[Resolved] Aircel — Deactivated Add-on facility | |
Dear All, I am a customer of Aircel last 4 years. Now they have introduced new scheme for add-on (club 5). I have given request for the same, they also deducted the rant for the same. But with out any prior information they deactivated add-on facility. I was made compliant on 05.02.2009, they assured with in 48hr the problem will be solved. But till date they have not taken any step to solve my problem and there is no proper response from them. Kindly advice as a consumer how we can make them to understand our problem and solve problem with in time. I have given request for deactivation of my aircel post paid, mobile no [protected], another number [protected] in the month of march 2009. when i have paid the last bill that time i requested the person to deactivate my number that time he told me that number will be deactivated but still i am receiving the bill which i have not used .now they are saying that u have to clear all the bills then only the number will be deactivate.
