Unfortunately, I placed an order for a new DIsh TV installation at www.comparedth.com on 01/02/2016 and the agent of the company who was assisting me placing the order said that the installation will be done within 3 hrs. After placing the order they never contacted or picked my call. Now after 4 days when I canceled my order they are not refunding my money. They respond after trying to call them for continuous two hours and immedialy disconnect the call abruptly. They have made my life hell as it seems they are a fraud company. Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks a lot. Refund has been completed and it has been transferred to my bank account.
I would not have cancelled the order had they not have committed false time frame for the deliver of my order multiple times. Customer services needs to be improved a lot. They should not lie to customers.
