i cancelled the order bcoz service provider not able to installed dth at our place, due to cable oprator monopoly
but til the date i never received my payment back

i order for dish tv by making payment online on https://www.comparedth.com/ site, i received call from dish tv service provider, they said it is not possible in diva, due to cable operator monopoly, paid Rs. 500 installation charges and cable required charges extra

i refuse them, and go for the refund,
again i received call from comparedth, they said we give you airtel dish tv
same thing happen with airtel also

till the date i never received my money back

This is a fraud company.
They called me to say they are the Tatasky vendors and they provide good discounts.
They took the Tata Sky installation amount online.
But did not provide any service.
Also, their contact numbers are no more valid.
I have been fed up of following them.
There should be some action taken on this company and it should be made to shut down immediately.

Did online transaction on www.comparedth.com on 1st june 2016 for airtel dth connection amounting rs 1490 for 2 times. The amonut rs 2980 (2*1490) got deducted but both times the web page showed error.
Immediately i contacted bank and bank told me that yes the amonut has been deducted and if seller does not claim amount within 15 days the amount will be refunded. After 15 days when i contacted axis bank for update i was told that seller has claimed the amount on very next day i. E. On 2nd june.
But the seller is not ready to accept he has claimed any amount. Even i have written confirmation that seller has claimed the amount. It was seller duty that when they claimed amount they would provide me service and refund the second payment. But this seller is not even ready to accept that they have claimed amount. The seller is asking for payment id, now if the page has thrown error from where do i get the payment id. They are even not accepting the bank transaction id and payment id provided by axis bank. As per them these details are bank details not there.

Now the customer service of comparedth is not even taking the calls properly, disconnecting the calls in between, using abusing language...

The Axis bank has provided all the details with written confirmation that Seller has claimed the amount on 02nd June 2016.

I had raised a request for dish tv hd installation on 11th june'16 and had transferred the installation amount of rs.1599 online. It was confirmed and i had received a sms for installation within 4-6 hours. However its been 24 hours without any contact from the company.
Plus, when i am chasing the customer centre since yesterday, they are routing me to service station of dish tv, who are misleading me about the tat and are very impatient and rude!

Hi i have purchased Airtel DTH HD recorder yesterday. i paid the 1399 amount online from CompareDTH website and The representative Arjun told me that engineer will be coming on the same day. but still i have not received any call from engineer. i am not satisfied with the comparedth services. they are fake and troubling the customer. I escalating this case to consumer court now because i saw the reviews on comparedth website and reviews are really bad. no one is happy with comparedth. They promised the customer for same day installation and gifts but i thing no one has received the best service and gifts as of now. my advice to comparedth team that please resolved the issue or else return the money. because if i am purchasing the product from you guys, so you have help me to fix the issue. I spoke to Airtel today they are sending the engineer tomorrow. They said engineer will come tomorrow but still i don't trust airtel as well. i have paid 1399 rupees and Arjun promised me same day service, travel voucher and shoes but i have not received any conformation yet and since yesterday i am trying there customer number [protected] and always computer said please record your issue after the beep and again i dialed the same number and call got connected to sales person and i told him the issue and asked him to transfer me to technical department and he disconnected the call without any information as if they are only skilled for troubling the customer and faking the customer. Pathetic service.

I have made online payment to compare dth on the assurance of same day connection of dishtv hd plus. But once i made payment, they disappear. No phone call received. No reply on complain lodged for no connection. Even i have tried on their number 50 times and loose money on call, but no reply. Either they disconnect phone or their reply is not proper.
I am helpless . Since my money is at stake please help.

Hi, i had purchased a dish tv from comparedth paying the full amount online. I have been following up for installation, and no one is responding. Customer care picks the call and the movement they get to know it is an issue the will escape by giving some false excuse or will promtly say i will call back it 5 minutes, i have made several calls to numbers available and have also send mail.

I placed order on 04.05.2016 and made payment as per your stipulations. I was informed that the shoes would be despatched within 15 to 25 days. On 24.05.2016 I was informed that the shoes has been despatched and I would be informed about POD within five days. On 28.05.2016 I have been informed that POD would be updated within 2 days. After three days, you again demanded copy of invoice and my mobile number; which I provided to you. Now, again you are informing that my shoes has been despatched and POD will be updated in 4 to 5 days. Sir, we are living in India. I am established at Kurukshetra and you are operating from New Delhi. How many days a parcel take from New Delhi to Kurukshetra. On 01.06.2016 I received SMS conveying me POD No.[protected] and delivery service name On dot courier. To my utter surprise this article was originated from Sahibabad (UP) to Kirti Nagar New Delhi and returned back by Kirit Nagar, New Delhi. I telephonically confirmed from both offices of On dot and they informed the parcel does not belong to me. I do not know why it is being done. I have paid additional sum which is not an enormous amount; what a company and its employees gain by not sending me the shoes on the cost of breach of trust and loss of reputation. Now, customer service and complaint department are keeping mum and not responding. I hope, the good sense would prevail upon in the minds of persons handling the matter and would respectfully despatch the shoes without further delay.

There is large number of complaints against this company and customers are being cheated. Has this forum some legal teeth. Govt must take stern action against such unscrupulous persons and bring them to books.

I have purchased a dish tv connection online from compare dth. They offered a sports shoe pair with the new connection of dish tv. Bt they asked to pay the shipping charge Rs. 199 for the shoes. I have paid the shipping charge as they asked on 24 Feb. 2016 with payment id 49776581. But didn't got the shoes till today. I have called about 100 time to their compliant number[protected]. But the call was not received by them . This really a bed impact of the service.

I have take the dth connection on this website and they are give me the one shoes on the free.. But that shoes we can not to take receive... I have do the complaint on that website for the 5 times bu they can not to take any decision or process on them.. So i can write to this complaint on your web. So you can the legaly action on them...
I have atteched the my bill copy of the shoes... But the shoes can not to receive... And do the process on as well as possible.. Already many times had left... I hope on this complaint give positively reply foe you.

I have purchased new connection on 27th of april 2016 and they said it will be done by 24hrs but it took almost 5 days for them to install in that i have made so many call and no proper answer from them and they said with new connection 1 month subscription free and now now 1 month free pack is getting expired and no response from them i keep calling and calling on complaint no but my 1 year airtel hd pack is not recharge and im really harassed by this response. I paid rs.4600/- now they are not even responding and when i say your service is bad they say go and complaint anywhere we are not afraid. My new dish hd connection installed today with 1 month titanium pack, but after installation when i saw peace of mind channel that was not appearing at 4 pm while i enquired i was told it is available only from 7.30 pm, i was shocked while view details of any pack only channel name written not written which channel is for few houres which for whole day such type of fraud/misrepresentation does occur in cable connection and many other dth service providers, while if i want to see any programme on peace of mind any time if i can see what is the use, please take back your connection anf refund my total amount, to avoid unneccessary litigation /consumer forum etc.
