hello friends,
ia m using aircel since 3 months. i take aircel because of aircel new 98rs unlimited plan only. the speed is good but this connect again and again. i contact customer care. but customare care service is also so bad. it take lot of efforts to dial.

I am also using aircel since 1.5 months. i take aircel for unlimited internet plan only. the speed is good in last months, but this time i have to connect again and again. this is not working properly, i contact customer care. but customare care service is also so bad. i talk with customer care even he didn't listen my complaints and he cut my phone, how customer care man can do this?
Every time when i was call to customer care it take lot of efforts to dial. then how customer satisfied.

customer care service are very very bad. even customer care service man is not able to solve the problem of customers.
That’s sad to know… Coz’ Aircel Customer Care is rated quite highly by most of my friends who use it…. Well The connectivity problem can be due to the network availability though…..

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is a serious complain in regard to the unreasonable interruptions of the GPRS Facility ( pocket internet 98 plan) service and subsequent disappearance of the customer care facility option. It is notified clearly that while using the internet facility, the signals get interrupted numerous times within a use able-time of ten minutes. This interruption frustrates the user and also wastes his valuable time.
    When the helpline is approached, one finds that the option itself is not available. I am an intense user of the internet facility and such type of poor service hampers my very purpose o[censored]sing it.
    It is a request that my complaint should be treated and put into serious considerations in the interest of the welfare of a user. Hope it shall find a solution soon.

    This is indeed very strange …thse problems don’t come up generally…coz I am a frequent user, minor interruptions can happen but urs is a serious one…just check up the compatibility o[censored]r set or else u visit the nearest store, thus u can sort it out there itself….

      sir i given a complaint for gprs my problem not has been resolve.on the first day i taken a aircel card i activated a gprs of 98rs pack than only 5 days it has work after that it has automatically disconected and last 4 days remaining for deactivation the service has started but so slow speed i continuesly giving a complaint for that my validity is over they tell me recharge with 98rs than u r problem will solve i ask them can i will get my balance return that i have not use service they tell me yes u will get.on 2nd month i recharge with 98rs than also same problem the speed is so slow 15 to20minutes for one page now my second month recharge of 98rs is due date is over .i ask them for return my balance of that i have not use service than they r dis connecting a call saying transfering to team leader and disconneting my 30rs balance also loss they not remind me that u r validity is over no sms no call.i have connect to net and the speed is 15 to20 minutes for one page and disconneting in middle .sir pls help me i given a compliant to blog 4times pls sir my no. is [protected] my name is siddarth rajendra kale.pls take some action they r not giving return my money i have not yet use service properly now also same they telling recharge with 98rs `then we will help u pls sir pls help me.
      i having samsung b 520 model, it's a gprs handset. but i cant access the gprs in my mobile..

      Well… this is strange.. I think the best option for you is to get in touch with the nodal officer in your area and get your complaint forwarded through him… keep the previous complain nos. i[censored] have it, that wud help u for reference

        Dear Sir,

        I took aircel connection ([protected])and activate gprs on my Nokia n-73.
        I connect net on my pc with data cable. but when net connection get start it automaticaly get disconnected after every 2 to 5 minutes.

        I have called So many time to customer Care but they are not satisfing me

        even am using the same connection on sony ericsson and after every 2-3 mins it used to get disconnected.
        I am having a hard time to use it.
        i think i wasted my money and time on it.
        When i called CC, they are so pathetic first i got an average hold of 20 mins and then i got villagers there as customer care representatives.
        TRUST ME THEY ARE VILLAGERS
        I guess u need to reinstall the settings, u can just ask the aircel guys to send u the setting once more….or visit the nearest store if the problem persists……it’s the bst way out ☺
        I am having the same problem with prepaid connection. And the solutions provided by CC people are the same every time, if you make them aware of their repetitve solutions they say they are doing their best.Worthless people...One of my friend has postpaid connection and gprs is working fine on both phone and pc without any disconnecting problems.And he even gets followup for his complaints.Looks like aircel is interested only in postpaid connections.They are making fool o[censored]sers(prepaid) by selling new connections in quantity without quality. There are 2~3 states where tthis introductory offer o[censored]nlimited browsing with Rs.98 unlimted is available (Source-Aircel website) except in chennai where its part of postpaid plan.My advice DONT BUY AIRCEL ITS TOTALLY WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY.
        i am also using aircel prepaid connection in assam and gprs is working fine in e63 phone but in pc it is disconncting every 2 to 3 minutes.
        I also agree with you all. my connection gets disconnected in every 2 to 3 minutes.
        I delete all temporary file all several other checks but no solution.
        i have also a problem of disconnection in every 2-3 minutes in aircel gprs. when i start internet in my mobile n70 it works normally but when i start internet in computer through data cable it disconnect in every 2-3 minutes. i start using aircel gprs before 3 months ago but on that time it was working normally .After 3 month i found the problem of disconnection.

        Aircel — Disconnecting even without notice

        I have an new aircel connection which sucks a lot.

        To activate the connection they took 15 days and they charged bill amount for the 15 days.

        To activate ISD deposit of 1000 to be made.

        The credit limit for a number is 800 itseems. They bar your number once you reach the credit limit. Disconnection is made without any notice.

        Every time a complaint is loadged using that useless customer care they hear the problems and give different complaint nos. We cannot speak with reference to the complaint no., loadged yday or 2 hours back. Again they ask us to loadge a complaint.

        Aircel Sucks.

          Sir, in the month of may i bought a life time incoming sim card of Aircel in mumbai circle i am staying in thane in hiranandani estate. During my purchase the Aircel gallery people of thane assured me that they have coverage in hiranandani estate but sir i am not recieving any signals of its network at my home.
          I already have filed complaints in Aircel costomer care 6 times but nothing has been done yet.
          Pls guide me what to do my Aircel no is [protected].

          Hi, , why don’t you check the network selection option in your handset, , , its simple that might work out, if the aircel pple have said there must be their network available.
          Hey if network is not present in Hiranandani Estate as assured by Aircel gallery, I feel you can contact Aircel office for quick resolution.

            Aircel Pocket Internet — cannot use at least 1 hour of unlimited service

            I am Ms. Mudhumita Singh.My aircel No is [protected].The service of Aircel's so called pocket internet is very very very bad and they also not solve the customer problem. The service is such that I can not use atleast 1 hour o[censored]nlimited service. So beware...
            Yes, same with me, In my case it disconnects within 10 mins. And sometimes it is not even connecting. Also the customer care person are not much helping. After a long discussion of 25 mins with CC guy there was no solution. It is bad one

              Hi,

              I recharged my mobile for Rs 30 approximately by 9:30 and the retailer also got a msg stating it was successfull but my account was never credited.Hence i called up the customer care helpline and i was asked to call up retailer's helpline number and the person was very rude and even gave the transaction number but he is not ready to help me with that.He was extremely rude and i want a compensation for that and i also want the aircel provider to ask sorry to me and the retailer personally because of his employee being rude to us.
              Your complaint sounds genuine, why don’t you try calling the customer care again and complaining to the supervisor, .. so that shouldn’t be a problem… although.. if the matter is still not looked into you should simply walk in to the nearest aircel store and get n update on your complaint right there.. don’t forget your complaint number ☺
              Aircel one of the disadvantage is connect gprs then others cal my no, Tel not reechable.U chang this spesality

                i had bought 2 aircel sims 8 th august and and gave address proof by my driving license as usual .
                Sims were activated but later from 12th evening outgoing facilities have been barred from both the sims .
                on callin costumer care, was asked to give address proof again and went to the retailer who talked to the pffice and clarified the situation.He was told that sims will be functional by next day evening, which were not .Now for the past 5 days both sims r not working that is outgoing has been barred and on talkion to costumer care was told to wait for 4 days .What am i supposed to do for 4days without a functional mobile ? Why cant the costumer complaints be solved faster ?

I called more than 20 times in customer care for the setting but setting is not provided to me.Customer care exe are not trained at all.They disconnect the call before they provide resolution.I even spoke to pawan (TL) .He also diconnected the call.If service provider are not able to provide service.why they come in the market.who will wait for one month for your setting.It is not being connected with pc.Tell me where to go.I requested them to arrange a call back for me but they totally refused.                         1.all though i send mssg 4 activation of gprs n also its setting i never got the setting
                        2.i called costomer care so many times but got to talk customer care executive only on the third day
                        3.talking to customer care didn't help in any way, instead they started inquiring about me n cut off the line.
                        4.other services such as services like info, entertainment services on sim never worked.
                        5. call cost is comparatively a lot higher than other company's sim beside it being the worst telecom company i've ever come across
                        6.they do not provide gprs setting service even in the net.
                        to conclude this company sucks right down to earth's core. screw all its customer care executive. thanks

                          My aircel sim validity was upto 11th aug, o9.I had the information that with Rs. 99 we can get a lifetime validity.So I went it to the nearest shop which claimed to know no information ragarding it but took Rs 99 and a transaction confirming message came to my mobile.But noe I am getting no validity as their is some change in plan with money being Rs.91 for lifrtime validity.But in the whole process I am getting no balance and no validity.My point is if there was no plan as such then why the company accepted the money and gave me a transaction message.They should compensate for it or give me the balance.They just can't take the whole of money

                          I had a number [protected] which I was purchased 5th June 2009, It was Postpaid, the reason behind it was to suffering internet (GPRS). There was a plan of reducing the call rate in it. Internet never connect more than 5 minutes because of service message. when ever we make the request to the customer care but they didn't received the call at least for 1hour .They make the call on hold and after some time they cut the call in between. When ever we connected to customer care they couldn't satisfied to me.
                          After getting in trouble I cut my connection in 19-8-09 from the branch of Cannought Place, K 28 We make the Payment of Bill and Sim card. They broken the Sim and paste to the form in my supervision.They Provide me a Account ID No.[protected]. They make call me after 24 hour and give me a Reference No.[protected] at 3:00 pm that your connection has been canceled and told me that you will get refundable payment with in 45 days. Whenever I makes call on this No. it being Switched Off. They make a call to me and said your bill has been reached here please pay it. I told him that we have canceled this No. and in October they call makes again around 13-10-09 they said again that your bill has been reached here please pay it.and i said again i have canceled this No.They reply that after reaching office of Aircel you will get solution, I reached Dwarka sec-5 at 10:10, they keep my details, after 30 minutes they said that our server is down now and we will make you call on alternate no. after one hour they provide us a Name and Number (No.) i.e, Vishal Chopra, [protected]. I call on this No. after 6 hours he didn't received the call.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I have taken a SIM Of AIRCEL Mob No [protected] and submitted residential proof, but after some days it has been stopped my out going calls without pre information. I have to suffer due to its blunder. I have resubmitted doc. & waited 1 week but my out goings have not started. Lastly I complained Costumer Care .Comp. No is[protected] time- 09Aug 2009 14:08. Now it is telling that you have to wait till 15th.
                            Please help me in this regards by taking suitable action.

                              i m user of Aircel GPRS, but it's not working properly. it connected but automatic disconnected within 2 minute. i m facing very much problem with this connection. customer care also not supporting me, they told that it will be improve within 24 hours, whenever i told. but it is not improved for last one month. sometimes they don't rcvd call also...

                              i am also facing the same problem.Looks like I would have to switch back to my airtel connection because such a service is not worth for even 98rs.Their cust care is really disastrous.If anybody has any solution do tell me...
                              Is the internet disconnecting all the time?? Or sometimes?? Why I ask is because the net will tend to slow down at certain peak hours no matter which connection, although if it’s a frequent problem you should visit the nearest aircel store and give in your complaint.. im sure they will be to guide you through.. why don’t you request for a network check in your area..
                              yes its the same, , , very poor speed, , , , , even i want to remove this connection but i cant find anything cheaper than this

                              You should try and reset the settings in your handset, which in turn will give you a good speed. It definitely works and I am sure you will be able to surf smoothly.

                              I am ranjeet patil i am purches AIRCEL prepaid sim card for using pocket data internet service. but this service provider brawsing & downloding speed is very slow .i am complaint to aircel techqnical department on 10 nov 2009 but my problem not solved till date i am calling 5 or more time to custemer care of aircel they are not give me a solution.so please sir thinking about this problem
                              Its simple, just go to the nearest Aircel store and show it to the technical guy, who is there to solve such queries. I am sure your problem would be solved immediately

                              I am using aircel gprs connection, when i connect it with PC the browsing is very slow and connection is disconnected after 15 to 20 minutes. I am facing this problem since 20 to 25 days.

                              i am ANIKET and my no is [protected] I am experiencing very slow speeds on my AIRCEL Connection. I use internet generally on my mobile phone itself and I have found the speed to be very unsatisfactory.i have 3 [protected]@251 pack and using edge network.i had also registered complaint but after 1 day a sms comes that your complaint is resolved which is not solved at all.i again call cc and they again registered my complaint.i am getting download speed in bytes even a page takes 2-3 minutes to open

                                I have purchased an AIRCEL sim card for basically using it for surfing internet on computer through GPRS. It was told to me several times by Aircel customer support representatives that I will get a surfing speed of at least 20 to 30 Kbps. But I am sorry to say that I am getting a very slow surfing speed (not even 2Kbps) & is intermittent too. Despite of repeated complaints to Aircel customer care, no action has been taken to improve internet surfing speed. It is hopeless to surf internet with Aircel. I use to keep on refreshing web pages again & again wasting my valuable time. It seems that Aircel is making fool of customers in the name of internet services.

                                speed of my gprs connection is 115 kbps but i get only 30% of internet speed, [protected]
                                Well… Well…. Did you check the network speed in your area? Your internet speed is directly proportionate with the network coverage … I really doubt the customer care can help you on that….And this is true not just for Aircel!

                                Well that would depend on the place you stay in…( so where do you stay? ) If the networks are strong the speed is very very good. SO why don’t you find out fomr the cc the network in yu region…anyways u should get full network soon at the rate Aircel guys are expanding ☺

                                I'm a permanent user of aircel gprs but i am dis-satisfied because of the speed of it. It shows a speed of 115kbps but works only 3-7 kbps. I hate this speed it takes a long time to open sites.
                                Aircel was a good company but i think that they became overconfident.
                                My home is just some meter far from the aircel coverage provider(network tower) but there is no full coverage, so i m unable to use aircel, now i think my money and time are wasting regularly.I feel to upset and hopeless

                                They are very true my friend, it actually gives 40-60 kbps speed, what you can do is, try and refresh the GPRS settings on your set and trust me it works

                                I recharged with 195 for unlimited but not google page is open. Customer care is also not avalable saying busy and disconnect the call. Aircel making fool to the customer. I am going to consumer coart. Hope I will get solutuon.

                                I am from Hyderabad I purchased aircel sim recently, believe me that the speed is too low that I cant even open any web page other than google while I visited the store and tested from there there were no issues with the speed but while I tested from other locations (kukatpally) the speed was horrible. I had to spend hours to reach customer support but there was no proper response from them.

                                About Aircel my experience is very worst...
                                Every time I recharge for an internet but Apart from Whats app none of anyapplication gets connected to internet, neither i am able to open anywebsite from any browser.
                                To be clear if you are responding on my query/ feedback :- I am not facing this issue in any particular area. Almost in all the Places of Maharashtra I am facing the same issue...

                                  I am arpit and i am using aircel no.-[protected].I have a poroblem with internet connection using on pc.When i connect my mobile with my pc and start internet, after 5 minutes it autometically get diconnected by the server.This causes me a great problem.When i try to contact customer care they dont give me any reply, they simply say that contact our GPRS department.and i was unable to contact there.so please try to solve my problem.

                                  i m pre paid costumer [protected] since last 2 years and
                                  my 1st complain is i am using GPRS Service since one year approx. But from last two month is my internet connection not working & i am paying continue monthly rentel bill. so i complain to costomer care (my service proviser) again and again but there is no result I have called more a dozen times and have spoken to as many customer care representatives too. But I must confess that only my calls were attended to and not my requests. (I wonder whether this is part of the training programme of the airtel customer care forum, to effectively mock helpless customers like us.) I called up one time, and say i want mail ID or Ph No.of high authority of Airtel. just want to make a complaint to the higher authorities about the disrupt in Internet service, so i asked the procedures in doing so. He followed the same idiotic strategy. He discussed with someone and transferred to some stupid machine where none picked up the call. another waste of 7 mins.
                                  I called up again. The agent named sonia answered the call. She said she'll transfer the call to a Team Leader. Call transferred to viakas, A Team Leader as stated by himself. But if he is really a team leader, i'm sure Airtel HR managers are unfit for recruitment. I don't find at least one quality of a team leader in the way he handled the call. He blames stupidly on stupid reasons which is not at all acceptable for anyone who owes the service. Finally i had to appreciate him but in vain. & I have also made as many requests for a reference no. or a complaint no., something that would give me a hold, for me to follow up on the service that appears wanting regarding my requests. But i am never given any such a thing. there is no result Only All i hear is the same crap of 24 hours. i call again & again in this connection my Airtel block my customer cares service last 50 days.( What a grate idea) . Now i cant complain my problem. Airtel customer cares are great, great enough to give 121 for all the message. My Internet Connection was not working since last 2 months and I do not have an Airtel mobile or landline nearby moreover 121 should be done only through Airtel how it is possible and afterall I somehow managed to do 121 through my friend's mobile. but my three friends customerS care Service has been blocked by Airtel only due to me ("what an idea sir jee" ) An example of good/bad Service Provider).
                                  Now i going to take action against in Cosumer Forum.
                                  Fnally u can say it is not a customer care rather than customer cursing centre... what a wonderful name.
                                  I am really fed up of this airtel and I really dont understand why Gentelmen like ShahRukh and Sachin are promoting this airtel.(Fit for nothing) i think they also cheating us bcoz we like them, we trust them

                                  Prepaid AIRCEL Connetcion — no conectivity ...no network ...no Internet settings

                                  I regret having taken the AIRCEL prepaid connection. My Aircel mobile number is [protected] .i had taken this connection on 19th June 2009 and till date i.e. 25th June 2009, my phone has not been activated. The customer care department of aircel is also pathethic. I have spoken to five different people who after listening to my problem put me on hold and then never return back even if i hold for 45 minutes.
                                  All i want is an SMS with required settings so that my internet can get activated. I have send SMS " WAP" / "PI"/ "ALL" to 121 number but there is no response. i have not received the settings till date so that i can start using the pocket internet.
                                  The customer care people at number [protected] are pathetic hand have no concern for the customers problems...i have spoken to puja/ puneet / sandeep ...do not remember other names !
                                  Would request you to send me the internet settings form my phone ( HTC model No. ELF0100 ) as soon as possible and do not harass me further to the extent that i take this matter to the consumer court !

                                  You should simply walk into one of the Aircel stores as they can fix your problems right there, if the troubles are repetitive you should reach out to the Nodal officer in your area for a suited response

                                  Aircel GPRS — Connection error

                                  When i connect to the internet the connection does not stays more than 1 minute, it auto disconnects
                                  the solution which has been given through GPRS expert of AIRCEL was meaningless.
                                  I hope your handset is compatible with the settings and everything, have you made sure of that, if yes, then you should just go to the nearest Aircel store and get the settings and understand them right there, it’s the fastest way… :)

                                  i am one of the user of aircel services and i could not able to access internet in vijayawada in masjid road.the access is worst.and i not paid by the company for the services not utilised,they lodged the complaint but of no use,no reply from them

                                  I am using Aircel Gprs and recharged with Rs.98 but I am not satisfied with it .
                                  When I connect these with my laptop using NOKIA PC-SUITE(Cable Connection)
                                  then it connects but it is too lazy that it opens google page even in 1 mins !!!
                                  Moreover a message comes that (Your last call cost is 0 paisa and you have saved 60
                                  paisa) which disconnects my internet. I had even made a complaint for these but these
                                  customer care does not take any step for this...
                                  I think that this Aircel service shouold be banned!!!

                                  last three days before i ask to send a online settings for connecting a GPRS. but still now i didn't get any response for my requst.so i ask you send a online settings as soon as possible.

                                  Aircel — poor internet service

                                  I m using aircel internet service but they not providing me better speed.[0-1.5]but according to the company they are provideing 7 to 14 kbps so due to this i am not able to use internet.This time i was activated Rs98 plan but full month going useless.I have done many complain to the Aircel costomer care but till now no improvement i have got.[protected]
                                  Well friend generally Aircel PI gives 40-60 kbps speed, I think you should refresh your GPRS settings, that will give you an improved speed.

                                  Hi i am arjun.when i used aircel gprs when i bought the sim it was somemore faster.but after many usage the connection became very slow.now wap will also be disconnect regularly.
                                  I am NAGENDRA KUMAR and i am using aircel no.-[protected].I have a poroblem with internet connection using on pc.When i connect my Lg mobile(MODEL NO.:- Lg Gm200) with my pc and start internet, after 1 or 2 minutes it autometically get diconnected by the server.This causes me a great problem.When i try to contact customer care they dont give me any reply, they simply say that contact our GPRS department.and i was unable to contact there.so please try to solve my problem.

                                  i[censored] r all like this means(slow net work connection means )u ll lost the some more aircel members it sure very poor customer care
                                  i m asutosh misra 4m kanpur up and i hav purchased a prepaid plan of aircel no-[protected] 4 my internet purpose. and from last 5 days i m unable to use my internet because of no connectivity i tried to call customer care for help but 4m last 5 days customer care executive are so busy that they dont attend mycall.Pls help me out as i m suffering a lot without internet.

                                    How to deactivate Pay Per Second plan ?
                                    I have purchased Aircel Super Pro 3G dongle SIM on 5th December in Dhanbad. I recharged it with 447 unlimited plan. After 3G data 2GB was exhausted it switched over to 2G, no problem. But from last 3 days it is getting disconnected every minute on its own. Everytime I remove from my Laptop and connect it gets connected but after a minute it automatically gets disconnected with a prompt "SIM card not detected or is Invalid".I contected customer care and they told to recharge main balance with any amount. I then recharged it with Rs.20 but the problem still persists.
                                    Mine is a dongle SIM with number [protected].

                                      Hello,

                                      This is foolish thing what we do whenever they ask we produce the relavant documents, but those people how give fake documents they activate the mobile as soon as possible
                                      I have taken the Aircel prepaid connections that is also 2 connections with all relavant documents what they have asked but they have blocked my sim for outgoings calls
                                      this is foolishness which i took from bizbazzar, thane store and they r irresponsible people shame on them

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I had an Aircel connection with prepaid with no [protected] for last 4 years. Aircel offerd me post paid connection Rs225 rental per month. I have agreed and produced relevant documents and deposit Rs250 on 12.11.2008. But until now I am not get activated. Now I am in bangalore and I am not getting any roaming facility.

                                      Please get me activated immediately please.

                                      With very much agony I am forced to say that I am very very much upset and mentally harassed by the services of AIRCEL.

                                      On 13th April 2009, I made up my choice over many other very good service providers to AIRCEL.

                                      I enquired about postpaid connection in Vashi, Navi Mumbai office and was convinced by the ‘so called’ service of your executive and decided to take a new postpaid connection.

                                      I asked a thousand times that what will be the maximum period for my no. to get fully activated and it was told by the executive that since I have provided all the necessary documents, the no. will get activated within 3-4 hrs max. So I happily took the connection by giving Rs. 1500 (Recipt No: AL-S 003157) and was allotted the no. – [protected].



                                      Since I was in a hurry for my business purpose to get the no. activated asap, but to my horror it got partially activated (only local calls) after more than 24 hrs., but STD/ISD was not activated which is most important for me as told to the executive many a times before buying the connection.

                                      Since then I am regularly, continuosly following up with customer care and with the guys at AIRCEL store in Vashi, but they just continuously giving me false commitments that the connection will start in next half an hour, next 24 hrs, next 48 hrs….and so.on.

                                      Today I went to the AIRCEL store again and was told that my documents were not satisfactory. Then again I provided them the documents duly signed as per the instruction of one of the senior executives.

                                      He committed that anyhow my no. will get fully activated within some 2-3 hours.

                                      I am very much upset to say that its still not activated and the peoples at AIRCEL office, Vashi are not picking up my call and not providing any information.

                                      Due to such worst service by AIRCEL I am horrified that even before started using the service I have to go through such disastrous situation, what I have to go through afterwards !!!

                                      I have lost some very good business due to such negligiance and unprofessionalism by AIRCEL, I have lost my precious time by following up continuously.



                                      I request to please see into the matter urgently, or otherwise I may have to surrender the no., complain this matter to concerned authorities.

                                      i purchasesd my air cel sim on 16/4/2009 from barra kanpur but my sim is not activated till now i complaind to shop keeper he told me that i deposit your formality and its compony fault my no is [protected]. i still serviving from the problem so solved it out

                                      SIM: Not Compatible with Nokia 2600 handset

                                      I have recently purchased Aircel SIM Card on 24 july 2009. The problem lies in compatability with the handset Nokia 2600 which I came to know after opening the SIM card.
                                      The Aircel helping centers were unable to explain the problem. Instead, they told me to upgrade my handset in which other SIMs are working.
                                      It is highly frustating to see this kind of response from a new entrant Aircel.
                                      Not only It has wasted my precious time but also lost my faith in this company.
                                      My first experience with Aircell is very poor which I am not gonna forget in my life.

                                      I Warn you to Purchase SIM card only after checking its compatibility with ur handset.
