i am nilamadhaba sahoo wasbooked dish tv from compare dth . After getting connection of dist tv on dated11/3/2016 i have booked bindas shoes size no 10 by hdfc net banking bearing payment id no 50839333 . So i am not getting any mail for conformation of my booking or not getting any shipping detail .When i am contacting to customercare no [protected], no one is responding phone, either phone is busy or no one is receiving...

Dear sir on 11 march paid 199 shiping free for delivery of bindas shoes bearing payment id no 50839333 through hdfc netbank previous I purchase dish tv & got free coupon of bindas shoes . There fore I on 11th march I paid RS 199 TO comparedth . After 10 days when I call to customers care no [protected] . No one reponding my phone . When I log on they call me about new dth connection but when I am asking for my shoes they cut their phone ....

Stay away from Compare DTH. I ordered Dish TV from compare DTH, After Payment, they are attending and disconnecting the call and also not replying for mails. Only for new connection they are ready to speak, They will disconnect if we say already paid but not received DTH. worst online experience with Compare DTH. Still if they wont response i will post it in Twitter.

I bought DishTV connection just a month ago and there was a offer with the connection that I'll get a pair of shoes and a gift voucher worth Rs. 1000 with the connection. But I didn't get the pair of shoes yet. So, kindly see to this complaint and take action in the favour of these vouchers. On 7 march 2016 i have purchased DTH of Dish TV HD from compare DTH which included offer of shoes on this pack for which advance payment to be given i have made the payment and it was acknowledged by the seller delivery of the shoes and also no one contacting on the given no. of the company...my order no CDT[protected]...but after 20 days I have not received shoes. I ordered Tata sky on 22/12/2015 then the service people refuse to give service in Electronic city due to local cable objection. so they themselves cancel the order and they did not refunded the amount. I paid 1799 for the product, i got nothing for the paid(Paid through online payment to compare dth)...

On 2 nd March technician came with the Dish Tv for the installation, but unfortunately there were no proper place to install it at terrace or in balcony.
Technician clearly mentioned that there wont be proper signal strength at all so advised to cancel...

I ordered DTH (dishtv) connection and paid 1599/- online 16/02/2016. Yesterday (17/02/2016). But due to the lack of proper signal strength nad LOS area, installation process could not be done.
I called at the comapre dth customer care and told them the same issue . Then, a request for the cancellation of the order has been raised on 18/02/16.
I was told to check after 10 days with your bank or customer care regarding the refund....
