[Resolved]  Acer — Poor Service Center

Acer — motherboard,memory,display,charger etc...

My dear friends,it is requested to you that never buy acer laop top or desk top.Price is lower than other laptops but complaint is more than other laptops.And also very poor customer care service.more about acer complaints please call me [protected].

Acer — malfunctioning

sir/madam,
i have given my laptop to repair in the service center two months before,but they did not repair my laptop properly still.they have extended the date and time again and again without any good responed.so please look after the problem as soon as early.

DVD RW — Very poor response

not reading & writing, given that for service on 18th dec 2010. Till data they are telling it will take another 10days. Poor response from the executive working there in LG service centre waller road. They are telling that
they have to get the spare from Korea. Rediculas reponse. I bought this DVD RW one month back only.

I bought acer aspire 4736Z laptop in june 2010 & it's adaptor ceased to work properly in august 2010. I registered complaint & submitted the adaptor to service centre in Karnal(Hannu Services). Since then there hasn't been any positive response from the service centre & they had not returned the adaptor to me. Moreover they had shown that I've received the adaptor. I want that some strict action should be taken against them.

From Kartik Kamboj: My case id is 081710/310, ...and against this case id, the service centre Hannu Services had shown that I've collected the adaptor from them, ...how can this be possible when I hadn't taken my adaptor back. This is absolutely fraud, ...& seriously speaking, ...I want to have strict action against them.

Acer — take more money

i buy a laptop with cost of Rs.25300 but my friend take the same laptop with extra 2GB ram with cost of Rs 24500 and extra keypad and mouse. can i compliant on the shop owner for this reason to the consumer court .

Acer — hard disc problem in two systems

hard disc not working in two systems and smps problem in two systems and another one is not accepting keyboard when logged in deskdop.

i think your pc boot problem therefor you start pc and press del del...and go bios setting and cheking 1st boot and 2boot priority select boot change boot setting or your operating system is format and again install window xp or window 7 as you like

i recently bought an acer laptop. along with it there was the offer of getting reebok shoes and casio calculator by paying 500 rs. when i called the acer customer care to know about the offer they said the offer has expired. though there was no offer period mentioned to me at the time of purchase.

Acer — Speaker

I had purchase a laptop on 25 August 2011 And I found one of my speaker is not working from very first day.
I register a complaint in acer customer care on 17 Sept 2011 to replace my laptop because it's a new laptop but they did not respond me. My complaint no is[protected].
In starting I did not realize I thought this is the actual voice of this laptop but on 17 Sept I was just checking the settings than I found the right speaker is not working.
So today in new laptop the one speaker is not working in future I don't no how much problem I will face in this laptop.

Kindly resolve this matter.

Acer — Service Failure

I had booked a complain for acer keyboard not working on 1st of october. On 4th of october engineer came at my office because the product was in onsite warranty.
Engineer told me parts will come in 3 days and some one would come back and fix it.

today it is 14th of october and no one is reverting me back. i am calling acer office in andheri east from past 1 week . they every day say that engineer will come tommorow but no one comes back. I am highly not satisfied with the product and service.
