Dear Respected Sir, I worked with Accenture services Private Ltd. at Bangalore as a LAN/WAN Analyst, i had resigned 01 May 2007 and i had completed my resignation formalities and all the PF settlement papers were send to EPF Organistion (Ministry of Labour, Govt of India) Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but there was no resoponse, and as per PF web site epfindia.nic.in my Application Papers recived on 03rd Sept 2007, My application details are mention below : MAHARASHTRA / Region : BANDRA / Establishment Code : 45665 / Employee No : 25223 As per EPF Website (epfindia.nic.in)details are mention below: Receipt_no Type status remarks 70179413 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 03/09/2007 and is being processed. After leaving above M/s Shree Rang Services (serve 15.01.2005 to 31.12.2005). I joined M/s Caliber Outsourcing and as a member of EPF Scheme, I applied for transfer my a/c GJ/BD/21547/614 to RPFC Delhi (DL/28247/490).
In the mean while I applied transfer my PF A/c RPFC Delhi to ABB India Employees’ Provident Fund-Trust, Maneja, Vadodara 390013 Gujrat (PF No. GJ/1854/022073). But I seen that RPFC Delhi has not credited the amount which you transfer (vide PI no. 4881/27.03.2006 for Rs 9818/- vide cheque no. 553730) to RPFC Delhi A/c due to non receipt of Annexure ‘K.
In short, I request you to please send a copy of Annexure ‘K’ to RPFC Delhi, So that they can credit my account. In regards to Annexure ‘K’ RPFC Delhi had sent to a letter requesting for issuance of Annexure ‘K’ vide letter no. A/c 18/DL/28247/490/3471/2237 DT 28.03.2008.

This is regarding my PF claim which I submitted to PF department, Delhi in Mid-August 08 via Registered Mail with Acknowledgement card. However, I've not been acknowledged yet for the receipt.
I am an ex-employee of Wipro BPO Ltd., Okhla, New Delhi. I had filled all the required forms and got it signed/stamped by my previous employer along with the PF calculation sheet for onward submission to PF dept., Delhi.
I'm wondering why a responsible dept., is not serious in refunding the claim while there is a prompt deduction of PF contribution on every month from each employee in every company.
It seems like the most of the Indian citizens are fooled by these Government bodies and there are no proper rules / policies to regularize the situations.
I really pity on INDIA's lame government proceedings.

3) If the payment is delayed from the stipulated time limit- what is rate of damages? and under what basis the delayed days computed i.e. from the date of coverage onwards or as from the specified date in the coverage memo?
4) Is there any discretionary power to the Regional/Sub-Regional Officials to force the employer to remit the damages as they fix the rate of damages (apart from the rate of damages specified under Para 32A) Please give a detailed reply.
And also please,
forward by e-mail that the Govt. of India in its Modification dated 16.10.1973 published in Para -II of Section 3(ii) of the Gazette of India Notification No: S.O.1553 dated:[protected].
