Dear Respected Sir, I worked with Accenture services Private Ltd. at Bangalore as a LAN/WAN Analyst, i had resigned 01 May 2007 and i had completed my resignation formalities and all the PF settlement papers were send to EPF Organistion (Ministry of Labour, Govt of India) Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but there was no resoponse, and as per PF web site epfindia.nic.in my Application Papers recived on 03rd Sept 2007, My application details are mention below : MAHARASHTRA / Region : BANDRA / Establishment Code : 45665 / Employee No : 25223 As per EPF Website (epfindia.nic.in)details are mention below: Receipt_no Type status remarks 70179413 Form 19 Under Process Your Claim is received on 03/09/2007 and is being processed. I resigned from a MNC company in the year 2001. I applied for the PF in 2008 only. PF office is asking the reason on why there is so much delay in going for the final settlement of PF. What reason I have to say now. Please help.

I have a similar experience. My PF account number is MH/96533/318. Iretired from Asahi India Glass Ltd.
Taloja wef 07/04/2006. Three years are over. I got a part refund of PF and nothing in respect of FPF. I had
sent several mails and letters to EPFO Vashi. However they do not even reply them and they have not informed me why the refund is not made.

I was informed by the bangalore office that a cheque of Rs 2887 (cheque no. 177542) was dispatched by them in the month of April 09 by speed post (ref. no xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). The cheque was duly received to Canara Bank, Najafgarh Branch but could not be credited in my account. The reason they gave - Bring a valid proof that you are the person whose name is mentioned in the cheque.
Therefore, I request you to issue me a valid written document as my pf account, which i can further produce it to the receiver bank.

I am Anoop Mathew, PF Account number MH/[protected]. I was working for DNets and DBOI Bangalore. My PF amount has not yet been creditted to my account. It is already 6 months completed after the submission of the required forms.I have worked 2.5 years for Deutsche Bank Group. 4-5 months for DBOI and 2 .1 years for DNets. PF only from DBOI has been creditted and a huge amount is missing ie PF from DNets. Can you urgently investigate on this issue. Hope your reply soon. Thanks a lot.
