[Resolved]  ABN AMRO Credit Card — The attitude of ABN AMRO people

I am sorry to write this complaint but ABN AMRO do not have good pepople or at least they do not know how to talk to customer

I am also experienced the same from the ABN AMRO Bank .
I fully agree with the view sjared by one of customers of ABN AMRO credit card. The staff of ABN AMRO are very rude. They dont know how to speak with the customers. The only thing that they know is to COVER THEIR GIVER TARGET AT ANY COST. They will make false promises and also instigate the person at another end by speaking rude.

Its a BOGUS company. Its good that we have SBI, Bank of Baroda etc whose sales executive will come at home, explain all in detail. Here with ABN and ICICI its all by telephone. Its only target that execturive will achive.
I got a call from a called priya from ABN AMRO who initially was very pushy to the core to have me get a credit card...i politely declined, and wen i did that, that lady hurled abuses at me and hung up the phone up before i could even react!ABN AMRO has my account which I'm definitely going to close down because of a cheap behavior from the representative called priya.i tried calling her number back but it obviously is unreachable.Please help me someone ...the number from where that call came is [protected].I called up ABN AMRO customer service @ this number41245555.An agent named sakhi( located in mumbai) was hesitant to help me in my delima...i was truly shaken n shocked by the abuses hurled at me by a telecaller frm ABN AMRO - jus because i didn't want the credit card!!! so, agent Sakhi transfers me to another dept hurriedly even before i finished speaking to her .!I wait on the call for 5 min until i reach another agent, located in gurgaon she hesitantly says when i asked her ... i try to get help from her, she says she'll connect me to a diff dept ...i refused to be transferred and ask for the supervisor.i wait on the line for 25 min fr a supp to come on the line .She is of no help ..she firmly says she'll transfer to a credit card dept n before i can say no, m transferred, now to agent called Akansa Gupta( located in mumbai )she eventually disconnects the call after putting me on hold for 28 min .Now wat can i do in this situation? i wasted my precious time in all this run around from agents of ABN AMRO .Can anybody help me here .How can such rudy n cheap agents get away jus like that? I'm so humiliated, insulted and disillusioned.I hate ABN AMRO BANK to the core now .ASAP i'll be closing off my account and will go to any lengths -the media, net, phone, personal and work place etc... i'll make sure that i educate as much people i can about ABN AMRO's credit card selling agents...i'm even complaining about this to the police ... i don mind running around for it as long as in the end the people involved in harassing existing customers for credits cards in such a manner.can somebody le help me wat else to do?i jus can curse that agent called priya who ruined my day jus because i refused to get a credit card from her .once again that 's number is [protected]..
I got a call from ABN Amro Bank, saying that you are among 200 customers who have been selected for price.
Actually this scheme was with 4 seasons offer which costs Rs.4999, they said to me that you will not be charged for this because you are already selected for this gift.
I asked 2-3 times that i will not pay a single rupee for this whether i get gift or not they said ok.

I have recording of all the calls, if they do not remove that amount from my account, i will file a case, and i will claim for 1 lakhs for harashing me.
I got a call fro ABN Amro bank regarding the 4 seasons Offer. A telecaller by the name of priyanka called & said you have been selected for this ooffer & you need to pay rs. 4999 if you want to.

She was very rude, & trying to compel me to avail this Offer. I said i am not interested & i cannot even imagine the reaction of this telecaller. She said if you were not interested then why you are wasting my time & hung of the phone.

I strongly recommend all ABN Amro customers to pl stop using services of ABN Amro. Its the worst bank & service executies are too rude & behaviour is too bad.
abn amro is a fraud bank.i got a call frm sahil who said i will not be charged anything for four season offfer.still i was charged and when i called them they refused to reverse the charge on the flimsy excuse that my name has been sent for lucky draw and instead offered me a 25 percent discount.terrible bank, terible staff
