From the day I bought Aircel prepaid sim, I constantly receive calls form customer care regarding activating dialer/caller tones, I have told the many times that I am not interested but despite of that, again on 12th august 2009 at 13:26 I received a call from Aircel Customer Care office, for first first few seconds of that call I could not understand what they were saying because the caller was laughing and joking with someone behind, I hung up the call and again at 13:30 they called again and the caller again in a laughing and funny tone said that the call I just received was from his friend and He himself has gone to drink water and asked if I would like a caller/dialer tone, so I told him that pls stop doing this stupidity, since I have told u many times before that I am not interested, I hung up the phone again and again after like 2 seconds he called again and starting asking me where I am from and why I do not require a dialer/caller tone, I told him that It is my decision whether or not I want one or not and I told him again in a steady voice that stop calling me ones n for all and I hung up, after 2 second again I received a call from them and the caller this time starts to threaten me, He asks me where I am calling from so He can come see me ( In hindi he said "tu kahan se bol raha hai yeh bata, phir mein bataoonga tujhe") after hearing that I lost my temper and said back few words and I told him that I will put my number on DND list so he won't be able to bother again to which He laughed and some other voices coming from behind laughed too n so I hung up and call the customer care and told them to put my number on DND, which they told me will take 45 days, and I requested them to write down my complaint of the calls which I just received from them which was rude and threatening, to which they replied to go to their site and make a complaint their.I do not see any section on their site regarding making complaints therefore I am making this complaint here and I hope that concerned authorities takes the appropriate steps on this complaint.

I am also using aircel since 1.5 months. i take aircel for unlimited internet plan only. the speed is good in last months, but this time i have to connect again and again. this is not working properly, i contact customer care. but customare care service is also so bad. i talk with customer care even he didn't listen my complaints and he cut my phone, how customer care man can do this?
Every time when i was call to customer care it take lot of efforts to dial. then how customer satisfied.
customer care service are very very bad. even customer care service man is not able to solve the problem of customers.
