I bought TATASKY connection just a month ago and there was a offer with the connection that I'll get a pair of shoes and pay RS 199. But I didn't get the pair of shoes yet. So, kindly see to this complaint and take action in the favour of these vouchers. Make it sure that it will be done as soon as possible in the favour o[censored]s.

I have not recharged my account till many months now.

I had booked dishtv connection from COMPAREDTH.COM.
They promised to give a pair of shoes and free vouchers if we took dish TV connection.

I waited for more than a year and a half now.
Please look into the matter.
Being a doctor big company like dish TV should not do this to customers.
It creates a bad impression on people's mind.

Didn't get response to my new dth connection

Sir I booked my DTH connection yesterday .the company said that connection will be fixed within 24 hours but not getting any response to compare DTH side.I remind again and again but thay didn't pick my pH.and spoke in a very rough language.

The way you have the guts to sale the product is superb, When it comes service after sale. The worst service on any online servcies i have ever done the shopping with and this is my 2nd time when i have bought the connection. At first i waited for 2-3 days. was not in a hurry .

This time Your support team is non sense.

Guys beaware from compare dth. Never buy any product. These loosers after saling product stop responding to customer.In starting they will give you all bull ideas. And after you made payment. They just disconnect your calls.

My mobile no is [protected]. Compare dth is blaming you now for the delay in refund as you are not returning the client money. I called you also at your customer care regarding the same issue. They told me that my number is not registered with you. So they can't help in this regard.
What should I do?No body is taking responsibility for complain.
What is happening, either they( comparedth) are picking money from public on your name or both of you (together)are dumping the people?
In either case your image is breaking down in market, you should think about that.
Kindly do something positive to resolve my issue. I am again saying I am a responsible govt official this whole process hampering my work also.
If nothing happen from any side, I will go to media means ABP or Zee news against comparedth and you. I don't know how many people have been dumping by this way.

same has happened to me as well ..Just the difference is that I had opted for Tata Sky. Please let me as well know in case if you get some feedback or some way of getting money back.
