I am submitted my pf form April'07 and on site of epfindia.nic.in status of pf form Received 28/11/2007 and try 30 days.

Pls sir long time to be received form and till date differant.

WE submit the PF form in sunsea cad service on september month of past year. But they r delayed for the reason they have lot of work. And then we submitted form the to PF office december of the past year. Then form is return back to you because of your mistake made on filling the form on february of 2008. On that time also they make a delay.. finaly they submited the pf form on march 24.
Again the form is return to your office the reason for this u did't put our pf money for us.Because of your mistake's
and carelessness we are facing lot of problem.
If there is any solution according to this issue mean.

Dear Sir,
I had received one chq against PF, which was bounced in the bank on a/c of ''DRAWERS SIGNATURE REQURIED"". Against this debit of Rs 140/- had been executed for chq collection charges of the chq.

Now there are 2 queries of mine...

1) Whome should i return the chq, so that it could be banked again after proper rectification.

Also they informed the annexure-K which they sent to you have to be forward to The PF Regional Office, Kolkata and in turn they will forward to PF office, Salem.





Therefore, I herewith enclosed a fresh Form 13A (Revised) duly filled. I request you to kindly forward the same including annexure-K to PF Regional Office, Kolkata which your have received from PF Office, Salem and arrange to get the FPF transferred to my present account.
