I have joined Punwire Mobile Communication Ltd, Chandigarh, on 16th Oct
1996 at branch office at Meerut and company have closed its branches
on April '2001. I was the member of provident Fund since 16.10.96 and
my P.F Account number is PN-4715/2999 .I have sent there Pf transfer
paper of my fund account from Chandigarh to Meerut Regional Office.They have
rejected my form and they informed me that you can withdrwal your pf
amount but when I visited to provident fund office, Chandigarh, then I
have come to know that company have deposited my provident fund amount
till 1997 and now they have appointed liquadator for signing of pf
withdreal.A person from pf chandigarh office informed me that I am
having amount of Rs 16000/- which can I withdrwal.It is great
surprised even so many times have demanded my account statement from
the pf office, chandigarh.They have not response.Now sir, I want to
ask, who will pay my this amount ?
I am very worried about this becos this was my hard earning money.

Now my humble request is that please advise me.What I have to do in this regard.

An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciatable.

PF NO DL/7453/15908 SBMITED FORM NO 19, 10 AND 13 AT PF OFFICE WAZIRPUR BEFORE 4 MONTH BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT.

I am principal employer of I I T Bombay Superintending Engineer Estate Office of IIT Bombay one of the causal labour Mr Sanjay Sudhakar Janjalkar has lodged complaint of not receiving P F contribution from your office the employer is M/S All Services under one Roof whose P F A/C no is MH 37488 and the labour P F A/C no is MH/ 37488/ 18701 He was working with this agency for the period 2007 to 2008 year .

i had send complaint to PF Commisioner office on 10-7-09 may i request you to kindly arrange to get PF contribution to the saod labour

As in the above PPO seems some discrfepancy in the pension, I have sent my letter to Bandra PF Dept. in the month of April 2009 for rectifying the same as per the HAND BOOK OF PF DEPT. But there is no reply from them till today.

Please let me know what is the status of my above case.

Dear Sir,
Im Jayakumar.I had worked in Vodafone Essar cellular Ltd in Tamilnadu Rotn circle for an outsourcing agency named "Busybee" from 10-Dec-2007 to 3-Feb-2009.I had applied for my PF in the agency on 20-Mar-2009.But i have not received my PF yet.When i got my Pf number and inquired in the PF office, They said that the form is not yet received.
Also when i enquired about the PF amount they said that there is only 1000Rs outstanding.But in my appointment letter its given as EPF of Rs 396 will be deducted from the salary, But in the wage slip, PF has been deducted for Rs.470. When i questioned in the agency I couldn't get an proper response.My PF number is "[protected]".I should get Rs.11088 as my PF as per my appointment letter and more as per the wage slip.I request you to kindly help me in getting the correct PF amount as soon as possible.

Application for monthly pension on Form 10 D was submitted at PF offfice in Wazirpur, Delhi in February 2009. Till date pension is yet to be remitted[due from feb 09]. Some quries raise in July 09 {some incomprehensible} were duly replied immediately. Now they r asking me to open a separate Pension account though i have an SB a/c with HDFC bank, details already furnished in form 10D.HDFC Bank is unusually particulr about opening pension account, likely to take another 10days. May I request earliest credit of my pension amounts due under EP[censored]nder advice to me.
