Sir I am Ex-employee of ajanta pharma, Paithan After few months of leaving the organisation i had filled PF withdrawl form and submitted to the organisation resently on enqurying about the nonreceipt of payment to employer ( Ajanta pharma) following information was given

Ajanta pharma had already submitted my pf form as per letter No. APL/PTN/HR/PF/21471 Dated[protected],
against this letter ajanta pharma had received the signed acknowledgement from your PF office aurangabad branch (maharashtra) on letter number

On enquring your pf office i didnt get proper information about my pf status form .
So i request you to kindly look in to the matter and provide me my pf amount at the earlist.

I worked with Delta Service (I) Ltd at Delhi as a Credit Processing Associate, i had resigned 31 Jun 2009 and i had completed my resignation formalities last year Sept 2009 and all the papers send to EPF Organistion (Ministry of Labour, Govt of India) Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051, through the same Company on Sept 2009. Please help me.Pl remember my case and take the needful necessary action asap because I am now in a acute financial condition.This is my earnest request to you to settle my claims because I know only yours office can able to make me happy arranging my PF dues.

I was working with Kouchan Knowledge convergence pvt. ltd. & left it on 15th Jan, 2009, & My PF number is: KN/25539/12168, for which i applied around 1 year back for its withdrawal & form got rejected by PF Office / karnataka/bangalore. I applied for same again in the month of sept. 2009, & till now my PF has not been credited to my account details given by me at the time of filling the form. & even i m trying to call Bangalore PF Office officers but either they are not answering the call or it says number is wrong. Thats what affects the impression of government in indian nationals. If government will do like this then what do u expect from citizens of india. its a well known saying in india: SARAKRI KAAM AUR SARKARI KARAMCHARI, DONO HARAM HOTE HAIN...That's my request. its a hardearned money of indians, please do your duty well, i[censored] dont have to return pf amount in time, then y do u say, that it takes only 45 days to refund, I say it take more than a year...If government will function so loose, then to whom indian nationals will approach further.

Its my humble request to take immediate action on my & all other pending PF withdrawal forms.

Dear Sir,

I, served in a company named Csmo Pharmexx India Pvt. Ltd., Door No. 31, 23rd Cross Street, Besant Nagar, Chennai - 600090 for 1 year (Dt. of Joining 6.7.2008, Dt. of leaving service 31.7.2009) and having PF a/c No. TN/52647/444, had claimed for my PF settlement through my above mentioned company on 31.8.2009 (submitting Form 10C, 19 & SSN). But, till date I am completely in dark regarding the fate of my said claim.
The epfindia.gov.in site says that the office has not yet received the claim (refer attachment 1). But the Company says that they have already submitted my claim on 11.12.2009 (refer attachment 2). I had submitted my grievance with you being No. MOBLBR/E/2009/01825 but to no avail. I have also written to the PF Commissioner (being Speed post with A/D No. EW[protected]IN).

Pls look after the settlement of my social security and oblige.

I, Shrikant Ram Betawadkar, was an employee of Spencers Retail Ltd. (Great Wholesale club Ltd) from February 2004 till October 2006. I duly submitted my withdrawal forms after two months from the date of resigning to the then HR manager of the organisation. On enquiring after three months it was known that the forms never reached PF office. Since January 2009 have been following this case with defferent persons at different levels in the company but to no fruitfull help from anybody. Have submitted my forms five times but each time it was told that they were either misplaced or never forwarded to the PF office.

I have two different PF numbers given by the company, one is for the duration of February 2004 to February 2006 which is Chennai PF office and other from March 2006 till October 2006 which Mumbai office.
My both PF numbers are given below for your reference. Pse help me out in withdrawal of my PF money for which I have been fighting for four years and none of the employees of Spencers or PF office arehelping out.
Would be very much greatfull if I be helped out in this hour of need as I am not that financially sound.

Ravi Prasad Contract Person is told every time i send PF office another 15, 20 todays you is coming? But still i have not received my PF amount. Yesterday i went to R.P.Contract office is return back my form. What happen i don't no he doesn't given any reason.

I thankfully acknowledge the receipt of Rs. 7925 & Rs. 2882 in my bank account. However, I am sorry to inform you that my PF account is not yet settled fully.

In your above referred letter no.DL-N/PGHS/980 3585 dated 09th July 22, 2010 you have mentioned that this is the final settlement of my PF account. However, I may inform you that I have received the PF settlement only for the years F.Y 2004-05 & 2005-06. The PF for the period March-2006 to August-2006 is still pending.

Please note that I have been working with M/s Kanchan International Ltd till August-2006, details of which have been provided to your vide my letter dated 12/18.05.2010. I worked with ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIC LTD since 09/07/2007 as a unit manager at Asansol location, I had resigned 06/02/2010 and I had completed my all resignation formalities and all the papers send to ICICI Prudential HR Division Kolkat on 08/02/2010 through Speed Post. After that they also assure me thay received my request and mail me that process is on the way. On 17/06/2010 I got a mail from EXIT ASSIST that PF amount cheque of INR 23995/- has been dispatched to the address provided by me on 30th April 2010 vide cheque no 002348 dated, 29 April 2010..from Exit Assist
Where as till date(27/08/2010) I didnt get anything. several time I mail them but till date I didnt get any replay from them. Now what will I do? I need a authority from whome I can submit my complain.

With reference to the above, I have applied an Education loan for my son on 26.08.10, after that they send a letter received on 15.07.10 agst. Ref. KN/PF/SEC-1(6)313 dt. 30.06.10. After that I had been to the office and they told me again the application will be returned have some problem, to mention in which semester should be studied. If they require any clarrification regarding the student the department can veryfy directly or indirectly the Institution. I have enclosed the "COST CERTIFICATE " from the Institute for the loan purpose. Really shall I get the loan before finishing his course ?????? . The Course duration is 3 yrs.

Kindly to check and do the favour for the poor people like me, We have given the correct documents, they find some loop holes, other wise to give something.

If any loans we have applied, why they should take this much time ? because 90% people to apply the loan for their urgency
