I have taken a dth connection on 04 april 16 with the offer of free shoes.As per rules i need to pay delivery charges for the shoes, which i paid on d same day. But till today i didn't received any msg or confirmation of sending shoes and not even the acknowledge of the charges that i paid for shoes. My mob number registered is [protected]. They also give helpline number fo complain but no body pickup the phone[protected] and i[censored] enquiry for new connection call come with in a secod. Called the team but thy are not helpful in solving the issue. So plz resolve the issue...

I'm shailesh Kumar Singh from air force akkulam purchased online Airtel HD set box @ 1490 DTD 26 Apr 16.paid the amount online in favor of comparedth. Com.now the distributor at Trivandrum said they are unable to install the said box at 1490.they require 1950.the distributor no is [protected].my mob no [protected].please do as soon as possible to install the Airtel HD set box.

I purchased a Dish TV HD Recorder from you against online payment of Rs. 1499/- on 29.10.2015, payment ID being 44021130. At the time of booking Dish TV HD Recorder, it was advised by one of Compare DTH representatives namely Mr. Virendra Sharma whose number is [protected] that they had a offer that after depositing a sum of Rs. 199/- I will get a pair of shoes of Rs. 1599/- (the offer is still showing in your website). The amount of Rs. 199/- was deposited by me online on the same day 29.10.2015. That after lapse of six months Compare DTH is failed to deliver a pair of shoes (size #8) to me and this it is clear that they have not complied with the terms of the said agreement which is not at all permissible under the Law of Contract.

They promise to me for same day installation but I did not get DTH and when I am trying to contact fro that they are not responding at all. Every contact number of this company is coming busy . On 4march 2016 i have purchased dth of dish tv hd from compare dth which included offer of shoes on this pack for which advance payment to be given i have made the payment and it was acknowledged by the seller delivery of the shoes and also no one contacting on the given no. Have purchased one dish tv on 22-Mar-2016.The offer of sports shoes was offered with the purchase of the dish, I availed it and paid the shipment cost (Rs. 199/-) through my cc on 23-Mar-2016. Have made several calls and have dropped numerous mails but there has been no response from your end till date regarding time of delivery, Could I expect a reply now or think about what you advertise through online is a "fraud"? This is my last attempt to get this issue resolved post which I will have no other option but to file an official complaint with consumer court.

I booked a tata sky connection, but there is no service centre at phek, nagaland. So still neither i received tata sky nor the booked payment. I ordered dishtv connection from comparedth on 5th April 2016. They took payment from me but did not deliver the service. I made a payment of 1299 Rupees and now i requested for a refund but they are not listening to me at all, they just disconnect the phone and does not register any complaint. I had ordered a Dth new connection on 8-4-16 through comparedth, I got frequent call from this site about many offers they told me if I order by now they would provide me free installation, activation by same day. They sent me a link through this I paid 1499 and placed an order :afterwards I got a message your airtel dth installation would be done with in 4 to 24 hours .They told me they will install Dth by same day but after my paymen they hardly attend call up to yet by 9-4-16 at 1915 hrs I didn't get any response from site. Even I call in evening by 1815 hrs executive told me she will call me back but i did not get any call even if in day time I called many times but it was in vain. This type of companies must not give false promise and message to missguide customers and lost faith of itself. it's really so much irritating once you alone in home and keep waiting for dth installation .They don't bother about costumers commitments. Waste of time it's really a sad experience. Either they should provide correct information or should close it. It's not a business.

Dear sir, my old complain id is 1262154. Please direct them to refund our money. They r talking nonsense over call when we r talking about booked airtel dth or disconnecting without listing anything. Now they are saying that by mistake they have booked airtel dth which is not booked by them. Please take action on fraud case and direct them to return my money or install the dth. After lapse of 48 hours neither their any representative come to us as insured at the time of booking nor any action taken by them. Previously at the time of booking over phone it was directed by their representative to make payment by credit card and assured us that a call will be received by us by the airtel dth coy but neither happend so. If problem not short out, we r going to consumer court to take action against fraud case.

Yesterday we have paid the amount for Airtel Dth of Rs 1599/- but after lapse of 24 hours still we haven't received any call or Dth but they said at the time of booking that within 8-12 hours DTH will b provided to our home...Even they r not talking to us on call, disconnecting/not receiving call again n again after complaining abt it.
Please solve the issue arrange the same in priority basis.

I have purchased a dish TV connection through comparedth.com.
I have made the online payment of INR 1600 on 4th April'16.
But till date, no body (neither dish TV nor comparedth) has responded on my order booking of dish tv.
When I am calling the concerned (Ashish, Astha), after listening to my complaint, they will just disconnect my number.
I want this fraud to be logged and return my money back with these guys put into jail.

I, have made online payment:1799/ on 2nd Apr 2016 through comparedth.com online store for Tatasky new Hd connection.

The tatasky person came and installed the product and for activation Tatasky people telling that the amount not received by anybody, whereas these comparedth people not at all responding.

I spent whole day with these guys over calls and sms but no use nobody responding in frustration I, have broken my landline.

Please take necessary actions against these cheaters.

I had booked Tata sky HD along with one month ultra HD pack for 1799 on 1st april. havent received the product as of now and no call/email/sms from Comparedth regarding the status of the order. I was tld that i would get the tata sky connection installed on the same day itself.
Have i lost my money ?
I am planning to raise this on all the social media sites if do not get a prompt and affirmative response asap.

I have been purchased a dishtv on 1/03/16 with shoes offer from comparedth, dishtv was delivered on 3/03/16 but shoes didn't delivered till now although i have been paid shipping charges on 3/3/16, at the time of payment they confirm me it would be delivered within 15_25 days through sms and email.
Please do something about it.
