Dear Respected Sir, I worked with Accenture services Private Ltd. at Bangalore as a LAN/WAN Analyst, i had resigned 01 May 2007 and i had completed my resignation formalities and all the PF settlement papers were send to EPF Organistion (Ministry of Labour, Govt of India) Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but there was no resoponse, and as per PF web site epfindia.nic.in my Application Papers recived on 03rd Sept 2007, My application details are mention below : MAHARASHTRA / Region : BANDRA / Establishment Code : 45665 / Employee No : 25223 As per EPF Website (epfindia.nic.in)details are mention below: Receipt_no Type status remarks 70179413 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 03/09/2007 and is being processed. I left the above organization on July 2002 and received a amount of rs.284058/- as final settlement. According to the form 3 A, the amount which I received less than the actual amount. . I sent a letter to the RPFO, Kottayam on 11/3/09 with copies of all the relevant documents.
On 25th sept.2009 I received a shocking reply(KR/KTM/270/2717/PRO/PGHS/2009)
“Tungamullay Estate is a chronic defaulter-----balance amount can be paid only on receipt ofreturn and remittance:”
Sir Provident is recovered from my account according to The Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provision Act 1952 and it is your responsibility to recover the dues from tungamullay Estate and settle my dues. I am un employed now and request you to settle my dues with interest without further delay.
