain no as well the no is 24 hrs busy, they keep the recever down, finally one day the connection was activated after call from Airtel to confirm this, but thats not it i was informed that i have only 1 month connection which is going to deactivated by 6th June.they said you have to speak to compare DTH regarding this as they have not given us any info reg this you have paid them you have to speak to them..dialled so many times again no 1 to assist regarding this complain, dialed today aswell disconnected the call, 3 times called today just disconnected while providing them with the query.my shoes as well have not been deleviered yet..Wants this to be checked..thanks

I got information from executive that we have to pay delivery charges for shoes, ill get ibibo 3000 rs voucher for flight ticket,
Holiday coupon from cherry holiday for 1000 rs & 700 rs voucher from letscompare.com.

I use to do online shoping & use to pay delivery charges during delivery & they are asking in advance, (Hindi me bewakoof banana)

No one said to avail 1000 rs discount from cherry holiday we have to spend 10000/- (Hindi me bewakoof banana)

Till now no voucher from ibibo & hope there willnot be a condition only apply fr international trip * or for more than 30000 rs ticket

On 14th may, 2016, online i purchased one airtel dth connection of rs. 1490/- through your web site and done the payment through my visa debit card.

As per your sms "thanks for placing your order on comparedth.com, your dth installation may take 4 to 24 hrs. However if you have any complain plz click on below link to submit your complain”

Now passed 4 days till date no action seems to be taken by your company.

May pls.Inform the status of installation as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you through this complaint form that i am highly unsatisfied after purchasing a tata sky connection from comparedth.

I purchased my connection on[protected] and asked your team to install on[protected]. Engineer visited my home but was returned saying that there is some problem of wiring from outside. I called up my facility person which ensured me that there is no problem with the wiring.
From that day only i am trying to contact comparedth complaint no. Which never got picked up. When i called on other no. I got the answer that this is new connection installation department and they cannot help me in my case. It`s been more than 15 days i am trying to get installed a connection for which i have paid in advance.

Kindly arrange / force comparedth to refund my money and cancel order as i have ordered and got installed dth connection tata sky company website only. I request you take strict action against comparedth for harassing me so long.

Look forward for early response in my case.

My order request no. [protected] is cancelled by Skynet Services Mumbai as they were unable to do concealed cabling for DishTV installation.
In their services, it is not mentioned that they are not authorised to do concealed wiring as it is necessary in high rise building in Mumbai.

I still not got the refund. When contacted customer service of comparedth phone no.[protected], it seems that phone is not working.

Compare DTH has taken payment of Rs199/- for delivery of shoes but even after 1 month neither shoe is delivered nor the company respond to complanits made by us.
Also there complaint no[protected] always showing busy tone.
It looks like company is fooling & cheating customer.
Kindly advice how to teach lesson for company like this who is cheating & fooling customers like this.

Hi I have purchased a Dishtv box from this company website and these people offered free shoes with shipping charges of Rs.200/- which i have paid online. But i never got any shoes, when i complained they have give dispatched details with POD number DEL[protected] [protected] PROFESSIONAL COURIERS. But i have not received any courier and when i checked with Professional website, it is not reconising the POD number given by Compare DTH. I have again requested them to verify and confirm but no response from Compare DTH personal.

It is a bogus company to cheat people by offering free coupons, shoes and collecting money for that. Need to be punished, hope we will get justice and no other public is cheated by this group.

Last month I have purchased DISH TV HD DTH new connection from Compare DTH. As per their Executive (Yogesh), they will provide two months free subscription with new connection from amounting Rs. 1699/- but post installation and ten days later I got the message that only one month subscription is free with Rs. 1599/-.
They have charged Rs.100/- Extra against this.

Refund against order cancellation, since 15Dec.2015, vide payment acknowledgement no 46000446, has not been received I spite of repeated calls and mails . I had been assured, on telephone, that my refund will be initiated within a couple of days but two months have passed and no action has been taken . It is very difficult to contact CompareDTH as their telephone no. is hardly answered .Please arrange to refund full amount with 18% interest .
Also advise me whether I should lodge a complaint in District consumer readdressal forum, through a lawyer .

Airtel Digital TV — cheating- payment made but not installed

I am getting frustrated with your grievances department (they are disconnecting my calls, not replying to my mails, etc), so I thought may be you can help me.

I have ordered a new connection on 05th may 2016 (Money paid on the same day through INB). However, they have not yet installed a new digital TV. I called you many times but they are disconnected the call after I inform them about my query I have spent around Rs.150 in calling them. It was a very humiliating and bad experience with them. I request you to please install it today or return my money ASAP.

I had asked for dth of airtel with an annual package from comparedth.com. I was offered a package of one hd and two sd set top box in rs. 11, 400/-. The deal was done on 28 apr 16. The airtel dish was fitted on 29 apr 16. However the package of channels was not as per the deal(220 normal channels and 33 hd channels). The same was intimated to the sales executive of comparedth.com miss ashi and miss puja on telephone numbers [protected] and [protected] but they asked for more payment as the deal could not be changed. I paid the extra amount of rs. 4613/- on 03 may 16 for increasing the channels as per my requirement, but till date the channels have not been activated for my subscription. Moreover now when i am calling up the customer care of comparedth.com they are not responding to my call at all.
I need my case to be resolved at the earliest within next 24 hours or my money for the entire deal be refunded back to me as the deal has not been what was promised by the sales executive.

I have booked a dish tv connection yesterday with compare dth but it hasn't been installed yet. I have also made advance payment and now they are not picking up the phone and are not entertaining properly.
Reference no. [protected] by the name of Gandharva Chaurasia, flat 302, A wing, Regalia society, wakad pune.
I guess this is a fraud company and strict actions need to be taken against such people. I want my money back

This is the fraud company which is not at all dealing with customer satisfaction.
I purchased tatasky dth connection and paid amount well in advance. Then i realized, that due to some reason, has to drop plan of installation and informing them before hand to cancel the plan taken.. They not even care to pick the phone. If somehow they will pick the phone, they will not respond in a good tone... When asked about cancellation they will not respond correctly and when ask about refund, they will not do so..
How to contact them is a big headache.
Moreover after cancellation being done before hand and without installation the subscriber id is generated along with digicard # and digicom#..
How can it be possible.
Please let me know how to deal with such type of companies..
I had concern with dth provider like tatasky, dishtv and other that how can they support such companies when people have faith in their services.. This is how we lost faith in the services of dth provider also..

From the compare dth vendor after talking to them over one person from their company. He said that the installation would be done before 7 pm on the same day ie on[protected]. Around 5 pm i got a call from the local airtel dth dealer asking specific about installation. I informed him that i ordered for dishtv and not airtel . Till date the installation is not done. I am unable to reach out to the support line as it is always busy. In some cases they cut the line. Forgot about the free offer which they are giving at least i need to get the dth installation done right?

On dated 24.04.2016, i had applied for new dish tv hd connection and booked for the same and paid rs. 599/- and requested for physically dth installation on date 03-04 may, 2016.
All terms have accepted by mr. Sameer (91 [protected]) and made commited for the same.
But now are calling for dth installation and trying to contact to dth concern mr. Sameer (91 [protected]) & ms. Pooja sharma (91 [protected]) but both are not giving any response nor pick up phone.
So please look into matter and do needfull asap.

I have ordered for tata sky on 02/4/16 with online payment of Rs. 1799/- and got connected on 03/04/16 (on sunday). On 03 Apr your compare dth denied for recharge and agreed for money refund, so I got recharge through those technician who came for connection. After that I call up your compare dth on 26 apr and asked for the refund that agreed on 03 Apr 16 and the reply was an option whether I would like to take on refund to my account or with recharge in my tata sky account. I opted for recharge and you agreed for recharge for an amount of Rs. 1571/-. Again I call up on 29 Apr 16 asking for the recharge, that too after lots of phone call, I got replied that there is no option for refund or any recharge and the phone call was cut off. After that I have been trying to talk but now you are not picking up my calls. So now tell me, should I go for RTI or consumer court for fraud. Or will you return my money. Reply me soon, other wise I am going to up RTI against your company.
