These guys are cheats...sent some crap against the sarees that I had ordered...their customer service number never works...they dont revert to emails

Got a response from them today asking for my contact number after I had threatened to lodge an FIR

have been buying online for years now...this is the worst experience of my life

i purchased one combo(ipod +watch) it's working good and watch is also looking good..

so i would like to purchases another googds
u must be one of the lucky ones...with me its been a bad experience and continues to be one...after my threat of FIR, they contacted me on Friday promising to refund my money along with courier charges so that I could return their crap. They said same would happen on Monday and they would intimate me and also provide me with the tracking number.

Monday came and went..nothing happened as expected..

Probably they took me lightly...anyways now I shall have the FIR lodged if this issue is not taken care of by 5:00 PM today...also my lawyer is already working on taking necessary recourse

Remember all its not about the money that I paid..its about the fact that some people feel that they can do anything and get away with it...there is always a payback time

My only mistake...I did not google them before placing the order...the web is full of complaints against them

Dear sir, i am amit from kolkata, complaining you on 100bestbuy.com as they cheated me by selling an ipod which was not working, i liked that offer and made an order on online.after 4 days, i received the courier package as i have paid rs.599/- as shipping and delivery charges.but i was shocked to see that the ipod was not working.i checked it thrice by connecting it to my pc for charging.even though it was not working.so i had send complaint link to them and also called to their mobiles too, but they are not even to respond in any way.so, i am helpless to do nothing else than filing an online complaint on then in the indian consumer forum.so i request you to take necessary legal action on them as soon as possible.

I have called many times in order to register my complaint but yet no action has taken. Now finally I am writing here. My name is Asha Gond and i am from delhi. I have registered my self on 100bestbuy on 5th dec 2011. But when i tried to open my account on 12th dec, 2011. It was showing please check your number. Even i was having the credit of Rs. 397 in my account. I want my account. my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com
I dont know how but one day a tab opened on my mobile browser that i have been chosen from NCR territory and by simply submitting a form i will win iphone 5 in Rs 699. I filled up the form and paid rupees 699. There was nothing mentioning that it was a contest and that it will be decided in a lottery, which i came to know the next day by their customer service representative caller. I was furious at first but then he said that i had already been selected in the top 15 and out of which 12 people will get iphone 5…But to stay in contest i was asked to buy a mobile worth Rs3999 with 100% cash back..meaning that 3999 will be added to my credit points and then i can order anything worth 3999+699 anytime from there site. As there were 699 points already updated in my account and seeing the probability of coming in 12 out of 15 i lured into that offer. (How stupid of me!!) and bought that Azume mobile. Then 1 week has passed no credit points have been updated. There customer care ppl dont answer my queries. They send automated replies from there contact email addresses. And there is no information regarding the contest itself!! This is total fraud!!! I request people who have been similarly cheated by this fraudulent company to come upfront and file a case and get your money back
