Dear Respected Sir, I worked with Accenture services Private Ltd. at Bangalore as a LAN/WAN Analyst, i had resigned 01 May 2007 and i had completed my resignation formalities and all the PF settlement papers were send to EPF Organistion (Ministry of Labour, Govt of India) Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but there was no resoponse, and as per PF web site epfindia.nic.in my Application Papers recived on 03rd Sept 2007, My application details are mention below : MAHARASHTRA / Region : BANDRA / Establishment Code : 45665 / Employee No : 25223 As per EPF Website (epfindia.nic.in)details are mention below: Receipt_no Type status remarks 70179413 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 03/09/2007 and is being processed. My PF A/c no is AP/2847/15716, I have resigned from M/s GATI Ltd, dtd 14.04.2006, after several followups my PF form submitted by GATI LTD, Secunderabad to PF Office, Hyderabad (AP) on 14.03.08, on querry I got to know my cqs were returned due to ICICI Bank, BOC Extn, Kolkata-700088 was shifted during that period in ots new premises, again I have submitted "RE-AUTHORISATION LETTER" with duly signed on revenue stamp (2 copies) to GATI Ltd, 1-7-293, M.G ROAD, SBD-500003.
But now PF, Hyderabad is asking for sign from TCI Ltd at the place of "EX EMPLOYER".
They r saying 2847 stand for Transportaion Corporation of India Ltd(TCI), but I never employed by TCI, I have joind in GATI Ltd, on 05.02.1996, and PF amount accumulated during 05.02.96 to 24.02.1997.
I had severals STD talk to PF Office, Hyderabad, GATI Ltd, Secunderabad and TCI Ltd, Gurgaon. But nobody is listening me.
Pls advice how to get my money.

i applied for pf in the month of december, at that time i updated my icici bank account number but due to my personal resons i closed my icici account and updated my new account number in SBI bank vide account number ; [protected], but unfortunately my claim was given to through icici bank vide cheque no: 96658, amount : 4156/-.

The form was dumped in like waste paper for almost 10 months, later it was sent back to ST.PHILOMENA'S HOSPITAL.
I am asking for my hard earned money saved by me not from PF employee's pocket.
Kindly look into that matter expedite to get amount at the earliest.

It is already 6 months completed after the submission of the required forms.I have worked 2.5 years for Deutsche Bank Group. 4-5 months for DBOI and 2 .1 years for DNets.
