I have purchased multi connection DishTV from Comparedth.com website on 04/Sep/2015. When I purchased it they have committed for some gifts (i.e. Rs. 3000 gift coupon and a pair of shoes.). I haven't received my gifts yet. When I tried to log a complaint on their site I found their complaints link on the website doesn't work. Complaint option on their IVR system doesn't work either. Looks like they are just making fool of the customers....

I paid the money for new Connection yesterday but I have not received any call from airtel for installation till now . No one is picking up the call from compareDTH .
